Cat the RH Safekeeper doesn't know what shes talking about. this book is not released so no one but the author knows if there is MM or not even in the book. and Jenn puts a disclaimer on all her books that contain MM.

I'm sorry, you expect me to have coherent thoughts after that?! I thought Hollis was scary, well she has nothing on Isolde. I loved the Omega bonding going on between the girls. Nothing says besties like preparing bait for fishing. Also, Avery, homegirl, you need to check yourself, then march yourself right out. The JennVerse is no joke, grab an emotional support pillow and some popcorn, bubble wrap anything of importance and maybe drink some calming tea beforehand?

The last full length Unhingedverse novel in the series is here and oh it’s so good!!!! Jenn ripped my heart out and put it back together in the best way possible with this series!

This story is intense! It’s dark and harsh and suspenseful and emotional…and so freaking good!
‼️If you think of TW lists more like menus…here are two of my personal favorites: inappropriate use of a hollow steel pipe and acid & inappropriate use of a fishing pole. 🎣
Isolde is absolute badass - she is strong and smart and is a true survivor and she also still has this great sense of humor. She is a hit woman and takes a job from a mob boss…and she accidentally kidn@ps her scent match…
Lucas is our nerdy CEO with the heart of a chemist and Grant is his brooding bodyguard. Oliver is a hacker and Alesso…let’s just say he’s good with money.
They are such an eclectic group but they work together so well - they are so supportive of Isolde in every way and I absolutely loved their banter!
Ok…so it happened…THE SCENE and it was so cathartic and amazing and epic in every way. From who participated to the details I could not have thought up anything better.
But wait…there is another SCENE…almost like a bonus cathartic…scene…. *chef’s kiss 💋
“There’s strength in survival,” I growl softly. “Growth, finding new coping mechanisms, and most importantly, regularly telling your past to f*ck off.”
There is also top tier found family in this book. I LOVED the side friendships and cameos and how supportive they are of each other. 10/10

Wronged Omegas get the best revenge
Who doesn't love an unhinged Omega looking for retribution? Check your trigger warnings if you have any.
Isolde spent years under the care of an Omega who trafficked and experimented on other Omegas. She was always forced into unnatural years to be used. When she is finally sold she ends up with Alpha's planning to make a snuff film. Well too bad they were the ones dead at the end. Now she's working as an assassin and hiding as a Beta.
One job she doesn't do all her research and it leads to the unexpected. Lucas Reid finds himself being kidnapped by a tiny woman. Next thing he knows he's strung up and being questioned. Turns out he's actually a good guy and her scent match.
Watching Isolde deal with her scent matches is so much fun. They are not worried about her extracurricular activities as long as she is safe. However, her being able to deal with them and all the things that come with matches and being an Omega will be the challenge.
I absolutely adore these men. They will do absolutely anything for their Omega.
"Once some things are broken, they can't be mended. All you can do is help the person find a new path. I am down to f up the people who did this to her though, even if it means holding them down so she can take care of things. Isolde's not a delicate flower, I can see it just from the brief interaction between us. The stories of how she kills and her ability to torture are also legendary. She's created quite the name for herself among the darker underbelly of the world."
Her final revenge though was absolutely epic. "I heard we're holding a fishing tournament". Yes they absolutely did and the final score was perfect.

Definitely check your trigger warnings on this one because WHOA! Isolde is an Omega and she's been through some stuff but she can hold her own and then some. Isolde is a woman you don't want to mess with. And she is quite the creative one when it comes to getting her revenge.
Oliver, Grant, Lucas, and Alesso are all 3 alphas that are very independent but they work pretty well in their group. And of course they all would burn the world down for their omega. They are willing to give her whatever she wants.
And of course you do see omegas and their alphas from previous books. I love that the girls automatically bond with Isolde. But in the end they all get their revenge on a person who has hurt them in one way or another.

