So so SO lovely to read a book set in an area I spent so much of my childhood in. I adore the north coast of NI with all of my heart. However, the fact that the surname of one character chipped between Carter and Carson more than once and the typos and the fact that I’m still not 100% sure how the American law enforcement are connected to an Irish Republican terrorist cell in this story are a few more than annoying points.

I just didn't really get into this story- I found the plot too complex and all of the characters are really secretive with each so I was really confused about who was betraying who ect. for the first half of the book. I did enjoy it in places but I would have preferred it simplified a bit just so it was easier to follow. (I should say I don't usually read this sort of book but I really enjoyed the Emily series by the author so I thought I'd read this unfortunately I just didn't enjoy it as much)
