Vanessa Aldridge has grown up in the gym and has seen it all—some good, some bad. But when performance-enhancing drugs threaten her life and her personal sense of worth—enough is enough. The very people closest to her now have her questioning their motives and nobody is as they seem. On top of all this, she’s unwittingly become the number-one pawn in an organised crime game and she’s risking her heart on a guy who wants to fight for everything but them.

Vanessa quickly discovers that Dylan is far from what he appears to be. But what happens when his latest assignment blows his carefully created world wide open? Can Dylan win the most important fight of all—the one for her heart and their future? Or will he retreat back into the one-dimensional existence of working and fighting? Can Vanessa remain steadfast to her principles and just maybe take the ultimate prize? The battle lines are drawn.

I'm a confessed readaholic and romantic junkie. I spend time juggling a busy career as an IT professional and author. In between staring at a computer screen I, enjoy living the Gold Coast life with my very tolerant husband and two school aged children. (I'm often in trouble for spending way too much time at my computer!).

I love nothing more than spending time with family and friends, hitting the beach, cooking, working out and curling up with a good book. My pet hates are cleaning and anything else that can be considered "domestic dullness". If I could have one wish it would be to be able to fit 48 hours into 24.

I tend to write what I like to read books that have the following characteristics:

" Strong characters with lots of development
" Hot romance
" Deep storylines
" Interesting settings
" Real life problems and sensible solutions
" Happily Ever Afters (massive sucker for a good HEA)

Above all, I like to be immersed in the story. Therefore, I want my books to give you the same feeling when you read them. I want you to experience the rollercoaster emotions but end up feeling better and entertained for reading the book. I want you be happy!

To say I was hanging out for the next book in The Centre Games series is an understatement so when I had a chance to read Finding Freedom, the third book in the series early, I was very excited.
How do I explain how much I loved Finding Freedom? It was so good to return to the Gold Coast, a place I was familiar with since I grew up in Brisbane. I even went there for my honeymoon, many years ago. So the setting is a winner for me.
Now the boys! HUGE sigh! I fell in love with Bray in Finding Trust, then I fell in love with Rory in Finding Judgement, but I didn’t know much about Dylan. Well, now I’ve fallen in love with Dylan. I liked the way that Natalie Gayle dropped little snippets of information about Dylan’s past which kept me wondering and guessing. Those snippets also kept me reading as quickly as I could and I was annoyed when real life kept interrupting my reading time. Don’t get me wrong, Dylan wasn’t the only reason why I loved this book. Vanessa, the female main character, kept me emotionally involved in this story. I so wanted her to have a HEA.
The Centre Games books all have this element of mystery and suspense that also keep the reader engaged. All the characters in the books are there for a reason and they all make an important contribution to the plot. Did I like them all? Definitely not! However, I did love all the girls. I would want to be friends with these women. I can’t wait to read Jazz and Quade’s story in the next book.
I gave Finding Freedom 5 out of 5 stars.

Anyone who knows me knows I am always up for a good fighter romance and this book did not disappoint. You easily fall in love with each of the characters. I was a little weary about Dylan and his motives at first but before long you end up cheering for him and hoping he gets the girl.

I have to admit I have not read the first 2 so I am assuming this can be read as a standalone because I never felt like I was missing out on Dylan and Vanessa's story. I do, however, plan on going back and reading the first 2 now because I love all of the guys in the book.

The love story is sweet and the sex is HOT, two of the most important things to me when I am reading a romance novel. I will catch up and definitely be on board for the next one. I give this book 4 1/2 stars, congrats on an excellent series Natalie Gayle!

My new favourite in the series!

This is the third installment of the series and the author provides a longer than normal novel to tell us the story of Dylan “Ice Dragon” Thompson. No book could be long enough for these hot boys of the “Centre” team but this is my new favourite! Dylan was a quieter member of the team so far but he is front and centre as we learn more about this gentle fighter.