This book is about revenge, about taking back one’s power and owning it. This book is about an omega who goes through hell, who survives without shattering despite the numerous attempts to break her and when she finally finds her forever, they’re the people she was sent to destroy. This book is also about the men who accepts her despite her faults, and who are desperate to stand by her side and watch the world burn, by her hand.
This book is a dark omegaverse so make sure to check your triggers and take care of yourself, You matter!
This book was perfect, I don’t know how else to phrase it. I love all of Jenn’s books but this one is definitely my new favourite. From the first page we get introduced to a badass character who is going through hell, how she manages to survive and come out stronger on the other side is beyond a miracle, that’s not to say she isn’t traumatised and jaded from the experience, but she takes all of that and turns it into something ”good”, and by “good” in quotations I mean that she’s removing bad people in the permanent way. She’s incredible and absolutely hilarious! This book had me in crying my eyes out, in the best and worst of ways. Expect to be laughing, crying and absolutely rage at the injustice of the world and the cards she’s been dealt.
Now, you may have noticed that I didn’t really mention our FMCs pack, that’s on purpose, we’ve meet them before in a previous book and now they finally get to tell their story, I did use a quote with one of their names so maybe you already know who it is? I’ve been anxiously waiting them to return, practically salivating for it, they’re amazing men who absolutely deserve their happily ever after!
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys dark romance, to anyone who read the previous books in this universe and wants the best revenge on behalf of the wronged omegas in this world.
And now to the best part, a few of my favourite quotes. I had a lot of quotes saved and it was so difficult to pick three, which has always been my self set limit.. so I went with four of them. Enjoy!

“Once some things are broken, they can’t be mended. All you can do is help the person find a new path”
Once again, Jenn shows us that it can be cathartic to let the intrusive thoughts win sometimes.
If you’re new to the Unhingedverse/ Jenn-verse series, I highly recommend that you do NOT start here. While all of the books can be read as standalones, you won’t get the full experience if you read Retribution without starting from the beginning with Knot My Sin. Our favorite group of omegas get their collective revenge in this one, and boy has it been a long time coming.
That being said, if you know this series, then you know that the trigger and content warning lists aren’t for decoration. This was a hard book to stomach at times in the beautiful and gruesome way that Jenn Bullard has. If she ever gets tired of writing Omegaverse and polyamorous fiction, she could do wonders writing for the SAW franchise.
What I truly loved about this book is that while it follows Jenn’s usual arc of victims becoming survivors and regaining their power, this book adds in a delightful component of unhinged stabby Omega. I wouldn’t have pegged kidnapping an MMC for an adorable meet cute, but it worked.
The spice was fantastic, but was only added where it made sense. The scenes were hot and still managed to advance the story. The MMCs were perfection for our heroine. No third act breakup, and they were supportive and loving from the start….mostly. I couldn’t think of a better group of alphas for this story.
While I know this won’t be the last of the Unhingedverse cast that we see, this felt like the closure that we all have been waiting for in this series with plenty of jumping off points for future spin offs. I can’t wait to see where we end up next.

Retribution is a story you want a quiet room and an oh sh!t handlebar while reading. It starts off with a bang, then settles as Isolde and men get to know each other and start to connect. Don’t let the lull in chaos mislead you (remember the oh sh!t handle?) grab it and hang on because the ride picks up and gets really rough. The finale is explosive and very very satisfying. 😈 🎉🥳

Jenn has done it again!!! I absolutely adored Isolde and her men! They embrace her sharp edges and help her to sharpen them, while also giving her space to soften some!

Wowzers that was absolutely amazing, I feel totally rung out in the very best way possible. I am really gutted there are no more full length novels in this series as I have truly loved single every one, but I am happy to report that the we will still see crossovers, so we won’t loose these characters forever.
This book was just fantastic, the characters are so well written and the plot kept me engrossed and riveted from start to finish. Each omega in the unhingedverse series went through hėll at the hands of trâffíckėrs, specifically Ophelia. However Isolde, to help with her PTSD, turns to being a hítwøman/assässìn to reclaim some of her power back. She is such a fíerce bädåss woman with a soft side to those she loves, I just loved her so much and definitely my favourite omega in the series.
Isolde’s relationship with her alphas was wonderfully hot, magnetic, romantic and pure, as they support her in so many ways, without squashing her need to be stābbý! The alphas…….oh boy….. they’re super hot, cute and fiercely protective, I can’t say I liked one more than the other as they were all just perfect, especially as they realised that they had sėxý feeling for each other too……well apart from Grant, who joked about getting a bit to close to his bossy’s 🍆. 🤣
This book starts with a bang, then settles as Isolde, Lucas, Alesso, Grant and Oliver settle into their all their relationships together, navigating trìggėrs, heats, work and a cute baby, they take into their family. It all then ramps up to a highly emotional point that really gets the heart rate spiking, and parts I definitely read whilst clutching a hand to my mouth!!!
As the title says Isolde, Wren, Adira and Quinn absolutely live up to the ‘Retríbůtion’ title, in the most fantastically cathartic grùesøme way possible, which made me smile 😈 (insert ěvíl laugh!!) It was just a perfect finish to this series with so, so many characters from the other books in this series.
I loved it all and can highly recommend to all dark omegaverse lovers. X

