About the author

I grew up a shy kid in a small town out in the country where I had plenty of room to let my imagination run wild. I started writing at a pretty young age, little poems and such. From there I began taking my favorite characters from movies I watched or books I read and writing little spin off stories about them. Eventually, I delved into creating my own characters and worlds and I've never looked back. It's been my great joy for years. Along with writing, I enjoy singing, dancing, painting and spending time with my wonderful husband of four years. I teach a dance fitness class and avoid cooking and washing dishes to the best of my ability. I'm pretty good at it. We have three cats; Rocky, Crazy Doris and Strut, and one dog, Buster. Rocky is my baby, as you can tell from the fact that I let him have his own blog page and Doris really is crazy.
I published my first book, Beyond Myris (first in The Lost Realm Series) on Amazon in 2013 and after completing the fantasy series, decided to throw a couple romances out there because there's nothing I like better than a funny little romance. All of my books have a little bit of everything, romance, humor, mystery, action, adventure and suspense.
I love to laugh. In my opinion, there's not enough laughter in the world, so I enjoy trying to make some.
