Draw your destiny into being! Discover the intersection between creativity and manifestation, backed by neuroscience, in this inspiring new art form that allows you to claim the life you desire as you co-create with the Universe.
The Art of Manifesting Method™, created by Colette Baron-Reid and Anna Denning, harnesses the extraordinary power of intentional art to rewire your brain, break old patterns, and align your mind and intentions with the energy of the Universe. No special skills or tools required! Through the AM Method, manifesting can be as easy, peaceful, and joyful as drawing a circle and lots of flowy lines. All you need is a pen, a piece of paper, and your imagination to begin to co-create a life beyond your wildest dreams. The Universe will do the rest through the power of synchronicity.
With the Seven Steps of Manifestation, you actively carve out new neural pathways by repeatedly engaging in meaningful, intentional thoughts and actions. This creates deep, authentic shifts within you that are then reflected in your outer world. The gentle, seven-week guide allows you to thoroughly understand and connect with each step through guided drawings (including example illustrations) as well as supportive practices like meditation and journaling. Through the AM Method, you will tap into the infinite potential of the quantum field and realize that you are the shaper of your destiny, not just the one being shaped.

I received a free copy of The Art of Manifesting from Netgalley for my honest review. This book sucked me in right away with a hand on drawing excercise. I really appreciated how we jumped right in so the reader could see the benefits of the practice right away. Part I then gets more into the theory and psychology which is pretty standard for this kind of "self help" style book. Part II get back to self work, manifesting excercises. It's intended to be a longer term practice; working on an excercise a week. For this reason I would recommend a print version. I listened to the audiobook, which was enjoyable to listen to and well done. I probably would get more out of this style book in print so it's easy to review and reread with ease.
A step by step guide including directions in terms of working towards manifesting what you want or where you want to go in life. By utilizing the subconscious and directing your body, thoughts and actions in the direction of what you want your life with "manifest" it into your life. Be careful though you need to be specific and know what you will do with it once you have it. Many thanks to Netgalley, author and publisher for the opportunity.
I've been following Colette for a few years now, always giving me a way to focus and redirect my life through her methods of meditation, vision boards and plain inspiration with her message. Meditation is usually hard because of distractions that life throws at you, but I feel that this method with art and drawing and manifestation and visualization will be useful and fun. Colette's reading of the audiobook was charged with all her energy and enthusiasm.
Thanks to netgalley for the audio copy for review.
Read as audiobook from Audible. Well narrated by author.
Came with PDF that was good enough, but could have been better. I would liked to have seen the exercise assignment descriptions included within the PDF so that they could be more easily completed and referenced.
Enjoyable read and I am excited to jump in and get started. But this would have been better read in hard copy and as such I have added it to my to buy list.
This book is inspirational and uplifting. It introduces the techniques of neuro art and walks the reader through several manifesting exercises using drawing. It's a great length - not too long and the author narrates the audiobook with an enthusiastic yet soothing tone that works perfectly with the content. I will check out more from Colette Baron-Reid.
Thanks to Hay House Audiobooks, NetGalley, and the authors for this audiobook to honestly review. It’s now available.
This is something I haven't done much of - manifesting thoughts, ideas, dreams. To add it to art is even more fascinating to me, and I could easily see how the process becomes meditative, almost trance‑like, as you draw and let your imagination flow. It is something I will be exploring further.
I listened to the audiobook, which made it a little harder to visualize the techniques being described. As a visual learner, I found myself turning to YouTube for demonstrations, but once I saw the process in action, I was hooked. What really enhanced the experience was that the narration was by the author. Her passion and enthusiasm came through so clearly, adding a personal touch that made the book feel even more inspiring.