Wowzers that was absolutely amazing, I feel totally rung out in the very best way possible. I am really gutted there are no more full length novels in this series as I have truly loved single every one, but I am happy to report that the we will still see crossovers, so we won’t loose these characters forever.
This book was just fantastic, the characters are so well written and the plot kept me engrossed and riveted from start to finish. Each omega in the unhingedverse series went through hėll at the hands of trâffíckėrs, specifically Ophelia. However Isolde, to help with her PTSD, turns to being a hítwøman/assässìn to reclaim some of her power back. She is such a fíerce bädåss woman with a soft side to those she loves, I just loved her so much and definitely my favourite omega in the series.
Isolde’s relationship with her alphas was wonderfully hot, magnetic, romantic and pure, as they support her in so many ways, without squashing her need to be stābbý! The alphas…….oh boy….. they’re super hot, cute and fiercely protective, I can’t say I liked one more than the other as they were all just perfect, especially as they realised that they had sėxý feeling for each other too……well apart from Grant, who joked about getting a bit to close to his bossy’s 🍆. 🤣
This book starts with a bang, then settles as Isolde, Lucas, Alesso, Grant and Oliver settle into their all their relationships together, navigating trìggėrs, heats, work and a cute baby, they take into their family. It all then ramps up to a highly emotional point that really gets the heart rate spiking, and parts I definitely read whilst clutching a hand to my mouth!!!
As the title says Isolde, Wren, Adira and Quinn absolutely live up to the ‘Retríbůtion’ title, in the most fantastically cathartic grùesøme way possible, which made me smile 😈 (insert ěvíl laugh!!) It was just a perfect finish to this series with so, so many characters from the other books in this series.
I loved it all and can highly recommend to all dark omegaverse lovers. X

As I've said previously I'm a huge Jenn Bullard fan and I don't know how she does it but she's just topped herself with this brilliant read. If I could I'd score it 10 🌟 it is just that good.
This is one I've been waiting for as it's good the demise of that evil omega traitorous b!tch Ophelia, the auction house madam from so many of Jenn's books.
We start by meeting Isolde, an omega who's been held by Ophelia for the last 3 years and who is constantly drugging her, sending her into heats so she can be graped time after time after time but now Ophelia is finally auctioning her off. After her distressing ordeal at Ophelia's hands during her "shower" Isolde sees another omega being led in and then led out in a different outfit to be auctioned. As the last one to be auctioned Isolde is bought by a snuff film pack.
A number of years later Isolde is working as a hitwoman for various mafia bosses and kidnaps a high profile CEO on who she's been given incorrect information. She hides him away in a warehouse and they are eventually found by 2 other men. These men turn out to be her scent matches.
I could give a full synopsis for every chapter but you really need to read this book BUT be warned there are some heavy TRIGGERS in this book including laxatives forcibly swallowed, SA with a bat, grenade fishing in a chest cavity, bond breaking and quite a number of others.
Hardest chapters for me were parts of 32, 33, 34. Best chapters were the unaliving of madam Ophelia where we had Wren, Quinn and Adira as well as Isolde involved. It was great seeing characters from other books too.

If you're thinking about reading this please PLEASE read the trigger warnings, and take them SERIOUSLY. Jenn does dark like nobody's business and this is DARK. Isolde goes through some horrific crap during this book and it can be really hard to read if you're not prepared for it.
This entire series has been sooo good and so heartbreaking at the same time.
That being said, if you live for sweet, bloody, FANTASTIC revenge, you absolutely NEED to read this story. Isolde is so damn strong to go through what she does and still come out of the other side. Even characters from the very beginning of the series get to exact their pound of flesh and it is soooo amazing.
It literally made my little unhinged heart squeal in happiness!
A lot of times I feel left wanting when the revenge a main character dishes out doesn't seem proportionate to the crimes done to them but that was definitely not the case here. Seriously it was just so sooooo dang good 🥹
Even though this is a heavier read I can see myself picking it up again when I need to see some bad guys actually pay for their crimes 😏

