Bellini Mafia #2

Bellini Bound

Rate this book
My family owes the Bellinis a debt. And I’ve come to learn quickly that their family motto is: “Debts must always be paid.”

In this case, that means a life for a life. My life, to be exact.

I’m being served up on a silver platter, forced to marry a mafia man, sight unseen, shackled to the Bellinis forever. If I refuse . . . my father will pay the ultimate price.

Only once I reach the altar and lay eyes on my groom, I realize he’s not a complete stranger. Not only have I met Enzo Bellini once before, but that brief encounter left me thinking about him for months.

But the man I got a glimpse of that night is seemingly nowhere to be seen. The flicker of a flirtatious spark has been doused, leaving him cold and callous toward me.

Until one night, he lets the mask slip, revealing that he's not only capable of compassion but allowing his protective side to shine through. And while his entire line of work is a direct contradiction to the oath I took to do no harm, I find myself wondering if there might be a way to make this disaster of a marriage work.

*Bellini Bound is the second book in the Bellini Mafia series, but can be read as a standalone. However, the series is best read in consecutive order due to the interconnected mafia subplot.
*The Bellini Mafia series is a spin-off of Goalie Goal from the Indy Speed Hockey series.

Siena Trap

Siena is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where a love of sports is bred into a girl's DNA. Her love of romance novels came early as well. She would often accompany her romance reviewer mom to book lovers' and romance writers' conventions, where she sat in on workshops and met numerous best-selling authors. It wasn't long before she was filling notebooks with her own stories, which often starred herself and a certain real-life prince.

As luck would have it, she met and married a handsome athlete instead. After several temporary residencies in multiple states and Germany, they finally settled in Michigan, the land where youth hockey reigns supreme.

Her stories no longer feature herself but draw from her past experiences as an educator, businesswoman, fashion consultant, and world traveler when creating her strong heroines. “Oh yes,” she says with a wink and a smile, “There are bits of me in all of them.” Now, she spends her days writing happily ever afters for fictional characters and her evenings at the local hockey arenas cheering for her three children.

e-ARC review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💕 thank you Siena and Luna Literary PR !

This story begins in a difficult place. Enzo and Allie do not meet until their wedding day. It is not a choice either of them makes. It is the result of a serious mistake made by Allie’s father, Logan. To avoid worse consequences, a deal is made: he keeps his life, but his daughter is promised in marriage to the family of Don Matteo. It is a forced decision that shapes everything that follows.

Enzo is thirty six, tattooed from head to toe, carrying visible marks and many that never show on the surface. He is a man who has lived enough to feel that commitment is a weight rather than a comfort. His presence is strong, not because he demands attention, but because there is something about him that is impossible to ignore. He did not want to marry, and he makes that clear. At first, his attitude toward Allie can feel harsh and distant. It is easy not to like him in the beginning. But once the story shifts into his perspective, and you see what he carries and how he learned to survive, his behavior makes sense. It does not excuse him, but it does explain him.

Allie, on the other hand, is twenty five. She is a nurse, still living with her parents, and has always played the role of the responsible daughter. Her life has been steady, controlled, and familiar. She dreamed of building her own family, her own home, choosing love freely, not receiving it as part of an agreement. That dream is interrupted not because of anything she did, but because of the consequences of her father’s actions. Yet she is not passive. She is calm, observant, and capable of setting boundaries even in a situation that is deeply unfair.

The romance between them is not immediate. It takes time, space, and silence to form. Their connection grows slowly, naturally, and without forced declarations. The intimacy is handled with care, especially considering that Allie is a virgin. It feels respectful, thoughtful, and emotionally consistent.

The story also includes action, power dynamics, and the familiar atmosphere of mafia romance. Loyalty, family debts, and consequences move the plot forward. There is a plot twist that can feel heavy and even painful, but it aligns with the tone of the narrative. Later, the extended epilogue provides closure and emotional balance.

