⭐⭐⭐⭐: Outstanding plot, really gripped me. Not a slow burn; threw me right into the spice that worked very well with the plot. Characters described very well.
Introduction:
This is my book review of V-Day Double Puck by Imani Jay. This is my first time reading a book by Jay and it won’t be my last.
Summary:
This story begins with Simone telling her friend that she is treating herself to a very special Valentine’s Day. After a lengthy divorce and no romance before that. She is ready to have a ménage and she orders just that from an escort service (where can I find this service…?).
Simone dons black lingerie, carefully puts on makeup and fluffs out her hair.
The hockey men, Blake and Maddox, arrive completely by chance and innocently enter her home upon Simone’s invitation - “Who are we to contradict a gorgeous woman who thinks we’re her Valentine’s entertainment?” Once they see her in that lingerie and catch her not at all subtle vibes, Maddox and Blake are ready to go along with anything.
Both men are possessive and I love it - “Like we want to fucking devour you?” I nip at her earlobe. “That’s exactly what we’re going to do, sweetheart.”
Spice Level:
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️: A lot of sex scenes and not a slow burn. The scenes were a great length with great description. This gave me everything I needed. Possessive growly men 🤤.
Conclusion:
Simone gets exactly what she wants for Valentine’s Day and then some. She gets two possessive, well muscled, burly men for more than one night. This is a short read and you’re told that upfront but I could read a longer version of this story. It was that well-written.

The guys quickly figure out that Simone thinks they are the men she ordered but say nothing and don't plan to let her go. Read this book to see what happens when the guys tell Simone who they are and when her ex-husband comes sniffing around.
I enjoyed this book. I liked that the guys kept checking in and asking Simone what she wanted. It was great that Simone went for what she wanted and had an open mind when she found out these were not the men she ordered. I enjoyed seeing the men show some possessiveness and protect Simone from her ex-husband.

This was exactly what I was looking for: a quick and undeniably spicy escape. The idea of one woman with two incredibly attractive men had me hooked from the first page, and the author didn't disappoint.
The pacing was perfect for a shorter story, moving quickly and keeping me engaged throughout. There wasn't a lot of drawn-out angst or unnecessary drama, which allowed the focus to stay on the chemistry between the characters. And let me tell you, the chemistry was OFF. THE. CHARTS. This book is packed with heat, and the author handled the intimacy well, making it both sensual and exciting.
Simone knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go for it after finally getting her divorce. Blake and Maddox might have ended up there by accident but they definitely know how to make the most out of the situation.

Wow this was a super-hot fast read - - Simone after going thru a divorce is tired of vanilla and determined to treat herself right, so she orders herself a double Valentine’s gift in the form of an escort service. However, when she goes to answer the door, she is blown away with the hotness that is standing there and doesn’t question anything. This was a fun and extremely hot romance by this author and yeah, not a deep plot but still engaging. Simone is a divorcee that is desperate for touch, and to be treated like a sexy being, so she books two male escorts for a Valentine's treat to herself. Maddox and Blake, late for a gala, experience a GPS error and end up at her door. Hello hot men ;D Simone is dressed to kill and they are hooked at first look. This fast-paced MFM (no sword-crossing) BWWM short story offered the POV of all 3 MMCs. This is a dream come true for Simone. Two strong sexy alpha men loving and caring for her is a dream many of us mere mortals dream of. Her ex was a total doosh any didn’t deserve her so she got a better life. An accident anyone could only dream of. I definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves strong alpha men taking charge in and out of the bedroom.

Looking for an awesome short and spicy romance well V-Day Double Puck is it. I love why choose romances and this author didn’t disappoint. I was completely hooked from the first page and devoured this short story. One woman, two hot men and you get all three POV’s, sold. A must read, have fun y’all ❤️😉.

I loved this one Imani Jay has yet to write a book I haven’t enjoyed yet. The way the characters come together in this one is spicy and you can feel the chemistry between them, I loved how the story played out and the way the ending came together was great. I can’t wait to read another one! Great work!.
