The penultimate chapter of the second arc, and this series just gets better and better.

Also, is Elita the kind of nagging girlfriend that made it easy for Optimus to go on a suicide mission into uncharted space? Don't mind me, just airing my speculating in my own Transformers head canon.

More I think about it, they probably should have built up the Magus PTSD better. Still pretty good and I like most of the plot that’s going on. I feel like they’ve dropped the weird dad vision thing Optimus had going on and I kinda want them to go back to that.

Magnus?

Dang another cliffhanger, the internal conflict of both factions has to reach the boiling point soon. Art work is phenomenal and the story is just so good.

Just binge read issues 5-11, and I really really should've waited until issue 12 came out.11 has boasted such a massive cliffhanger. How can I wait a whole month now?!?!

Now that I've got that out of my system, this take on the war between the Autobots & Decepticons feels most desperate from prior takes on their battles.

Without spoiling too much here, it feels like no one is safe in this series. A bit underwhelming here to report, but honestly, high stakes take!

The cost of their decisions weigh heavily on these poor Autobots and the poor humans who are very squishy.

The what only can be described as body horror film like scenes that are served here have really resonated with me. Feels like I've already said too much. Go grab these and give em a read!

Slow and steady

This isn't a knock down drag out issue. As you might expect given how action packed the previous was. That was a little disappointing but it is be no means bad.

Pieces are falling into place, plots are being set up and character drama remains the foundation of the book. It's slow but good and I'm looking forward to the next issue.

I'm really getting sick of x character being dead to rights and getting out of it because of some deus ex machina. I couldn't rate it any higher because it happens too much in this series. Dipping too much into that well is bringing this book down for me. 2.5

This issue was losing steam not as much gas as in the prior issues.

Better and better

Each issue gets better and better. Issue 11's ending had me yelling at my screen. Excited for issue 12 to see where the writers go next

Poor Ultrq Magnus.

The autobots take time to reflect on their losses as they mount up a rescue mission to save Jazz and Cliffjumper. Really want Shockwave to get his spark torn out.