When Vanessa Aldridge walks into his gym, Dylan is not sure what to make of her. Lacking in protocol but definitely not in skill or stamina, he still declines her request to train with him. He quickly backtracks on that when he realizes she will be part of his next assignment. Drugs are everywhere and can be found even in the most elite of sports. Driven by unease and her need to see her brother’s fight not be in vain, Vanessa reaches out and finds an unusual ally in her new teacher. They become partners in the fight though trust is not easy to come by.

This book has convinced me that MMA/fighter books need to bubble up more to the top of my TBR list. This book was not just “MMA”, it was a book about love and loyalty, right vs wrong. Vanessa’s struggle to do the right thing was wrenching as she looked at her brother on one side and the man she looked up to as a father on the other. Working together and pretending to be in a relationship provided the perfect backdrop for their romance which was riddled with suspense and twists and turns. It was so good to see the characters I’ve grown to love return here. Watching the back and forth between Jazz and Quade continue is sweet torture. I loved this story and can’t wait for more. Maybe it’s Jazz and Quade’s turn? I hope so!

Finding Freedom is book 3 in the Centre Games series and my favorite so far. This five star read was action packed from beginning to end, and I had trouble putting it down when the real world interrupted my reading time, While the book is told in third person point of view from several perspectives, I had no trouble following along.

Dylan played only a minor role in book 2, so I didn’t know much about him going into this story. Despite the obvious chemistry between Dylan and Vanessa, I wasn’t sure I was going to like them as a couple. Dylan’s attitude made him pretty unlikable at first. This quickly changed, and I found myself really enjoying the way Vanessa seemed to confuse and fluster him. She also called him on his attitude and put many things in perspective for Dylan. As for Vanessa, I really liked her. She was strong and worked hard to get past her insecurities. Admittedly, I didn’t understand her loyalty to John considering what had happened to her brother, but this was not an issue that bothered me enough to effect my rating. Together Vanessa and Dylan are very hot.

As with the other two books, Jazz and Quade were fun, and I just can’t get enough of them. The sexual tension between them is definitely stronger in this book. I can’t wait to read Jazz and Quade’s story next. This series is definitely a must read and gets better with each book.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

ROSE'S REVIEW - 4.5 Stars

This is the best book in the series for me! I loved Dylan, at first he was arrogant, tough and take no bullshit. He had a motto ~ TRAIN WORK ~ FIGHT, FUCK!! I Love an ALPHA male.

Dylan and Vanessa's story is filled with action, passion and lots of sexual tension. Not wanting to give anything away. This can be read as a Standalone if you haven't read Finding Trust and Finding Judgement.

Dylan and Vanessa are pushed to work together and Mr Hot shot isn't happy he is stuck with her. He doesn't trust her but at the some time he is attracted to her.

Jump on board for a ride with Dylan and Van you won't be disappointed!!

We have another great book in the Centre Games series, this book could be read as a stand alone but I would so recommend the whole series cause some characters flow through.
We have MMA fighter Dylan who is becoming the next big fighter and we have Vanessa who finds Dylan attractive but that just can't happen til they are pushed together and both of them realize that the attraction they have is real, and maybe worth it. Their relationship is sweet, loving, sexy hot. You will love Dylan. definitely a must read.

Yet another great read in this addictive new series from Natalie Gayle.

This book is focused on Dylan and Vanessa. Dylan is an agent and MMA fighter who has had his DNA modified and was brought up to do his job. Women have never been a focus besides in the bedroom.

When he is suddenly forced to work with Vanessa, he is stuck with someone he doesn’t know, doesn’t trust and the sexual tension is between the two is burning hot.

Natalie Gayle continues her winning streak with the third book in this series!

Well here it is everyone. Dylan's story.

He's a lot different from Rory and Brayden but no less sexy or fun.

There's a lot of bad guys in this one and some very hot loving.

Jazz and Quade continue to tantalise and tease. Who knows what's going on with those two?