Enzo, Allie, Matteo, Summer, the girls and the anticipation of Gio’s story show that this world has more to offer. Gio, in particular, stands out as the most intriguing character to follow next.

Overall, this is a story about the weight of the past, about choices made by others that shape our lives, and about a love that does not arrive quickly but grows with intention. It is a genuine slow burn, grounded in vulnerability, strength, and emotional depth.

Book 2! Enzo’s story, cousin and second in command who is forced into marriage with police commissioners daughter after he’s found making deals against family. Ok so father a snake, and at first wow Enzo was enemy number 1, ugh he needed to go! His reasoning was messed up but it was to protect Allie but that of course went out the window. The ending chapters were emotionally rough- but real. It wasn’t all happy and love conquers all, no sometimes need to whit knuckle through the hard to get to light. Kept it real and loved the bonus epilogue- just needed that extra bit. Can’t wait for the next!!!

This was really good. Allie was lovely and a great character.

Enzo showed A LOT of growth.

It is worth making the effort to read the extended epilogue or you'd be left with a pretty deflated HEA.

3.5 Stars rounded to 4 because I have a super soft spot for health care professionals that are useful and knowledgeable in a story.

The second book is better than the first, and I loved both! Enzo is a cousin and second in command. At thirty six, he has a strong presence and has tattoos from head to foot. It is also his wedding day – and he has yet to meet his bride.

Allie is younger at twenty five, a nurse, and the daughter of the police commissioner. Still living at home.

This book is an amazing read, the push pull of Allie and Enzo, his need to protect her. They are both surviving the best way they know how. Together they compliment each other and suppress the noise.
Another great addition to the series, and I am waiting on more.

Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

I am LOVING this series! Enzo ended up surprising me in the best way possible. He made mistakes, BIG ones, and said some REALLY sh*tty things, REALLY SH*TTY) but in the end I feel like he made up for it.

This one was EMOTIONAL. My heart broke for Allie multiple times. There were times where I felt sick for what was happening to her and what she was going through.

While it was emotional and suspenseful, the SPICE was hotttttt 🥵🥵🥵 Sir Enzo definitely knows his way around a woman and he was addicted to Allie.

Im really enjoying the mafia aspect of Siena's writing. It adds a fun little dangerous twist to this series that it definitely needs. Also the CLIFFHANGER at the end! Ma'am!!

I LOVEDDD the cameos from Goose and and Gemma and the epilogue 😭😭😭 I CAN NOT.

***Please check TW, there may be some extremely triggering moments in this book***

ARC Review
First thank you to Siena Trap and her team for picking me to do an ARC❤️

This is book 2 in the Bellini Mafia Series which follows Enzo (MMC) and Allie (FMC).

What a beautiful story! Definitely a tearjerker towards the end. Also this is your warning, the story ends on a cliff hanger! The ending is set up to continue with our next couple of the Bellini family that will be seen in book 3.

Allie is given to Enzo in an arranged marriage to settle a debt her father has with the Bellini Family.
While they start off as hating each other, their story evolves into a beautiful love story. Loved how little by little Allie was able to break down Enzo’s walls. When Enzo realized he was completely in love with Allie, oh my, it was amazing! That moment had me kicking and screaming routing for them. And those spicy scenes, HOT.

Then Siena, you go and break my heart!!! Definitely felt all the emotions in those sensitive moments.

If you are looking for a forced/arranged marriage, age gap, bad boy/good girl, spicy mafia book, this one is for you!

Bellini Bound gave me everything I wanted from a mafia romance and then went ahead and gave me more. Enzo and Allie’s chemistry is chef’s kiss! the banter is sharp, the tension is addictive, and their dynamic kept me hooked from the first page.

The wit between them? Immaculate.
The spice? Absolutely delivering.
The plot? Fast-paced, twisty, and impossible to put down.

I loved seeing both characters grow individually and together. Siena Trap has such a way of blending danger, desire, and dark family dynamics without losing the heart of the romance. This installment raised the stakes and made me even more obsessed with the Bellini world.

