This book made me stop, pause, and ask myself: Am I working with my brain, or against it?

What I found was a fascinating, science-backed exploration of how the brain really functions — and how small, practical shifts can completely change the way we work, focus, and manage stress. Amy Brann translates complex neuroscience into clear, actionable advice that actually makes sense in everyday life.

For me, this genuinely felt like a turning point. It’s not just another productivity book; it’s a guide to understanding and respecting how your brain actually works. I’ll be re-reading this and recommending it to everyone I know.
