Being kicked out of my pride, I wandered around the country until Axel found my malnourished lion side and invited me into his home. I’ve found family, brotherhood, and happiness here. I have really enjoyed this series and this story was wonderful. I loved Logan and knew he was brave and strong even as he doubted it because of his horrible parents who drove him out of the pride and he was homeless for years before he met axel who saved him. I loved Dean(would love to have a bakery like his near me!)and understood his keeping his truth about his being Logan's mate even as you knew his finding out would be very hurtful. And when he did it was so terrible and it was so sad and painful when he was found with the bear trap around his leg and he was crying and panicking and finally Dean came clean and Logan understood that he was his mate and why he had hidden it so long. The hunt for the covens was scary and not a surprise that Logan's parents were part of it but glad that one of his brothers and young nieces were saved. Loved the ending with Gavin and Stryker and looking forward to their book.

I’ve read pretty much all of this author’s work and her earlier stuff was great. I’m not too sure what happened but her books last year needed serious editing. When you use the wrong name for your MC then it’s a sign you seriously need to read your books before they’re published….
But I really do not like leaving a series unfinished so I decided to push on, plus Logan has always been this cutie shifter in the background, and I wanted to know his story.
The editing is better. Thank god because it couldn’t get much worse…. I wish we didn’t have an ! after pretty much every other sentence but I’ll take my wins where I can get them. The plot progressed and we got more info on the coven and their blood magic. Plus Logan got his HEA which I needed. I’ve given it 4 stars but in reality it’s 3.5.
I prefer daddy kink with a lot more caretaking and age regression. I feel that each book in this series, apart from our Lucifer book, has got less daddy focused and more just use of the daddy as a term. It’s disappointing as this started off strong with book 1 & 2.
I’ll finish off this series as we have one book left and then I’ll probably ditch this author unless they start doing daddy kink properly again - and ensure their books are actually edited.

Another delightful installment in this series. This is about I Logan, a lion shifter that was kicked out of his pride and Dean, a mage running from his coven. As the series adds more books with new characters I find it hard to remember who some of the other characters are. good book
The backstory on these characters was moving. I’m so glad they found each other and are happy now and have found a way to let go of the trauma from the past.
Glad Noah helped Dean pull his head out of his butt about hiding from his mate. I get he was trying to protect him but as he realize he should’ve had more faith.
Logan is such a sweet soul I’m very glad he got his happy ever after. I’m glad he got his one brother back, but I wish he could’ve gotten them all. I am glad he got the closure he needed regarding his family and that his brothers loved him no matter what his parents or pride thought. I just wish they had all survived for the reunion.

Been Waiting
I’ve been waiting for this book to come out and it didn’t disappoint. Athena Steller did an excellent job on this story. Our sweet Logan finally gets his mate, Dean. There’s not a whole lot of mystery with this book unless you didn’t read the series but then I believe that even if you hadn’t, we are at the point where you will know what’s happening. But you will miss out if you don’t read this series from Book 1. This is a 5 star ⭐️ book/read. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 💜

I was really excited for Logan finally finding his mate. Dean had reasons to hide who he was but I think it caused more damage to Logan. The search for the covens intensified and when Logan ended up back with the pride his parents had kicked him out of when he was so young, it broke my heart. I’m glad he was able to help some of the people from his old pride. I was so glad him and Dean were able to work past everything that happened. This was sadder than the other books in this series but also very rewarding.

My goodness, my heart ached for Logan 🥺 His past, his insecurities, and everything he carried with him had me hurting for him throughout the book. I just wanted to wrap him in a hug and tell him he was worthy of all the love he was getting ❤️

So, the timing of this book and Satan's Little Helpers (now book 1 of Underworld Mates, a spin-off series) overlap, so I will read that book next before moving to the next book in this series.

Definitely one of my top rereads of this series. Logan and Dean are such a sweet pairing (get the joke😂). But overall they both help each other through some hard time and embrace what makes them different. Poor dean made a couple bad decisions at the beginning but definitely makes up for it. My face spicy scene is the piercing scene

I enjoyed this book, it was sweet and had a pretty good plot line. My only issue is that there were spelling and grammar errors that kind of ruin the immersion and, in some cases, make it a little difficult to understand. Other than that, it was an enjoyable read!

I enjoyed Dean and Logan’s book. It’s a bit of a slow burn and has a melancholy feel to it, but it’s still as sweet and romantic as the other books in the series. I’m looking forward to Gavin and Stryker’s book

AMAZING!!!!
I love this series. I was so happy that we were getting Logan’s story. With so many in the family having mates those without feel the absence so much stronger. Unfortunately we only have one more to go. I don’t want this series to end.

I enjoyed this story. It was well written, interesting and a sweet read.
We had the main characters not only paranormal but protective and proactive in protecting their loved ones, with a bit of drama.

I loved this book and it took longer for Logan to find his mate but good things need a little more time! Dean felt he needed to get rid of some of his past demons before he exposed any to his mate Logan! Once that was over with everything was amazing!! They’re absolutely perfect for each other!! I’m excited for Gavin’s story!!

I thought this was a sweet, happy but steamy insta-love story. I did notice there were a few errors but they were a lot less noticeable than in the previous books in the series. I thought Dean and Logan were great together and fate sure knew what they were doing pairing them together, as they were perfect for each other. My heart hurt for Logan when he didn’t understand and thought that Dean was apologising because he didn’t want him as a mate but Dean was apologising for hiding his scent and running off with his familiar Noah to go after his coven to protect Logan and the rest of his found family. I love the bond between Dean and Noah and Logan just added to their bond.
I thought the chemistry between Dean and Logan was explosive. Man, Logan’s parents were absolutely horrible with kicking him out of the Pride after he’d told his mother that he couldn’t ever give them grandchildren because he’s gay so couldn’t marry a women like the Pride demands. I suppose that was the reason he found his true family/pack which also lead to finding his mate, so I can’t be too upset about it even though him and his lion were alone for so long. I just love the family that they’ve created. I thoroughly enjoyed the snippet from Gavin’s POV which made me even more intrigued reading his and Stryker’s book.