If you love mafia, smart-mouthed FMCs, possessive MMCs, and spice that jumps off the page, than this one is a must.

“Bellini Bound” is the story of Allie and Enzo.

Marriage of convenience where both the parties don’t want it- he is opposed to marriage to the point of being extremely nasty to the heroine and taking away her choices- she is as trapped as he is and gets no sympathy.

The second half is where they fall in love and is just filled with sex and happy moments - then a heartbreaking, life altering tragedy at the end and a hopeful ending.

I didn’t mind the second half, it was very angsty but I really did want to shake the hero most of the time.

This series just keeps getting better with every single book! Allie and Enzo were written perfectly. Both of them were just trying to survive in their own ways, but the way they found strength and peace in each other was beautiful to read 💕

Allie was the perfect mix of sweet and feisty. She had her soft moments, but she definitely didn’t let anyone walk over her. And Enzo is exactly what you’d expect (and want!) from a funny yet deadly mafia enforcer. Their chemistry was effortless, and I loved how they actually talked things through as their relationship grew.

And those last few chapters! Oh my god, my heart broke into pieces. But then the epilogue came along and put it all back together in the best way possible. It was emotional, raw and so satisfying. Absolutely loved this one!🙌🏼

-he calls her fat
-he apologizes for calling her fat. she's curvy, not fat. has buttcheeks that are referred to as "globes" by the author
-he makes her kill a guy
-he fucks her on his motorcycle and is like "yeah I love that you're cumming all over my hog" the hog being the motorcycle
-she loses her uterus (but not her ovaries!!!!)
-she makes him kill her dad, who is bad, but not in a cool mafia way, so he's gotta go
-now I guess he's gotta kill HIS dad. lots of dads getting killed
-stay tuned for the next book where it's heavily implied the main character will chase down and r@pe his wife so she can bear him a son (Bellini Bred)
-was this book actually just a hockey romance ad?

pffffff....the words "Stockholm Syndrome"are what come to mind when I was reading this book. Truthfully...I didn't form any emotional connection to Enzo and Allie because I didn't understand it. I truly believe that the connection, the "love" that was between them, was a result of the trauma that Allie was experiencing. Maybe it is. Perhaps that is what Siena wanted to portray, not one of these love stories that you, as a reader, can emotionally connect with. Maybe I am off on my rating because I didn't get that emotional connection. I don't know.

Look, here is the nitty-gritty.

This story picks up right where Bellini Born left off... Without giving spoilers, the mafia gave the prisoner the option to sacrifice himself or save his own life for that of his daughter. He chose the latter. Now, Enzo Bellini, who had never wanted to get married or have children because he didn't want to contribute to the mafia family and lifestyle, is being forced into marriage. On his wedding day, he discovers that his bride is actually a woman he met a few months prior and found attractive. But, since he didn't know this before walking down the aisle, he already had plans on how to make this marriage insufferable. His bride, Allie, now absolutely hates him for the hurdles she is forced to endure and the unkind words he has spat at her. To keep the peace between them, they go through the first weeks, close to months, of their marriage avoiding each other, until they have no option but to live under the same roof together. Sexual desires start to ramp up, and they find release in each other and start doing it like feral animals at all hours of the day. Somehow, sexual compatibility evolves into love, and Allie becomes extremely loyal to her husband. Again, this screams Stockholm Syndrome to me, which is a shame because it could have played out differently. There was an attraction between the two characters when they initially saw each other in Bellini Born. Their love story could have unfolded differently, gradually, and they might have connected on a superficial level, which would have then developed into something more profound, but that didn't happen. I'm not going to say what happens to them as a couple or as a family but let's just say that it's predictable, even though the way they got there wasn't "conventional".

