I loved this book so much, Michael and Jonathan were definitely not my favorite at first but then they grew on me. I love Ella.

This is book 5 in the " the mafia promise series" this one focuses on Jonathan, Michael and Ella. The mafia twins taking their rightful place in the world stepping up to the plate and continuing their sibling rivalry. But when war comes can they come together? This book is on another whole ass level. A wild rollercoaster ride you will never forget!!
Once I started I couldn't stop, I was on the edge of my damn seat the whole time, heart racing, sweaty palms and big ugly tears. There was moments when my jaw was on the floor and moments I wanted to through my kindle off the wall. Michael made me so bloody annoyed at time. But my heart also breaks for him, for them both.
Their story is gripping, twisted, dark, thrilling and intense. But I loved every minute of it. It's filled with drama, angst, heartbreak, darkness, secrets, suspense and loads more.
I'm totally hooked on this series. Brit is amazing at what she does, she sinks her teeth into you and doesn't let go. Always leaving you on your knees, begging for more. But that ending, that damn cliffhanger!! She loves to leave us hanging. I'm not sure how this is going to end. But I'm looking forward to the finale. I highly recommended!!

This author truly excels at crafting a gripping and dramatic narrative that keeps readers hooked from start to finish! Twisted Pinky Promise, the fifth installment in the captivating The Mafia Promise series, focuses on the intertwined lives of Jonathan, Michael, and Ella. While I found myself frustrated with Michael at times, my heart ached for him due to his struggles with mental health. It's impossible not to feel deep empathy for him, regardless of his actions. As for Jonathan, I was skeptical about whether he would ever sort things out with Ella. I absolutely adore this series and the talent of this author. Her storytelling is mesmerizing, and her characters are wonderfully developed. I'm eagerly anticipating what she has in store for us next!

So, the wait for this one is well worth it! Michael is such a hot, hot kidnapper/ruthless murderer, and Jonathan is a perfect yin to his yang.
The twins are stepping up and trying to figure out where they fit into this power structure that is their birthright. But they have each had hard lives and it's super difficult for them to overcome their past. It doesn't help that none of the adults around them have ever really known what to do and how to handle them, and are just trying their best. It also doesn't help that their parents had to leave them to protect them, and they can't possibly understand that.
I loved getting to know these characters better and can’t wait for their own installments!

We finally get the books about the twins all grown up and ready to take their places in the world.
As time has gone by Michael has just gotten more and more angry and aggressive. Meanwhile, Jonathan is the calmer and more rational of the two brothers. But once they have to go their respective ways, we get to see how they are without the others influence. Jonathan comes into his own and becomes a strong leader, but Michael just seems to keep going off the rails. He does a lot of bad things throughout the course of this story.
That ending though. I am hoping we get a sixth in the series to continue the story and see where else we can go with this family.

This author definitely knows how to write an intense, consuming, dramatic story that readers simply cannot put down! Twisted Pinky Promise is book 5 in the fantastic The Mafia Promise series and this one is Jonathan, Michael and Ella's story. Although I got quite aggravated at Michael, my heart utterly broke for him and all of his mental health issues. It's hard not to feel an overwhelming compassion for him no matter what he does. Then there's Jonathan, I didn't think he would ever get his crap together with Ella. I absolutely LOVE this series and this author. Her storytelling ability is spellbinding and her characters are brilliant. I can't wait to see what comes next!

Omg so much to unload.. it took me a little to read the book not because it was bad but I was furious at Micheal for how he treated Johnathan and Ella. I had a few chapters that made me rage quit just to fuss and pitch a fit just to pick the book back up and read more. It finally got to a point tho where I wasn't so mad at Michael. I cried and screamed through out this book I even had to vent about the Micheal, but this book is Soo good. I hope there is more to their story because it has just gotten even more interesting and we do eventually get to see a softer side of Micheal how ever fleeting it may be. I can't wait for the next one and for everyone to have the happy ending they deserve..

Michael showed a side of himself I didn't like but I'm hoping this isn't how he continues in the story; I don't want him to be the bad guy.
This book kept me on my toes and when it starts to get REALLY good.. it ends. But what a great surprise ending.. I cannot wait for the next book. I feel its gonna be emotional - anger, hate, confusion, etc. and not just from the Jonathan & Michael.

I have been waiting for this book after reading the other books in the series and man did this not disappoint. Let’s start with Michael, like do I feel bad for him because of everything he has going on? Absolutely. But also I want to hate him because of how he treats Jonathan and Ella and almost anyone else around him. And Jonathan I want to say I also don’t think he deserves Ella but in the sense of he doesn’t even know how he feels after all these years with her. Both Jonathan and Michael have been through so much and it really just shows you how people deal with grief differently. AND THE ENDING!!!! AAAHHHHH I was really hoping that would happen! can’t wait for the next one!

