I don't feel like writing a review, but I'm always aggravated with myself when I don't. So this will be quick.

This book was fine. It was fine in the same way a lukewarm glass of water is fine. It was like melted ice cream, fine.

There was never a point when I was like 'Oh, these alphas are so sweet, I love them!' There was never a point when I loved the FMC either. There was never a point in this book when I loved their relationship together, what there was of it anyway. The story was sort of a messy blur.

FMC's alpha died a year ago, and she finally goes into heat... and winds up pregnant by an anonymous alpha at the heat clinic.... mediocre, mediocre, lukewarm water, melted ice cream.

I absolutely loved this story. I even got a little emotional while reading. Poor Xenia was breaking my heart as the story kept going. It has a great plot and storyline. It had action, drama and tension. The spice was great. It was a easy read. Overall, it was a great read that I would definitely recommend!

Thank you so much to the author for the earc, all opinions are my own.

I always enjoy a good Omegaverse romance so I knew I had to read this one. Xenia is bereft after the lost of her mate and experiencing her first heat, she goes to a heat clinic to be serviced in confidentiality and finds out shortly after that she is pregnant. She travels to the alpha's home to try to tell him, and ends up getting snowed in... in Florida. I know it snows in other places too, but it was a bit funny reading that aspect being Minnesotan.

Xenia finds her new pack, and comes to terms with her past.

I have not read a lot of Omegaverses, but I enjoyed this one. I was hooked and wanted to get to the end and see if she was going to get her alphas.

Xenia had been through so much and when it came out what all really happened, whew my heart broke for her. She was on the run from her deceased mates brother and in hiding fearing he would come take her back. She ended up pregnant by an alpha and set out to find out who it was.

Wren, Luther and Pierce all have their baggage. Wren is the cold one and doesn’t like Xenia because of her last name. Luther is the gentler one and Pierce is the overprotective one. Together they make up the perfect alphas for her.

It was heavy, emotional, and spicy. I loved the detail the author put into the back story and how the story flowed. I really loved that all the alphas had their own different personalities.

This was my first Omegaverse so I was a little confused on the lingo at first, but once I figured it out, I enjoyed this one. There was a twist that I didn't see coming. As always, I really enjoy Sage's POV writing style and I like that she explains it at the beginning of each book. I really liked how she wrote the abuse scene and how she described Xenia's trauma. I also really liked that she had a warning at the beginning of that chapter and made a link that allowed the scene to be skipped entirely if it was too much for anyone to handle. Finally I loved seeing Xenia get everything that she deserved.

YOU'RE MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!!! Please read and pay close attention to the trigger warnings at the beginning of this book. There is some content and scenes in this book that are not suitable for all readers and could be triggering for others. Always remember that your mental health comes first at all times.

Tropes: Omegaverse, Why Choose, Possessive MMCs, Age Gap, Knotting, Hurt × Comfort, Breeding/Pregnancy, Abuse, Snow in Florida, Alphaholes, Pregnancy, Messiest of messes, Going into a forced heat while pregnant?!, Hurt x Comfort, Age-gap (she is 26, they are 30s & 40).

Knot Their Son’s Omega is the 1st book in the First Chapter Heat Clinc Series by Sage RelleAnne.

This is Sage RelleAnne’s first walk in the Omegaverse and Knot Their Son’s Omega is the 1st book in Sage’s new series First Chapter Heat Clinic.

Xenia is such a strong Omega who has suffered in her past and gone through a lot of traumas. And as the truth of her past and all the details are revealed, all of which are perfectly timed within the story, we realize that she’s gone through so much more then we could ever realize.

Xenia earns her connection with the three alphas, even though she could feel that they were each a scent match with her the moment that she met them. And each relationship she has with them is unique and she needs each one of her Alpha’s in order to heal from her past and the trauma she has gone through.

I absolutely love Sage’s writing and it’s such a unique style of writing. She loves to write in the first-person narration when she’s narrating the FMC but when she’s speaking for the MMC’s she flips to writing in the third person narration. This highlights the high emotions for each of the Alphas (for this book at least) and I’ve always found that this format makes for a really interest format for books.

I have come to really appreciate that more and more authors are including trigger warnings in their books. But Sage did something really unique in this book. She included the trigger warnings right before that specific chapter giving you an option to skip that chapter if you felt the triggers were too much for you and your own mental health. I felt like that was the perfect solution, it gives the readers the trigger warnings without spoiling any of the storyline and the plot, because let me tell you there are some surprise plot twists.

I loved the way that Sage blended the spice and plot and I found this novella to be absolutely perfect for any reader who loves second chances and found families. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book in the series. I really want to learn more about Serena’s story and I want to know more about what’s going on at the clinic.

If you are a lover of the Omegaverse and enjoy found family and second chances that I highly recommend Knot Their Son’s Omega by Sage RelleAnne.

The title and the blurb are misleading. To explain why would require a spoiler, but needless to say, if you're looking for the trope where she ends up with the father after having been with the son, this is not the book for you.

Moving on. I was relieved that wasn't the trope, because I'm not into that. But there was a lot of drama and I'm not sure that the drama was warranted. It felt a bit... overdone? Like, Xenia was still so deeply grieving that she was crying all the time and unable to get out of bed a year after her alpha passed? I know that different people grieve differently, but when the truth comes out, this made even less sense.

