Meh

I pretty much feel the same about this last volume as I did at the beginning. Excellent, dreamlike artwork can't improve a not so great plot.

The series had started with a bang and now has sank without a trace. It peaked early in Books 1 and 2 with startling storyline tethered with soaring art work and a hippy culture. It sank in book 3 but salvaged a little in the last volume.

This last book f the 5 was anti-climatic and a perfect letdown.
The art continued to be good and the feel of a groupie perfectly there but the devil of the tale decided to walk away with tail between the legs.
The series never rose above its mundaneness despite having a perfect pitch and some rank pitches to hit home runs but somehow the creators decided to take it elsewhere.

Not worth the time invested in the story.

I love the art so much and the story wont lie. Wonder if this is the true end or if there's more planned ? I love it regardless!!
