dear saka mikami,

don't you just know how to make a girl happy cry? the most wholesome of any manga i have ever read. congratulations on the animated show! i had been thinking, since the start of this manga that i would love to see the special moments we have witnessed so far in moving form. when i found out my wish was going to come true i was floored (i literally hopped out of my chair in pure happiness lol). i just wanted to add this before my review on the latest volume. it's the first time in awhile i've been so passionately excited about japanese novels and anime (aka since black butler, which i need to catch up on in manga form)!

to begin with - the artwork is beautiful as always.

the friends find out about our newest fandom's ship's little cafe study date. valentine's day flies by and japan's exam season has arrived with no remorse. everyone must address their academics and we get some cute moments from both our main couple and saku/subaru. oh, major character growth and development ૮ . . ྀིა⁩. volume 15 focused more on our side characters saku + subaru which i appreciated for a change. oh and we meet the final boss.. if you know you know haha (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ )

oficialmente voy al día, es una obra bastante preciosa llena de amor y mucha madurez. Todos los personajes son tan lindos y maduros que no puedes evitar amarlos, son un found family bastante lindo, ya quiero que la pareja secundaria se concrete para ser feliz.

pero en conclusión, si quieres leer algo lindo este es tu manga, aparte de que dentro de poco sale su adaptación a anime.

4.5 estrellas (Serie completa, al menos hasta el capítulo 150).

Llevo aproximadamente leyendo esto desde hace unos veinte días, y tengo muchas cosas que decir.

Debo ser sincera: en un comienzo no tenía idea de en qué me estaba metiendo.
Por alguna razón pensé que esto sería algo vacío y repetitivo, me imaginaba algo al estilo de "Rent a Girlfriend", pero ¡Oh sorpresa! ¡Qué equivocada estaba!

No solo profundiza en los personajes principales sino que también lo hace con los secundarios de una manera que no te hace pensar que están ahí únicamente para cumplir el rol de "amigo de apoyo" o "padres apenas presentes". Todos y cada uno de los personajes, por mínima que sea su aparición, tienen un propósito. Esto, a su vez, lleva a sus relaciones a una profundidad y familiaridad que te abrazan el alma.

Simplemente, de las cosas más hermosas que he tenido la oportunidad de leer. Quiero que sean felices y cumplan sus sueños, porque, en definitiva, leerlos me produjo la misma sensación de superarme a mí misma y ser mejor persona, tal como ellos.

This series had me in a choke hold all day until I caught up, so I'm just gonna review the last volume. 5 star this volume, 4.5 on the series so far.

This is just fantastic. I love reading romance manga that involves people creating a life and identity for themselves outside of the relationship. Seeing them go on that journey and lean on each other along the way is really heartwarming. I love both of their parents and all of the friends as well. It really has been comforting to read. Glad and sad I'm caught up. Definitely recommend.

The story didn’t dive too deep plot-wise, yet it gave us that nice moment of Natsusawa coming to terms with his past, which felt like a small but meaningful step forward for him. On top of that, we got the first hints of him catching real feelings for Subaru, while she’s, of course, still completely unaware in her usual way. It might not have been packed with big developments but the easy pacing and cute interactions made it enjoyable to read.

honestly, I cry a lot with of the story about saku and hinaka, it was hurtful, but I appreciate a lot how we can see Saku being much confident about what to do because of Subaru and his friends, THAT IS CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT

getting to know Rintaro‘s Idol and I hope Rintaro follows his intuition of becoming a baker. I have the feeling Kaoruko will maybe start learning how to cook or smth.

tout pile 1 an que j'avais mis ma lecture de bloom en pause 😨
en tout cas ça se voit que ça faisait longtemps parce que le chapitre à la pâtisserie m'a fait pleurer, je suis plus habitué à toute la tendresse et l'amour dans cette série
