This entry of the Keeper Series is darker and more introspective than the others. It forces Liz to grow and mature more than she ever needed to; all while forcing the Ironskin Clan to take a long look at themselves.

You know how they say an author grows with every book they write.....well I don't always believe that. Some are born with a skill and some aren't. Some are born with a gift and well you know.....
Ol Ramos in my opinion was born with a gift and this book right here is proof. I've read all of his books and they all suck me in, throw me around, kick my ass all while they envelope me in his world to the point where I feel like I'm part of the Ironskin Clan....well this book was no exception. The only thing different with this book was that I WANTED TO LIVE IN THE BOOK!
From the first line of this book to the last, this book was incredibly written. The emotion pours off the page and makes you wonder what the author was feeling when he wrote this to make us, the reader feel it that strong. And the fact that you can feel it that strong...you know this man has honed his craft!
So on to the actual book...well lets just say your gonna love it!
Liz has finally grown up and stopped acting like a lil girl! in the words of Vincent, she pulled up her big girl panties and did what she needed to do. Now I don't wanna give too much away cus I want you all to read it. But lets just say you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll grasp your chest and then jump up and down screaming like a nut scaring everyone in the house (was so worth it) and they you might just cry again. When I said this book was full of real emotion I wasn't kidding. I'm just glad I didn't want to throw anything this time around lol. ok back to the book...so Liz and Michael decided to team up and take matters into their own hands and prove to be a comedy team...."its nice having so much power between your legs....oh wait that sounded horrible" just picture a one liner like this throughout the book....hilarious!
There's ass kicking moments between Liz and her baby brother, Liz and some vamps, Michael and everybody...the usual until they meet one interesting fellow that proves a worthy adversary...but can he be trusted? Guess you'll have to find out for yourself......heh
So the book goes on and the story builds and your in their world going through the motions with them...I warn you, please remember to breathe and all that fun stuff while reading cus I kid you not ....you may forget...its that good.
I can't really divulge anymore info cus that would spoil the kick ass second half of the book and we don't want that.
So my point of this review is ......GO BUY THE BOOK! YOU WILL LOVE IT....

Where to begin....Without spoilers... Hmm May be tough, let's see. OL Ramos's Keeper series is really getting good now. With archangels, archdemons, Supernatural beings of all sorts, this is a TREMENDOUS series. Explosions abound in this book... All are really well written, with one especially that'll have you saying, "Ewww! That was gross... OH YAY!" I must say, to be honest, I was lying down listening to my text-to-speech feature during this scene, & when it happened, I shot up & looked around because I wanted to SEE it. LOL.. It was THAT vivid! OL really brings the characters to life. In another part, one of the characters gets... well, rather confused you might say, & talks only in movie quotes. But the quotes are appropriate for whatever the conversation calls for. SHEER BRILLIANCE!!! The archangel that is fairly new to earth and human experiences is there again. He is such an innocent yet a timeless warrior! His wonderful innocence just makes me laugh, as he doesn't understand human customs, yet he is as wise as time itself.
In summary, if you're looking for a book that will elicit feelings of love (not lust), happiness, sorrow, sadness, anger, rage, but the ultimate feeling, hope, then this is the book you're looking for. The series you're looking for!

I HAS SO MUCH FUN AND GOT SO HAPPY WHEN VINCENT CAME BACK. THIS IS SO MUCH ACTION THAT YOU GET TIRED JUST READING IT. WAS A MARVELOUS BOOK TO READ. I REALLY EXCITED TO READ YOUR NEXT ONE, DONT TAKE TOO LONG...

Oh My God and yes that is truly how this needs to be stated! Unveiled utterly blew me away! From the first page to the last it's darkness wove into my veins and began to seep a chill like none I will ever forget. Unveiled is the fifth book in The Keeper Series and it will left me sitting on the edge of my seat hoping and wishing to a higher power that somewhere somehow good will prevail and that the evil that is trying to seep into my very soul will soon be flooded with the light that only the good and true can emit. For then and only then will all be safe in the world as it is known. As what was once black fades to lighter hues of grey and even some the brightness of white the story comes to a close leaving me with a feeling of celebration I must be careful because sometimes even the brightness of light can burn...
OL Ramos has one me over completely with The Keeper Series making Unveiled my most favorite of the five books. OL in my opinion has only bettered this series with each new installment he writes and as they say all good things must come to an end I am enthusiastically hoping that end has not yet been reached.