Oh and a new arrival for Rihanna and Brayden.

(We'll find out next).

Hope you enjoy Dylan and Vanessa.

They shocked me a few times as I was writing their story.

Happy Reading

I couldn't put this book down once I started. I didn't really like Dylan to start off with but as the story goes on, you start to realise why he is the way he is and you start to fall in love with him. With how strong he is with every thing that's happened in his life and why he deserves to win in the end.

Natalie you have done a great job in bringing these characters to life. I love the Centre Games books and can't wait to read Jazz and Quade's book. Well done.

I just love this series. I love the way Ms. Gayle takes me to the Goldcoast of Australia and immerses me in a tales of love, science, and mystery. Finding Freedom is another one that is a hit right out of the ballpark. I loved Dylan and Vanessa their story was believable and I never felt rushed. I found myself in tears of both sorrow and laughter while reading this latest installment of Centre Games. Now...write faster Ms. Gayle I NEED Jazz and Quade!!!!

This is the third book in the series. I read it as a standalone and I thoroughly loved it. I'll definitely have to go back and read the other two in this series.

I found this to be more of a mystery/ suspense story with romance thrown in. As I love MMA I would have likes to see more fighting in this book. Great hot sex scenes. Dylan and Vanessa are great characters. I totally loved these two.

If your looking for a great action packed story then I recommend this. Great read.

I'm loving this series. Each book has it's own main character and their story but they all tie in and continue on from each other.

Finding Freedom is Dylan and Vanessa's story about what goes on behind the scenes with drugs and match fixing in the MMA fighting world.

Book 3 in the series and it's still a joy to read.

These characters are so well developed it's hard to find another story to compare them to. Each story follows a couple, while still exploring other couples and meeting new members of the Centres team.

The storylines are great and feel fresh and engaging. I am not bored reading the storylines, however I did drop a star because Ian always left wanting more and I do t like that lol.

Bring in the next book

Finding Freedom is book 3 in the Centre Games series. Check out my review for book 1 (Finding Trust – Brayden and Rihanna’s story) at https://www.goodreads.com/review/show... and book 2 (Rory and TJ’s story) at https://www.goodreads.com/review/show.... Each book spotlights a different couple, but for the backstory and character introduction, I would read books 1 and 2 before this. It may not be necessary, but it’s probably helpful to follow that way.

Maybe it’s my love for athlete characters, but this was my favorite in the series so far.

Previous books introduce us to the Centre and the characters. Finding Freedom is Dylan and Vanessa’s story. We already knew that Dylan was the martial arts and hand to hand combat king, but Vanessa was new.
Dylan’s out of his element as the lead in this book. He’s posing as an MMA fighter and he’s just won a major fight. His ability and endurance in this fight catches the attention of Big John. Big John has been playing the father figure role in Vanessa’s life for many years. He’s a former fighter and he’s always looking for the next super drug that will give fighters (and himself) the edge. He’s been taking steroids for years and Vanessa has noticed a change in Big John over the last few years. He’s prone to mood-swings and his temper is easy to unleash, but he’s like family and she doesn’t want to let him down. Big John convinces Vanessa to “try-out” at Dylan’s gym to see if he will train her. Ideally, she will get close enough to Dylan to figure out what he’s using to win the fights.

At the try-out, Dylan is attracted to Vanessa, but he doesn’t trust her. He can tell she’s hiding something and ends up turning her away, because she doesn’t have the passion to fight.

Instead of going to see John after the news, she goes to see her brother, who we find out is in a group home. He was a fighter 2 years ago under Big John and was using steroids too, but never recovered after a steroid induced seizure caused him to collapse. At this point, he doesn’t talk and mostly stares off into space. When Vanessa tells her brother what’s been going on, he says his first word, ‘No’. Vanessa realizes that she is going against all of her beliefs by following John and decides to tell the police everything. The police refer her to Tom Anderson and the Centre.