This picks up where shattered pinky promise ends. Jonathon and Michael are now 21 and they both have been preparing for their new roles.
It broke my heart to see the struggles both boys are going through and how they both deal with those struggles.
We see both old and new characters. I love this series so much!
But omg Ms Shytle.. that cliffhanger!!!!! Finally we're to this point but omg my heart! This book has me laughing crying and just screaming at my book!

WHAT?! This series just keeps getting better and better!! I genuinely thought that Ella was going to leave Jonathan for Michael... But I am so glad I was wrong!! I feel so awful for Michael. He struggles so much and is so misunderstood. I have a soft spot for him. Getting bad vibes from Emma and Anya. These two need to be monitored lol. The ending... THE ENDING?! HOLY SHITE!!! I can't wait for book 4!! I need to know how the boys react and how Leo and Heidi are going to react!!! Omgosh!! Love it!!

This is 5th book in the series and like the rest of them it did not disappoint. I was excited to see the boys grown up and finding their way in the world. If you like a good mafia live story you will enjoy this series. If you haven't read them yet you should.
I'm so looking forward to the next book or books to be released. I wanted to read more immediately upon finishing. The good ones always end too soon.

This is a really enjoyable series. The books are fast paced and keep your interest. I’ve read all five books back to back and this latest one is my favorite. Since this is the fifth book in the series, I don’t want to give any spoilers away! If you enjoy mafia romance that has some dark themes, where the men are complete cinnamon rolls for their women, but will go completely feral if you lay a finger on them, and enjoy spicy time, then read this series. I’m looking forward to book 6!

Omg I cried again reading this one. All of these books in this series have grabbing by heart and made me emotional in the best way possible. The relationship between Ella and Jonathan are everything to me and Michael is so angry and miserable still but it’s understandable for him. I seriously need more of their parents I can’t move on if I don’t know more about them soon they’ve always been my favorites. I love this series so much and I can’t wait to see where it takes us

This book focuses on moving the boys to the next stage of their lives. I wish the author spent a bit more time developing their love interests but that doesn’t take away from the overall story of this world. Just like the previous books, this book is full of story, the characters are amazing and I couldn’t put it down! I need the next one ASAP but the promise that this book leaves us on has me on the edge of my seat!

I can’t believe The Mafia Promise series is over! 😭 But wow, Twisted Pinky Promise was the perfect way to end it. The twins' book was absolutely delicious—packed with tension, action, and so much great smut. Who knew Michael would end up being my favorite character?! His development was everything I didn’t know I needed. This book had me hooked from start to finish, and I’m already tempted to reread the whole series. What a ride! 🔥

The Pinky (mafia promise) books do not disappoint. I highly recommend reading them in order. This one starts off with a bang as they all do. If you like a possessive mmc then Michael is for you but his brother balances him out. What more do you need but a love interest or a "sister" ish to share. You will find the mafia things and removing things from this world and leave needing to know what's next but the ride is fantastic.

I enjoyed each book very much: great storytelling with complex characters and gritty realism, BUT... each book ended very abruptly on a cliffhanger. That was OK since the next book was available but having finished Book 5 I'm left with questions. It doesn't feel like there's a Book 6 coming - reconciliation doesn't seem possible - but it also doesn't feel like this journey with the Mancinis is complete.

The author definitely knows how to keep you consumed in a book. I read each of her books literally in a day and Twisted Pinky Promise was NOT put down at all until it was done!! I loved seeing what the twins were up to, of course more trouble follows Michael than Jonathan, as well as Ella, Heidi, and Leo. Highly recommend the entire series!!!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! This book was everything I needed from this series and more and man has it left me hanging wanting even more! Watching Jonathan and Michael growing into their roles as Dons was a roller coaster of emotions and keeps you turning the pages without wanting to stop. Gahhhhhhh!!!!! This book was everything I needed from this series and more! After reading the first four books, I was desperately waiting for this one to be released. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I loved watching Jonathan and Michael growing into their roles as Dons! I was so invested in their story, that I called into work to finish reading it haha

Definitely smut. Basically, this is erotica with a potential good story. The characters and plot are well thought out, but very basic. The emphasis seems to be on describing two different styles of sex in some graphic detail. This book includes graphic violence (light gore), BDSM, TPE, and non-consent.

Another great book in this amazing series by Brittany! I have really enjoyed following this series and have enjoyed being immersed in the storyline. I look forward to future books by Brittany Shytle and can't wait to see what she come up with next!

This book had me going absolutely crazy. The tension between brothers Michael and Jonathan was so thick. Seeing the depths of Michael’s inner most thoughts really helped to understand his character. Cannot wait to see what comes next.