Then we had the mystery and the mafia part. This part I actually enjoyed, and I could feel it was more believable, even relatable. In Bellini Born, as in all Mafia movies, there is always a family that seeks more power and aims to overthrow those in power. This plan of dominance started in Bellini Born, which resulted in the death of an "innocent" bystander. Now the Bellini's are out for revenge. But like the story of Medusa...if you cut off one head, two will re-grow in its place. The Bellinis thought they had eliminated their competition in Bellini Born, only to discover that they had eliminated a middleman, and the mastermind is still after them. The mystery, the intrigue, the investigation, and the suspense are around every corner. This part I enjoyed, and, while it had a predictable ending — and the name of the mastermind is easy to deduce — it was still entertaining.

Already being at the second book in this series, it feels like it is going by SO FAST! With that though, I had NO IDEA what I was in for when I knew it was going to be the ultimate bachelor; Enzo!

For this situation as any, forcing to be married to the “enemy” which she had known her whole life wasn’t exactly what Allie had in mind, but after her father BLANTANTLY chose himself over her, which by the way, like what the fuck?! I wouldn’t have thought it could have gotten ANY WORSE for her. In which… it did, but then we saw HOW MUCH of a BAD ASS Allie was! Not only were they strangers, but it was also the fact that they had a small interaction PREVIOUSLY that was the cherry on top! *smirk*. I really liked FINALLY having Enzo’s POV as we were also able to dive into his past which for one, made me want to hug the man sheerly because he thought he was FUCKING UNLOVABLE and two, the man HE IS underneath the persona and THE VULNERABILITY THAT HE HAS. OH. MY. GOD. UGH. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. With that, his charm, care, HIS FILTHY FUCKING MOUTH and the way this man LOVES WITH HIS WHOLE BEING.

THOSE FUCKING PLOT TWISTS I SWEAR. I WAS AS PISSED OFF AS I WAS FUCKING GAGGED because WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK? Also, the fact that we saw MORE of Gemma and FUCKING SASHA! I COULD NOT FUCKING EVEN. I just WANTED TO CRY BECAUSE I WAS SO FUCKING HAPPY. UUGGHHHH. But at the same time THAT. FUCKING. ENDING. OH MY WORD. I WAS IN TEARS. I swear I ALWAYS without a doubt CRY at a Siena Trap book. It’s a FUCKING. GIVEN. For what this series has been so far, I CANNOT WAIT for the next book for Gio & Rory’s story WHICH HAS BEEN LONG OVERDUE!

Enzo & Allie

Let’s see if I can get through this review without sobbing my eyes out. I am still in shock from the ending.

This is a loosely based Beauty and the beast retelling and it is done so well.

Forced to marry Enzo, good girl nurse Allie is thrust into the world of the Bellini Mafia and what you think will break her, doesn’t and she comes with a whole pile of strength and sass that we just easily fall in love with!

Enzo the enforcer for his cousin, is against this marriage from the beginning, he pushed her away from the second he knew and I really wanted to call him out on some things, but what was really behind his rough and mean facade was a man with so many vulnerabilities and a heart of gold, who would stop at nothing to protect his family.

This is an emotional one, you laugh, you swoon and you will be oh so heartbroken, but there’s nothing you want more than their Happy Ever After

💍Arranged marriage
♥️Bad boy / Good Girl

Bonus Points for the family vibes in this, I loved seeing all the family come back into the fold and how they would do anything for each other.

I’m so excited for Gio’s story and I love how interconnected this series is, I am hooked and need more asap!

"But like a moth drawn to a flame, I was facing a fatal attraction - one I had zero chance of surviving."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'd been really intrigued by Enzo and his family since Goalie Goal, but I've been excited for his story since Bellini Born.
I love his sarcasm, his banter, and his charm.

I enjoyed seeing Allie and Enzo's relationship rollercoaster develop with more lifts than drops through their time together.
I felt that Allie really brought Enzo down a peg and provided the stability and nurturing that was missing in his life.
While Allie was already fiercely independent and already wouldn't take any shit, Enzo helped her blossom into a woman who could understand that morally grey is sometimes the best colour.