Initially, Dylan is angry and untrusting of the turnaround in Vanessa. Tom orders him to work with her and pretend to be her boyfriend. They’ve already figured out that this operation is bigger than just Big John and they want to get all of the major players. Dylan and Vanessa learn to trust each other and figure out while playing the couple that the sparks are real. Meanwhile, the stakes get higher with all the big players. It turns out that steroid use isn’t the only problem. There is also fight fixing and significant betting plus organized crime.

Just when a plan is in place, John’s son, Luke, decides to come home for a visit. What part does he play into the mix? Is Big John just in over his head or is he really a criminal too? How far are these people willing to go? What will happen to Dylan and Vanessa’s fake relationship when the operation is over?

This book was my favorite so far in the series. It read faster than the previous 2 and kept you on your feet. It was all about greed and drugs, which is easier to follow/connect with than bioterrorism and sociopaths (at least for me).

I’m not sure why, but I found Dylan’s character more believable too. He didn’t fall right into the ‘she’s mine and I will love her forever’ path that Brayden and Rory did (no, it wasn’t exactly like that) and he wasn’t as accepting of his DNA and role with the Centre as the other operatives seem to be. In fact he resented that he had no choices in the matter. Dylan has demons that he’s been fighting and he’s not open, goofy or friendly like the other guys we’ve met. He keeps to himself and he’s very controlled. Even once he accepts the attraction between him and Vanessa, he tried to keep it only sex.

I struggled with Vanessa. My first impression of her wasn’t positive. I wasn’t sure what to make of her then, but I started to warm up to her during the try-out. Her interactions with the other Centre operatives/workers made her more likable.

The different POVs was nice in this also. It’s not all about Vanessa and Dylan. Amongst others, we get Big John and Jazz’s POV too. Also interesting is the addition of Gabriel, a 20-year fighter that is also discovered to have animal DNA, but a different set than the original 12. He’s also about 14 years younger than the Centre bunch. What does this mean?

The OMG element of the story is Jazz and Tom! What is Tom up to? Natalie Gayle has been setting up the Jazz-Quade story since book 1 and we’re all salivating for it now.

**I was given a copy of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review**

I was already familiar to The Centre and this series, after loving Braydon and Rihanna's story in the first book. Although this book is a standalone, I liked how I already knew the background to the Centre and the characters.
Dylan, had been introduced in Finding Trust. So I was aware of him briefly.
Ok, so although another member of the The Centre in this book. This is a totally different story and another really clever plot is played out.
Dylan '"Ice Dragon" Thompson is the mysterious and hot thing in the world of MMA. He's like a machine, nobody can beat him and he is flawless.
Vanessa Aldridge is someone who has practically grown up inside a gym. It's her life and everything that goes on within the gym, she is aware of.
What follows is an extremely clever and detailed story surrounding performance-enhancing drugs and the effects, and danger but also how far people will go to get them and those surrounding the distribution of them. I have never read anything about MMA/gyms/performance related drugs in any stories so I actually l learnt so much when reading this book, that's how much detail goes into these books.
The Centre has taken this on as something they can sort out in their mysterious and covert way. The Centre themselves are still such a clever and unique topic, which I loved in Book 1, but I don't want to spoil what the situation there is.
So there begins the connections between the Centre and Vanessa and the Gym she has grown up around and now works in.
What I love about the Centre Games series, is just how unique the stories are. Finding Trust - Book 1, was a totally new and different story from anything I had read before, and Finding Freedom just upped that completely. There is nothing boring or lacking in these stories. Finding Freedom was full on action from page 1. The suspense and action never wavers, there is an incredible amount of key characters that could confuse normally, but the writing style just makes everything so clear that you know who everyone is and what their roles are easily. The only time the action and intense plot takes a slower pace is when there is extremely hot bedroom action, but even those scenes are intense and FULL of action. So maybe the pace doesn't slow at all. Lol Yes, I'll just contradict myself in the excitement of this story.
Even though this was Dylan and Vanessa's story, we still get to follow the rest of the team and it's excellent to be able to see how the other couples from the first 2 books are doing down the line. It's like their story continues still.
The ending was WOW! Just like in Finding Trust. Natalie Gayle has such an amazing way of closing someone's story. It was perfectly done with a huge amount of feel good factor to it. I get this automatic 'Awww that was so sweet' kind of feeling when it finishes. Satisfaction, I would say! She manages to leave everything perfectly concluded.
I'm now more desperate to read Quade and Jazz's story, it's the one I've been waiting for, the tension between those 2 was still huge throughout this book. That's going to be fantastic!
4.5 Stars!

