Maybe a 2.5. Good book to have as a resource, as it has many references to worthwhile leadership books and authors. I found it frustrating to read, though, because it is mostly a list of questions. It's more a reference book than a straight read. But it is worth picking up and, notably, worth having on a pastor's leadership shelf.

It’s a fine book. I can see why some would find it beneficial and others would not. Now that I have finished this book, I would describe has a helpful reframe for leadership in churches because it gives examples of questions that could lead to breakthroughs.
