Read this book cos someone needed help with their KPIs. Reading this book didn’t address the underlying issues of racism and patch protection that were features of the workplace, but like a KPI I can tick this book off and appear to be helping.
Ps I started reading this before covid times. Weird.
I loved this book. Very clear, simple and easy way to fully implement a KPI system. The book applied lean principles and didn't leave out the need to assess, improve and manage the data that comprises the KPIs. Simply outstanding!

This is more of a step-by-step manual or guide, rather than a typical book. It takes you through it as if you are in a workshop. It is better to do your homework and finalize the strategies, mission, and goals you want to measure prior to going through this book.