This is a Jenn Bullard book, so the FMC goes through some sh!t before meeting her pack. Make sure you check the trigger warnings because this baby gets DARK. DARK DARK DARK. Also, this is a standalone, so you technically can read it by itself, I promise it's better if you read the previous books, that way you get the whole experience. A few of the characters in this book were briefly introduced in another book, so you'll get a little more backstory about how they originally met.
Ahhh I loved this book so much! Lucas is my favorite MMC. No wait, Oliver is my favorite. Hold on, um.. maybe Alesso. No, definitely Grant. Can I choose all 4? I mean, why choose, right? Isolde is amazing. I love when the FMC is hard on the outside but is soft on the inside and melts for her pack. She can take care of herself, but she still has a conscience, which she proves. Even with how dark the book can get I definitely laughed quite a few times. And of course, because Jenn loves her readers, there are plenty of those super smexy scenes we all love. Jenn's books are always perfectly balanced, because they're not just all smex, or all plot and no smex. I feel like I could go on and on about how much I loved the book, but I don't want to ruin anything. You definitely want to read and experience it for yourself.

I loved this….this is the story of an omega first described in my knot my sin and the guys who helped Quinn through her heat.
This story is full on and difficult in places. Do not leave a poor review because you didn’t check your triggers!
Isolde is a great Fmc. Tough exterior but oh so vulnerable when you get through it. Having to learn to love, lean and trust her story flows beautifully
The guys are great. Lucas the ceo with a sub side. Oliver the hacker who’s a bit chaotic but with plenty of love for his pack, Allesso the launderer who puts family above all else and the bodyguard, Grant. I was so happy when he became part of the pack.
The story is quick paced but slows when it needs to particularly with the introduction of baby Leila.
Was lovely to see the Fmc become friends with some of previous leading ladies. The bonding through some really tough shared experiences and the disposal of Ophelia was so well written.
Looking forward to more in this world and finding out what happened to Avery. Intrigued as to whether she will be a true villain or like her brothers she will receive a redemption arc?

What do you do when you finally get to take back your life only to find out that those you are destined to be with are the ones you were sent to end? That is exactly the the question that gets answered in the last installment from this world. Just like previous stories, this one is DARK so check those warning before you indulge.
I love how strong Isolde was- she can certainly hold her own and refuses to let Madame Ophelia break her down. She has no problem taking control in situations and getting down and dirty to get the results she wants, which puts her in the top spot of FMC's in this universe, possibly in any universe Jenn Bullard has written. I loved how we got to see way way way more of Alesso, Lucas and Oliver in this story and how they all intertwine with Isolde, especially since they didn't connect in the traditional way you see a lot of packs in OV stories do. I also loved how we get to continue to see past characters from the previous stories. I am so sad to see this wonderful universe go but if this dark and depraved (in the best way) story has taught me one thing, like always, the queen will be back with more!

Jenn never shies away from dark and difficult topics and Isolde’s story bares witness to the raw and painful ramifications of unimaginable trauma. She becomes the epitome of what it means to survive and a depraved judicator to those devoid of humanity.
Watching Isolde break free from her isolation to find healing amongst her newly formed pack, is achingly beautiful. They all come together carrying their own demons; and yet, there is a balance each brings to completing their bond and home. They endure so much (Isolde most assuredly the most) for their forever and the battle is visceral, violent, and unbelievably tender.

Doing so will make this storyline so much richer. I loved the additional world building that it brings. As always, the character building is on point. This was a lot
Lots of emotion, fear, anxiety, disgust, and hatred. I thought I hated Ophelia before but the things she did to Isolde were beyond my ability to express. She absolutely hated her, seemingly just for existing.
But then there were Lucas, Oliver, Alessio and my favourite Grant. In their own ways they were totally obsessed by Isolde. The care, time, control and love that they gave to her was beyond beautiful. If Isolde was broken, they were the gold that transformed her into something new and even more beautiful and precious.
I loved that at the end, the families of the Minnesota packs joined in the fun and Isolde had a bonding session with Quinn, Adira and Wren.

