I had seen a lot of these drills before -- but that makes me simplify grateful that I've had coaches that obviously had sought them out (most likely by reading this book).

Sometimes, I wish there was a bit more clarification and justification. There are certain drills that I hesitate to use because I'm not convinced that the underlying mechanics are really the best (especially for hitting or throwing.) Particularly the chapter on sliding I found to be a bit lacking.

But overall, very useful, and I would say a must-have for little league coaches.

This book was really helpful for me. Because I played baseball and haven't played in a while. This book gave me many good drills to get back into practice.