I have only just recently stumbled across this series and it is definitely an enjoyable read. I loved Bray and Rihanna’s book, Finding Trust as well as TJ and Rory’s book, Finding Judgement. This series is set on the Gold Coast in Australia and I absolutely love reading books that are written by fellow Aussies. It’s refreshing to actually have been where a novel is set, and to support the great Australian talent that is out there.

I was really hoping that this book would be Quade and Jazz’s book, but nevertheless it was great to officially meet another Centre operative in Dylan “Ice Dragon” Thompson. I love how Natalie changes each story so there is rarely any similarities between each book. It’s great to actually read a series that isn’t the same standard plot line book after book - I love a bit of variety!

The characters in this book are a lot different to the previous books in the form of their personalities. Dylan seems like this tough MMA fighter/Centre operative, but really he is battling with some serious inner demons from his past and because of what he is. In my opinion, Vanessa is a more stronger female character than Rihanna and TJ; not just emotionally but physically. The characters really enhanced my love for this story because I fell in love with them.

Natalie portrays some very serious issues in this novel surrounding the use of performance-enhancing drugs in sport and the mental and physical effects that they have on a person. She didn’t leave a stone unturned, using the entire supply-chain to demonstrate the issue. After studying drug use in sports for my Sports Recreation certificate, Natalie sure got every fact and detail spot-on. Some serious research went into this story and it really does show.

The one thing I love about these books are that they aren’t short stories. There’s plenty of time to spend with the characters in each novel and it isn’t rushed so there is no detail missing. Natalie really does provide an entertaining and action-packed story with each book and this is just another great title to add to the collection.

I am now overly excited for Quade and Jazz’s story because it’s coming up next. Natalie, hurry up and write that book!

I hope so!

Wow, Wow, WOW! Loved everything about this third book of the Centre Game Series. I have to mention that the cover is..........SO HOT!

I have loved reading this series and the book seem to be getting better and better. This book involves around Dylan and Vanessa. Dylan is the Hot, sexy centre operative who is a martial arts expect and his life becomes complicated when he meets Vanessa. Vanessa helps the centre bring down a guy named Big John who is involved in a life of performance - enhancing drugs. It's really hard for Vanessa because she is really close to Big John and sees him as a father figure but she knows that what he is doing is wrong and he needs to be stopped. There is an instant attraction between Dylan and Vanessa but Dylan keeps a steely resolve and doesn't want to get close to her.

They have to work together in this latest mission while Vanessa and Dylan deal with their inner demons as well as there attraction to one another. It is really an awesome book and read and i have only scratched the surface of what this book is all about. Highly recommend and it deserves 5 stars hand down. I'm really, really excited for book 4 as it's about Jazz and Quade. I'm a huge fan of these too and i love how Natalie teases us with little titbits in each book so far. REALLY CAN'T WAIT!!

If you haven't read books 1 and 2, go and read them first! Finding Trust (book 1) and Finding Judgement (book 2).

This is book three in the Centre series.
It can be read as a standalone but you will want to read the other books.

This book is an unputdownable.  The story is well written and will hook you from the start. The characters are believable.

Vanessa is on a mission from her boss, John Edwards to find out why Dylan the new fighter is so good and to find what drugs he's taken to make him such a good fighter.

