Very helpful and informative for UC sufferers.

Much more helpful info on diet and caustic meds than what doctors tell you. I will be sending this book to my daughter who is going through the same nightmare trying to help her teenage daughter survive UC.

The book is honest and real. It's so sad that a person has to advocate so much to doctors that don't believe them!
