***Spoiler Warning ****
The ending we've all been breathlessly awaiting is here, and it delivered in a huge way! The witty banter, the longing looks, and inner monologue kept me positively glued to these unputdownable pages! And the conclusion was just... everything!!! Riley stayed true to herself and chose the guy who honored her, who stood up for her. What could be more glorious!?
Raven Academy is my favorite series by Brandi Elledge, and so this book was a bit bittersweet because I never wanted to say goodbye. These characters stick with you. And I know this is a series that I'll be revisiting, often!

Wow. I honestly haven’t enjoyed a series this much in years. I thought this book was amazing, I just really wish it had been a bit longer. The ending was exactly what I hoped for, but there were new elements introduced in this final book that were so interesting, I just wish we had more time to explore them. Overall, it was incredible. And she ended up with the man I was rooting for… I think we all were! 🥰

Absolutely loved this series. I am so happy my guy was the right guy. I just wish the ending didn’t wrap up in less than 10 minutes. It felt rushed after 4 books. I wish I could have seen a little more of my chosen guy & Rileys life after all the chaos. I hope there is more of the kids after this series. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Ending
OMG, I loved the ending, I was torn on who I wanted her to be with at the end, but it was perfect, and she chose the one she deserved. I loved how this ended. It was perfect.

This is my favorite series from this author. Im happy as to who ended up with who in the end. I need a short story or something to give me little glimpses into their lives in the future. Or I’d be ok with another book. Hint hint Brandi.

Shadow Queen is the fourth book in the Raven Academy series by the supremely talented Brandi Elledge. I absolutely LOVE Ms. Elledge’s books- she is one of my favourite authors- so it was a given that I would be reading this Book. But to say I was blown away is an understatement- I couldn’t have loved it more than I do!
This is a wonderful fantasy that captured me right from the beginning- giving me an instant addiction where I couldn’t have put it down, even if I’d wanted to- it is completely riveting!!! The story is woven around shadowbringers, shifter, witches, vampires, an academy for young immortals, magic, sci-fi, action, adventure, secrets, banter, humour, chemistry, romance, danger, drama, good vs evil, family, friendship, emotion, and has a bit of a dystopian setting and feel.
Riley has been raised in a sheltered ‘puritan’ community that keeps its inhabitants safe from the impure that have wreaked havoc on the world. With vampire’s, witches, shifters, and the deadly shadowbringers roaming the world, the communities offer the only real safe havens for the pure. But all that changes on her 18th birthday when she's whisked off to the Raven Academy, a school for the ‘impure’ immortals - and she realises that she has a steep learning curve ahead of her. Add in some sizzling chemistry and a couple of hunky immortals, and the story takes an even more intriguing turn. You really should read all the exciting developments for yourself; you are bound to love it as much as I do.
Let the adventure begin!