Dylan meets Vanessa and thinks her story doesn't pan out.  He doesn't trust her.  The others that work with him tell him to go get her back as he is making as big mistake, keep your enemies closer.

Vanessa goes and sees her brother in a special care home and is gutted to see that he is no better after two years being there.  She knows that her boss John is responsible for Brian's condition as he was the one to supply the drugs to him which caused the seizure.

She decides that enough is enough and goes to the police with what she knows about John's business.  They send her to the Centre.

Dylan's boss Tom meets Vanessa there and tells her that he is in charge of an investigation about the use of drugs in fighting. She signs an agreement that she will tell anyone what she sees today and is gobsmacked when in walk Dylan and his crew. To make matters worse she is paired with Dylan as his girlfriend for the investigation.  Sparks have flowed between the two of them from the start.

Finding Freedom is the third book in the Centre Games series. Although the books flow into each other, there is only minimal mention of prior events, and you can read this book as a standalone.

Dylan Ice Dragon Thompson is an MMA fighter, but it's really a cover for the work he is doing as a centre operative.

Vanessa Aldridge goes into Dylans gym, sent by her uncle to dig and see what performance enhancing drugs are being used, as he wants in on the action.

When Vanessa ends up trying out, things don't quite go to plan for her, and she leaves disappointed and pissed off.

But that's only the beginning, as they end up pushed together to work to bring down the people who are dealing drugs and performance enhancing highs.

Can Dylan get over his mistrust of her to work together? Will they end up acting on the feelings bubbling away under the surface? Hell to the yes, as they both feel the sparks flying, they agree to a sexual relationship whilst they are working together. Is that all it is, or will feelings mix into the equation and will they find their happily ever after?

Finding Freedom had a lot less fighting in it than I was expecting. Predominantly it's a mystery story with a huge chunk of romance thrown into it. For those who like their romance on the sweet side, this is a great book for you.

Me, i'm not so keen on the sweet romance, which is why it's only a 3.5 star. It's my personal preference and no reflection on the authors skills.

I liked a lot about this book, which is a slightly SF/ paranormal thriller and romance.
Unfortunately the strong language is rather too strong, frequent and used by every character without exception, which did rather put me off the people and setting. If they're like that in Australia, male and female, in their thoughts as well as words, over a dinner table or an office desk, why would I want to go there?

There is emphasis on workout training and various martial arts. The main characters practise something called MMA. I think this probably stands for mixed martial arts, having read it in another thriller, but we are not told. Performance enhancing drugs, steroids and supplements are used and discussed, with more than one warning about the consequences of taking them. I wish there had been warnings about tattoos as well. The inspiration seems to have been 'Beautiful Disaster' as the opening is quite similar and the guy is heavily tattooed, risking hepatitis every time and as far as I'm concerned, looking like he needs a wash. Wait'll he gets wrinkles.

The slight SF element is just the enhanced fighting and strength and some enhanced senses and appetites. No science. No shapeshifting which is when we usually see these enhancements. Good marks for thinking of a non-fantasy way to produce this outcome. The romance is strong with several adult scenes and a developing respect and relationship. You will get more out of the read if you are into any martial arts.

4 star

The story has laughs, secrets, suspense, betrayal, and heartbreak.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading that book(s) first:
Finding Trust (Centre Games, #1)
Finding Judgement (Centre Games, #2)

The “Centre” is a group of 12 operatives in a top secret organization who were genetically altered as part of a scientific experiment. They were created and born via in-vitro fertilization so they have DNA that also consists of the animals of the Chinese zodiac signs. With that altered DNA he has special abilities like super hearing, smelling, and sight. Each of the 12 members 6 male and 6 female have more of one animal’s DNA then another.

