I need part 2. Just when I thought Mike and heaven was in the clear boyyyyyyy it's some folk who DO NOT want them to be together. The question is .. is heaven gone fold when everything hit the fan?? We shall see.

Heaven girl why you acting like you don’t know if you want to marry that man. He came to you with a proposition that would not only help you but also stop by our moms and pops from losing their diner. Even though her parents were bitches. Not listening to Heaven and blaming the attack on Mike. Don’t matter cause Mike took care of it. This was a crazy story and Mike was a real nigga. Some of the inner dialouge was weird, there was often moments where you could tell the writing was going on a tangent then the character would be like “back to the matter at hand.” Interesting writing style. Hated that it ended on a cliff hanger wish it could have all just been one part but I will be reading the second part.

WHEW! Everybody’s connected and everybody has a secret or two. Mike and Heaven were childhood sweethearts and then life happened. While Heaven was struggling through hardships, Mike was on the come up and living good! I do like that Heaven didn’t keep anything a secret from Mike for the most part and told him about Austin. Heaven’s parents? TRASH! The daddy trash for lying and the mama trash for believing him & disregarding what her daughter went through. Mike has so many people gunning for him between the law, the hoes and Austin. I cant wait to see how this all turns out!

Heaven been through a lot in her life. I love how she help her parents out.she didn't deserve what happen to her. am glad she had yoshi by her side.yoshi is something else I like how she tells it like it is and the way she has heaven back. OMG!!!!

The fact that I finished this in a day should tell you something & I can’t wait until part 2! But what pissed me off was the fact that her mom doesn’t believe her and her dad really lied to her face! And that punk ass Austin was really giving stalker vibes like sir what are you doing! First time reading from this author and my favorite thing would be the communication and creating a safe space for it once a relationship was developed. Mike was definitely not with the bs but he was good for Heaven. This is an marriage arrangement with second chance love. Different spin for me. They got some crazies in here. I was tight one of them got my name lol. Ends on a cliffhanger and let me know forget this cover eats down.

Wow these characters have issues. Starting with Austin that man is sick right along with Mariah but delusional and wanting someone that doesn't want them. Heaven's mother worked my nerves so bad and Austin sent Diablo to their house with lies. I love Mike he don't play about his self wife or business. They say your family will do you dirty than a stranger. Heaven and Mike were made for each other. Mariah got on my everlasting nerves. I can't wait until karma comes back tenfold for Austin. Yoshi is definitely a true ride or die friend. Heaven's mother irritated me so much. With lies, Austin sent Diablo to their home. That cliffhanger, tho... I can't wait for part 2!

This story was pure craziness. I need that nigga Austin in the dirt like ASAP because he is psycho. Heaven parents pissed me off but I lost all respect for her father and I hope she cuts them off until he can man up. Mariah is also a cuckoo bird. Since they cannot send Turnpike Mike to jail, the feds have happily discovered that Mike has a slight immigration issue and are seeking to deport him. Now Mike needs a wife, and who better than the one who got away!

Part 2 me please.

I enjoyed this book and I couldn’t put it down. Mariah irked me. Heaven’s mother was trash for not believing her, and so was her dad for lying.
Austin and his raggedy wife got on my nerve too. I was surprised by the ending. I can’t wait for part 2.
