Two women are hauled together by their husbands' partnership but that's not all they have in common. After five years of being married to Moses without any children to show for it, Athena is at a crossroad which is further exasperated by an obnoxious mother-in-law who brings in another woman to help the process; to top it off her husband is cheating on her. Athena’s mother in law was harbouring a secret that could break Athena’s marriage, Temitope has been married to Olamide for ten years, she is trying so hard to conceive a baby boy but there is something unfulfilling and unsettling between them. What a great book! It has it all! Love, hate, drama and a meddling mother in law. Follow these two women and the relationships they have in their lives. Will their complicated marriages survive! Read and find out. I was entertained from beginning to end! And as a married woman it's neat to read about other marriages. Great read!

Something New by Kemka Ezinwo is a women's fiction. It discovers complicated marriages and at it's heart has a story of a girl finding herself.

This is the second book I'm reading by this author and I definitely like her style. This story is full of drama accommodating all its elements with a meddling mother in law, love, betrayal and more.

The book is through and through entertaining and ends on a sweet epilogue. I will give it a 4.5 out of 5.
