Hmmmm! I have conflicting feelings about this one! I thought it was really cute, following a deadpan looking marshmallow melting over his crush (doing questionable things too) and in turn seeing Kai get flustered over a kiss, but *that one scene*

And that was kind of my problem with it. Not so much the theme, but the fact giant marshmallow was considering it after being rejected (and then the topic was never touched on again). I guess to me that makes me think "well, what if it doesn't work out in the future? Will he actually do that if Kai breaks up with him? Will Kai be forced to not break up with him for fear of him not hurting himself?" So, instead of being super happy they clear things up, I just felt a bit apprehensive at their current status

The concept of the balloons was pretty cool though, as well as Kai's realization that he relies on them too much

cute and fluffy, but I in particular did not understand the necessity for the suicide mention as the author could have used something else to show the ML's sadness. Likewise I did not like the authors use of suicide as it was not delt with any sort of care and was moved on from super quickly. This topic is very serious and I dont think that it is appropiated for authors to use it for some shock value.

It has a cute if kind of silly premise, but there's like no substance to this story. The back story of how the two characters met is cute, I won't lie. But most of this one-shot focuses on misunderstanding and dancing around their feelings in a kind of dumb manner. I enjoyed the art, but the story itself just fell flat for me.

It was sweet and healthy but goddamn did the attempted suicide catch me off guard, Jesus fuck. It just happened and went and it wasn't expanded on at all afterwards, like sksisoso, bro wait I'm still shocked I felt my heart fall out of my ass.
The last scene from the extras was low-key funny, I enjoyed it.

C'est une romance toute mignonne, un one shot très rapide à lire et très efficace. Les personnages sont cohérents et les storylines qui pourraient déraper ne le font pas et les malentendus sont rapidement expliqués.

Pour un public averti néanmoins, car l'épilogue est pour adultes.