"Being careful had gotten me nowhere. It was my turn to be reckless."

When I tell you, the last 20% or so had me on the edge of my seat, with tears being shed?
I mean it - one gust of wind and I'd have been toppling over.

I'm so enthralled in the overarching plot of the Bellini Mafia, and loving trying to figure out who, what, when, where, and why.
I can't wait for Bellini Bred - I need to know more about Gio and Rory. I'm so interested in learning more about Rory and her background.

Thank you, Siena Trap, for the opportunity to read this eARC!

The Bellini Family continues to captivate my attention and keep their hold on my heart with Bellini Bound, book 2 in the Bellini Mafia series.

Enzo and Allie are the perfect bad boy/good girl pairing. It might’ve started off as an arranged marriage that was clouded in resentment and anger but when it did turn into something real, they were electric together. What I wasn’t expecting was the depth in which their connection would grow. These two managed to completely capture my heart and make me feel so many emotions on their way to their HEA.

Siena absolutely served with the Found Family aspect in this story. The connection and friendship between Allie and Summer brought the fun and the scheming, alleviating some of the darkness and danger that follows the Bellini men. We are also treated by multiple appearances from a certain Bellini woman and her obsessed (with her) goalie husband and I was here for it!!!

I cannot wait to see what comes next for this family when we get Gio and Rory’s story.

I would like to thank Siena Trap for the opportunity to read and review Bellini Bound.

I am completely over the top obsessed with this series! Bellini Bound is so fantastic I didn’t want it to end! Although it ends with some heart shattering moments it was such a freaking great book 🖤
Book 2 is Enzo and his forced marriage to corrupt police commissioners daughter Allie. Enzo is the second in command and he hates the idea of marriage and love and kids. His father messed him up and Wnzo refuses to put himself into a situation where he could possibly turn into his father. So he refuses to be kind to Allie.

Allie is an ER nurse and is very passionate about her job but when she realizes what she has to do to save her father’s life she is devastated. Being the sunshine she is, she embraces it and would like to be friends with Enzo but he’s the biggest asshole to her. Making her do deplorable things.
I love how they work together and the angst in this book is damn well hot🥵 Uhgg I’m so freaking obsessed with this series! I need more 🖤🖤

I've been looking forward to Enzo's story since Bellini Born, he's one of those guys that just gets your attention and leaves you wanting more without even trying 😏

He's big, bold, witty, dangerous and has just been told he's to be married off ... Guess who isn't amused!

His wife to be is Allie and she's a good girl, seriously, she's just a good person who has been lumbered with a $h1thead for a father who is more than happy to throw her to the wolves and save himself.

I felt for, she's a big girl and even though Enzo wants nothing more than to be between her thicc thighs, he uses it as an excuse to keep her away from him - I swear some men just need a hit to the head. With a shovel...

Anyway, attraction wins but it's not without hard times. A good read.

Bellini Bound was an intense, emotional ride that balanced a dark mafia atmosphere with a slow-burn romance that genuinely worked for me. The forced marriage trope didn’t feel rushed — Allie and Enzo’s relationship grew bit by bit, with real vulnerability and meaningful character moments that made me root for them even when things got messy. Enzo’s transformation from cold enforcer to someone willing to risk everything for Allie was compelling, and Allie’s strength and resilience grounded the story beautifully. The chemistry between them was electric, and the stakes — both emotional and mafia-related — kept me turning the pages. The ending hit hard (in the best possible way) and left me eagerly anticipating the next book.

