This material helps the reader better understand who they were, who they are, and who they can be. It provides in-depth information to help individuals better grasp difficulties in their lives and how they can make the necessary adjustments to become stronger individuals.
Author Alexander Knight did a great job of helping the reader better understand their present situation and how to make necessary changes to become the individual they desire to become.

It was a good read. I would have liked it more had I been unfamiliar with the content but because of my degree I really found it to be an oversimplification but am aware sometimes people need that to start their journey. There are powerful moments in here that make it worth the read.

This book provided a great deal of information, and was an interesting read. Great for anyone trying to move through trauma as well as break feelings of helplessness. Take your time, take notes, this book can be helpful!

In effort to heal my inner child, I read this for reparenting.

As a peer group leader, I found this to have a good basis of working with wounds from your childhood. Will be recommending.
