Power Smoothies: All-Natural Fruit and Green Smoothies to Fuel written by Keith Sebastian was an excellent book and very helpful.

I use smoothies at least 3 times a week and do a fast, I founded this book to be so on point and knowledgeable. The author did an awesome job with being accurate and on point with his knowledge of how to make a smoothies and the helpfulness points and benefits.

I have purchased the book for a friend that does smoothies and fast regularly. She as well told me that the book was well written.

I thank Keith Sebastian for writing a book full of helpfulness and knowledge on the subject in which he wrote on, thank you.

The book was clear and accurate.
The words were plain and direct.
Helpful and full of knowledge.
There were new smoothies and natural products, foods and veggie I haven't tried as of yet and do plain on trying.

I won this through a Goodreads giveaway and love it. I was looking for a book with Smoothie recipes, so I was super excited to win this. It's full of useful information. It has everything from diet/exercising advice and planning, specifics on what food does to your body, loads and loads of yummy recipes, all kinds of information to help you become a healthier individual. I've already dropped almost ten pounds just from changing my diet and walking. I highly highly recommend this book.
