نویسنده اش هم معماری خونده هم دکتری برنامه نویسی داره
موضوع کتاب و هدفش این هست ک زیبایی شناسی ها و پیشرفت های فرمی اخیر که حاصل همین ابزارهای دیجیتالی هست رو به گذشته و تئوری معماری وصل کنه
برای هر کدوم از فرم های حاصل از معماری دیجیتال شروع میکنه زمینه یها فلسفی پیامدهای زیبایی شناختی و ... شرح دادن

در مقدمه و چند جای دیگر کتاب هم به بحث در مورد انواع رویکردها به اینده و تاریخ اشاره میکنه