I ate this story up!!! This centres around Allie, who suddenly finds herself pulled into the dangerous world of the Bellini family through an arranged marriage meant to secure loyalty and protection. She’s not choosing this life — it’s thrust on her — and watching her navigate fear, uncertainty, and growing strength is such a big part of what makes this book work so well. Enter Enzo Bellini: quiet, intimidating, heavily tattooed, and emotionally locked down. He’s bound by duty just as much as Allie is, and at first their relationship feels more like a business arrangement than anything romantic. But the slow burn here is chef’s kiss. Every small gesture, every moment of trust, every crack in Enzo’s tough exterior feels earned. What I really loved is how their relationship grows alongside the tension of the plot. It’s not just romance for romance’s sake — the emotional connection is woven into the risks they’re facing together. Allie doesn’t lose herself in this world, and Enzo doesn’t magically change overnight. Their growth feels natural, messy, and deeply emotional, and the payoff is so worth it. I found myself smiling at the soft moments and holding my breath during the intense ones.

Enzo (36) & Allie (25). He is Mateo’s older cousin and security expert & she is the police commissioner’s daughter. The beginning is quite intense since none of them wants to be in this marriage.

This instalment is well written too, fast paced and not heavy on mafia stuff.

Enzo tries his best to be hated by his bride and by the readers 😜

The lust they felt literally exploded after a while.
But a few months passed before they realized they had caught feelings for each other which I liked. I only wish we had more interactions that showed how the feelings developed instead of some of their spicy moments that I found took more space than needed.

I especially liked that the story got emotional towards the end, it spoke to my heart.

-Dual 1st person POV
-Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Overall: 3.75/5 ⭐️ for me.

No shock here that I absolutely loved this book. If Siena Trap writes it, I’m going to read it and love it. I love and forced marriage and the this hit everything I wanted. I wasn’t ready for this to be over. And the way it ended?!? 🤯 I already need the next book because I need to know what happens next. I love how Enzo was with Allie. Absolutely adored this couple together. Love seeing Gemma and Sasha from the previous series. As well as Matteo and Summer from the previous book

This was a forced marriage romance that I really enjoyed. Allison must marry Enzo to save her father. Neither of them want to marry but they do not have a choice. Enzo is a mafia enforcer and Allison is the daughter of the crooked cop. Allison and Enzo eventually get to know each other and fall in love, but life in the mafia is never without issues. Allie and Enzo must over come these issues hoping that their love can survive the fallout.

I just can't getn enough of Siena Trap and her books. This Mafia Series is doing it for me 10 times over!!!
Bellini Bound hooked me from page one. The stakes are real, the family loyalty cuts deep and the emotional tug of war is so well written.
Allie is thrown in an impossible situation to save her father , and the fear, the defiance, and the strength she cares makes it so easy to be TEAM ALLIE! PS. Her father is a real POS. Enzo? The enforcer is cold, controlled and unreadable. the glimpses of his softness, the protective tension and the "I will burn the world down for you but don't ask me to admit it" energy.. CHEF's KISS

The chemistry between Enzo and Allie is hot and off the pages. Their connection builds not through insta love but through trust earned in small moments. When the passion hits....? IT HITS!

I enjoyed this book so much! I cannot wait for Gio's return!!! To see all three men interact!

Enzo charmed us from the second we meet him in Bellini Born, and I knew his sarcasm and charm were going to be the reasons I feel in love with him!

Toss in a forced marriage, and a beautiful woman that brought him to his knees and suddenly Enzo was a different man. The first few chapters Enzo was a completely different man, and while I understood his reasoning behind his behavior, I wanted to scream at him and tell him to drop the act!

Allie was a sunshine and innocence wrapped up into one tempting package. From the very beginning she proved how strong of a woman she was. I loved her transformation into a confident tempting woman, and once she and Enzo finally gave in to their feelings. She was a force to be reckoned with!

The last 15% of the book had me on edge. You could feel the tension rising, but couldn’t figure out what exactly was about to blow up in their faces. Everything about the ending was gut wrenching, but it proved that Allie and Enzo truly belonged together!

I have loved this series so far, and can’t wait to see what happens in Geo’s book!

great book. Enzo and Allie didn't have the whirlwind romance but you don't expect that with an arranged marriage in the mafia. this gives off Beauty and the Beast vibes (love that) and I had a hard time finishing it because I didn't want it to end. desperately waiting for the next book in the series.