At this point, all of us Jenn pros should know the drill. For the newbies, check warnings before reading. Jenn is always on point with letting you know what you're getting into and how dark she's gonna get.
Now with that said....
AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!
Whew. Had to get that out. She gets dark in this book but some of that dark is oh so good. CoughOPHELIASDEMISEcough. I seriously loved that scene! I want to just gush about that part in this review but I don't want spoilers for others.
Other than that one of my favorite things about this book was how different Isolde's pack is from others. A great bunch of males that come about in the most different ways than the other packs have previously.
Loved seeing characters from previous books. Especially Kane. Loved the book. Loved the pack. Loved all the crazy being passed around. Loved it!
Now with that said....

Whew. Had to get that out. She gets dark in this book but some of that dark is oh so good. CoughOPHELIASDEMISEcough. I seriously loved that scene! I want to just gush about that part in this review but I don't want spoilers for others.
Other than that one of my favorite things about this book was how different Isolde's pack is from others. A great bunch of males that come about in the most different ways than the other packs have previously.
Loved seeing characters from previous books. Especially Kane. Loved the book. Loved the pack. Loved all the crazy being passed around. Loved it!

Retribution will grip your heart and throw you into an emotional tornado! you will go through heartache, passion, love, rage, and even some laughs because the banter is adorable between the main characters.
This book though i felt like was quite a bit darker, and that is saying something because ms jenn has written some dark situations, but this one really dived into the trafficking that surrounds the series.
BUT!!!
if you have read her other books in the dark omegaverse, then you know a certain villian that needed to go and it finally happened!
and many of the other characters make an apperance in this story to make sure they air out their grievances 😈
For as much as Isolde goes through in this story, she remained an absolute badass and found the family she deserved. With a bonus someone too that I loved reading about ❤❤

As I read the early pages and the triggers listed, I thought: This is going to be a doozy. And I am so glad I had several days to read, there is so much to absorb. Jenn's imagination is a scary place to get lost in and I love her work. She has created amazing characers, locations and scenes and I felt a part of those scenes. An emotional rollercoaster that shreds you and then she carefully puts you back together. And Jenn gives us glimpses of favorite characters from previuos books. If you haven't read the series, get going.
Isolde has been held for "training" and as a body to try new drugs on for many years. Her goal is to escape and make them all pay in her own special way. And she is very creative. Plus we see her found family/pack forming. Her men take such good care of her and could care less about her "job".

This book is part of the Unhingedverse. If you love traumatized, tough and sassy FMCs, then this series is right up your alley! Jenn Bullard is an amazing author! Welcome to the Jenn-verse!!
Now I do not have any triggers but even I flinched when reading certain scenes. So please check the trigger warnings before reading this book. This was truly an incredible read. It was dark, depraved and twisted, just how I like my men! This FMC should have been named Cersei, if Cersei had been a good girl! She is a one of a kind character. I love the Charlie’s Angel vibe that was brought together. Can we please see more of that action?! The MMCs aren’t too shabby either. I mean who doesn't love bad boys?

So flipping good!! This was about Isolde. She was taken walking home from work one night. She was 19 at the time and she is an Omega. She was taken to the auction house that Ophelia runs. Normally she does not keep the omegas for long but she kept Isolde for 3 years. One day she had enough and sold her. Isolde left the facility with 3 alphas and they took her to the motel across the street. Well she had a surprise for them. She left that night. 2 years later she was hired for a job and it turns out she met her scent match in doing this job. She took him and had him for 3 weeks when his 2 friends found him. Turns out they are all her scent matches. They learned a lot about each other during this book and there was some betrayal but not between the main characters. This is an amazing series.

I'm so sad to see the end of this series. As always CHECK YOUR TRIGGERS!!! This one is dark. Jenn did such an amazing job bringing this whole world together and tied it all up in a nice little bow with this one. The way that the pack starts isn't really traditional however that doesn't stop them from forming intense bonds. We get plenty of poly love in this story and even get reintroduced to some returning friends (a few foes too). Remember while reading this that though it may look like there are loose ends, Jenn has an entire universe in limbo and some stories will be told elsewhere. I love the way Jenn manages to come up with some new artistic form of creative interrogation with every book. I truly can't wait to see where we end up next!

If like me you have been travelling the wonderful journey which is the Unhingedverse by Jenn Bullard then Retribution is a MUST READ for you.
We have met Isolde before, very briefly, and some of her Alphas have also appeared previously. I just love the way that Jenn Bullard weaves her world and drops little snippets in one book that then come into play so much later, tying up loose ends and putting their world to rights.
Isolde has been through a lot, and that continues in Retribution, so as always make sure to check the triggers before you read.