This is Vanessa and Dylan’s story. When Vanessa tries to work for Dylan as her mentor asked to find out which kinds of drugs they take in order to win and is shot down she turns to the police. She is sent to the Centre and assigned to work with Dylan. They are both not sure if they can work together. Both are leery of the other. Can they trust each other to run the operation? When the threat comes full circle will everyone come out alive? Will the trust still be there or will that bond break under the pressure?

I loved these characters and also the side characters. I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story in this series.

Finding Freedom takes up where the last book left off. It has an excellent story plot and I love Dylan and Vanessa!! I love this series because you get to see your favorite characters from previous books and it is just fantastic. These guys are so close it is like the book never ends only the POV changes as the focus of the story shifts. This book has been by far my favorite... so far. The characters are relaxed and flow when they are interacting with each other. when new people are brought into the fold they handle it as a group. Only a couple of places made me grump and even then not too much, more because it was repeated from the previous book. The asking and explaining something, this just seemed so fake and we saw it several times in the lask book. Luckily only once or twice in this one.

This is a stand alone and can be thoroughly enjoyed as such, but to get the full impact of the characters bond with each other I would suggest reading the full set. I love the series as a whole. Even the parts that have annoyed me I love all these characters and I can not wait for more books in this series. This is my absolute favorite book. And we get another tease of Rox and Quade. Those two are going to set the pages on fire when they get their book. As it is Dylan and Vanessa did a good job of it on their own.

So I only recently started reading books that had the main characters as MMA fighters. I never really saw the appeal until recently. So this is book three in this series, and I do have to say that this book deals with some very real and serious issues with performance-enhancing drugs. I really do appreciate the fact that Mrs. Gayle seems to take her time and do the right research for her books.
In this book we get to know Dylan is a MMA fighter. Though Dylan's attitude could probably throw anyone off at the beginning. I found myself liking him by the end. I also liked Vanessa. And once again you could feel the attraction between Dylan and Vanessa.

This book is definitely different and really shows a different aspect of performance-enhancing drugs. The dark and nasty side and how far some people are willing to go to get them.

I would definitely give Finding Freedom 4 Stars out of 5. Once again Mrs. Gayle weaves a great tale with twists and turns again. And as with the other books in this series it has a little bit of mystery, suspense, action and some smoking hot smexy scenes between the characters. I also like that you can read these books as stand alones.

**I received a copy of this book from Book Empire Promotions for my honest review**

Finding Freedom is book 3 in the Centre Series. It was a fantastic story about a woman named Vanessa who is in the middle of an organized crime and performance enhancing drug scandal.

Vanessa is a fitness specialist who decides she cannot stand by and watch as people’s lives are destroyed by these illegal drugs. She decides that she needs to go to the police even though she will be probably getting the person who has raised her throughout most of her life a jail sentence.

The police refer her to a company called Animal Instincts who are a covert government agency who specialize in this type of crime. There she is partnered with the gorgeous Dylan the Ice Dragon Thompson who is a MMA fighter and undercover agent.

Vanessa and Dylan are attracted to each other instantly but Dylan has some demons of his own that he needs to overcome. In between all the danger around this operation to take down these criminals, Vanessa and Dylan learn what real love is.

This story is full of danger and hot steamy sex. Dylan is Hot, Hot, Hot! The roller coaster of events the author takes us on is great. Could not put this book down!

Finding freedom is a great book that I couldn't put down once I started to read it.
I've got to say I didn't really like Dylan to start off with but as the story gets going you start to realise why Dylan is the way he is and you start to fall in love with him.
All the things that have happened to Dylan throughout his life, he deserves to win in the end.

Vanessa is a fitness specialist who decides that she cannot stand by and watch peoples lives be destroyed by illegal drugs.
Vanessa is in the middle of an organized crime and performance enhancing drug scandal.
I liked Vanessa's character, and the chemistry between her and Dylan is very hot.

I did expect this story to have more fighting in it but it's more of a mystery with lots of romance, and the romance is on the sweet sugary side.
This book takes you on a roller coaster ride of events with twist and turns to keep you drawn into the story. Over all a great read.