I got the opportunity to read this book a little early...I am a huge O.L. Ramos fan and I was in shock at the ending of the last book, so for me, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it to find out what happened next. I was not disappointed- I found myself on the edge of my seat throughout the entire book...I found it very hard to put down...I found myself ignoring my kids and husband for a few days...
I don't want to give any spoilers away but I will say there are new characters introduced in this book as well as the same loveable ones from the last books... There were some unexpected twists and turns unfolding in this book that I hope will develop into the next book..because, true to form...O.L. leaves us with another cliffhanger that will have you pulling out your hair.
If you already are a fan, you will not be disappointed.
If you are a new reader to his work, you will want to start from book one and work your way up...I have never written a review before for any other author, but I loved it that much :)

Liz and Michael have not been living their lives since Vincent was taken from them. Then Liz wakes up one day and realizes she's not doing Vincent's sacrifice any good if she does not get revenge. So her and Michael have a talk and are on the same page. When they finally find the Demon that took Vincent away from them they get a big surprise.
They learn that there is more going on then they realize. They will have to help a beloved member of their clan remember who he is. Then they get an unwelcome surprise visit from up above.
My Opinion: Um, LOVED IT! OL Definitely redeemed himself in my eyes with this book. I was so devastated with the last book, although it was still amazing. I was so happy to receive an early copy of this book from the Author. OL definitely came up with an amazing series in my eyes. This is something I could picture as a big movie or tv series! I highly recommend reading. There are many surprises in store for you. I will be anxiously waiting for the next book in the series!

The Keeper: Unveiled is the much anticipated book 5 in The Keeper Series by OL Ramos. After the tragedy of book 4, I was anxious to move forward with the characters. The emotions that Ramos brought out in the beginning of this episode were so amazingly real. Then the action and adventure took over. I especially liked the sections where Liz and Michael worked with Daniel to solve a mystery with very little use of super....powers. It was terrific to see how the humans were also working to protect the veil. The characters in this book have grown so much stronger and are more closely bonded, even though there are tremendously more of them. I am fascinated by the direction of this episode and cannot wait to see what comes next.

Oh My Glob! I loved this book, heck I love the whole series. I half-expect/half hope I'm going to open a door and find myself in Angel's Retreat with my lips smacked up against Vincent's...or Michael's...or Daniel's! That's how real these characters have become!
Ok, so the story, yea, I was shocked at the end of Sanctuary (Book 4) and I was really really hoping for something to happen...OL did not disappoint me in the least! Then just when things are fine and dandy...BOOM, shocking scene! (That's the entire series though...)
Seriously though, if you haven't read any of the books in this series, you are depriving yourself from the highest level of awesomeness available in this world!

A lot of stories start getting dull the more books that are out there in the same series. But with The Keeper Series it just keeps getting better and better. Was on pins and needles waiting for this book to finally come out and when it did I was excited. So many twists and turns which keep you on your feet guessing what happens next. I had my ideas of what was coming but I was wrong in most incidences. That shows you a good author right there who won't put just the average expectancy in a book. I hope this series never ends, it's one of the best I've read in a very long time. Keep up all the great work and look forward for more to come!!

Alot of the time as a series continues I lose interest. With the Keeper Series NOT so. I love reading and most of the time I kick myself for reading too fast because now I am not so paitently waiting for the next book in the series to come out. OL contiuously has me on the edge of my seat in Unveiled! I really wish Mary would go away! I have not liked her since the beginning!! Michael & Liz have formed a strong bond through their grief and heartache. I just hope there will be a happy ending in the books to come. Michael and Liz deserve it!

Kudos to you Mr Ramos you've have out done yourself with this book. I am so proud of the way Lizzie is growing into a strong woman. I love the way all of these different supers are coming together to defeat evil an bring the world into balance. I loved the "darkness" of this book the way you take us to places other author's dare not tread. I for one am waiting on the edge of seat of my seat for the next book!!

After the cliffhanger from sanctuary I had to dive right into this book. With mixed emotions and feelings about life and death, Liz needs to choose to move on or check out. Fortunately she makes the right decision and the clan goes hunting again. When fighting yet another demon, ol throws in another twist! The moral of the clan is once again changed and for the better but bow a more dangerous threat arises...not to mention another dire cliffhanger lol. Can't wait for the next one!

Ramos does it again. An action packed story with so much feeling in each character that you can't help but feel for what they are going through. I cried for the first 1/4 of the book but then was totally shocked halfway through. Beware though, like the other books in this series this has a cliffhanger as well. I can't wait for the next book.

This series is incredible!!!! I O.L Ramos is an amazing author and I enjoy reading the detail he puts into his books!!! I love the was the stories has so much fictional information with lots of facts and legends twisted into a great idea! Can't wait for the next book in this series!!!!!

Liz grows more mature and takes more action in the fifth book of this series. As Michael and her go through tough choices and times in this story, giving a dark feeling to this read. This sets it apart, but brings it home rockin'. Outstanding job.

I have waited months for this book to be released. Unveiled kept me on my toes with twist I didn't see coming. It definitely left me wanting more. So far I've loved everything OL Ramos has written:)