The plot didn't make a whole lot of sense. Why would the heat clinic (or the Stellars, who are apparently behind it) want omegas to get pregnant? Why would Tony want to one-up Vinny, when Tony was the head of the family?

It was hard to see why the guys fell for Xenia, apart from being scent matches. All the private and personal discussions which would have helped to build intimacy, the author skimmed over and summarised. I wanted to see the emotional bond being built between Xenia and the alphas. I wanted to see her opening up to them, and they opening up to her, but apart from Pierce telling her why his family kicked him out, nothing very personal was shared. He didn't tell her about his time in prison, nor how he felt about being estranged from his family. And we don't even know anything about Wren's background.

It was an unsatisfying read. How did Tony and Xenia get together? How did he force her into the mating? Why didn't Serena warn Xenia about Tony before they mated? If Vinny cared so much, why didn't he just stand up to his brother or plot to take him out? Everything is clear as mud.

This story delivers an emotionally charged blend of omegaverse drama, grief, and slow-building connection, wrapped in a tense, atmospheric setting.

Xenia is a compelling and sympathetic heroine, trapped by a system that strips her of agency from the very beginning. Her situation—forced into a controlled existence after the loss of her Alpha—immediately establishes the harsh realities of her world. When an unexpected pregnancy changes everything, her journey shifts from survival to something far more personal and painful. Her grief is layered and palpable, especially when hope leads her straight into another devastating loss.

What sets this story apart is its emotional core. The introduction of the three fathers adds an unexpected dynamic, transforming what could have been a straightforward narrative into something deeper. Each of them brings their own weight of loss, and their interactions with Xenia evolve naturally from guarded tension to a fragile sense of belonging. The shared grief becomes a bridge, allowing trust and connection to grow in a way that feels earned rather than rushed.

The snowstorm setting works beautifully as both a literal and symbolic device. It traps the characters together, forcing proximity and vulnerability, while also mirroring the emotional isolation they each experience. As the storm slowly clears, the looming sense of danger adds a layer of suspense, reminding the reader that their fragile peace is temporary.

The pacing leans into emotional development, allowing relationships to unfold gradually. While some moments may feel heavy with introspection, it ultimately strengthens the bonds between the characters and heightens the stakes of what they stand to lose.

Overall, this is a poignant and immersive story that balances tenderness with tension. It explores themes of autonomy, loss, and unexpected family in a way that resonates, making it a strong choice for readers who enjoy character-driven romance with emotional depth and a touch of looming danger.

Finding Home in the Snow

This was a pretty strong debut short story. I really enjoyed the characters and the overall storyline. There were so many twists and turns, and none of my predictions were on point, which I always appreciate.

Xenia is an omega dealing with the death of her alpha. After a year of mourning and severely suppressing her heats, she finally goes into one. While fleeing from her deceased mate’s brother, she’s taken to a clinic, where she’s serviced by a random alpha and ends up pregnant. With no other options, she leaves her home in search of the alpha who fathered her baby.

When she arrives at the farm, she’s met with hostility and literally thrown on her butt. Xenia discovers that the alpha who serviced her is supposedly dead, she nearly breaks… but is he really? With nowhere else to go, she gets back in her car during a snowstorm, only to wreck. Snowed in, pregnant, and surrounded by three older alphas, she ends up going into another heat.

The 3 older alphas who are her scent matches have their own baggage and hang ups. Wren is a fiercely protective alpha with a massive chip on his shoulder and an immediate dislike for Xenia because of her last name. Pierce is also protective, but he quickly recognizes that she’s a victim and treats her with compassion. Then there’s Luther, the man she can’t stop thinking about, who treats her gently and wants nothing more than to care for and protect her.

This was such a refreshing read, and I can’t wait to see what this author writes next.

This was a really great "snowed in" omegaverse!

Xenia has made the difficult decision to have her first heat since losing her alpha under clinical supervision. It is supposed to be safe and protected, but a month later Xenia finds out that she is pregnant and sets out to find the anonymous alpha who tended to her during her heat. She gets the alpha's name and drives to his address only to be met by his three fathers and the news that their son is dead. She tries to leave, but a snowstorm causes her to wreck her car and she is stuck with the three men. As the storm rages, Xenia and the three men become closer, but her dead alpha's brother is a sworn enemy of the pack and he won't stop until he finds Xenia.

I really liked the twists in this book. Xenia was such an interesting character and it was really intriguing to try to figure out what had actually happened in her past. I also really liked that there was a bit of an age gap, but it wasn't too crazy. I felt like the relationship and connection between Xenia and the pack really developed organically. The pace of the book felt really appropriate and I felt like the switch between first person for Xenia and third person for the guys really helped me keep the perspectives straight. I did not see the twist at the end coming, but I really appreciated how it wrapped everything up.

I received a free copy of this book from the author and I am voluntarily leaving a review.

So this was an interesting book It was super fast and I do feel like there was a lot of things missing and that it was kind of rushed. Mind you I still liked it, but I wish that it had I want to say just a few more chapters. I feel like how everything was going if there was a way to explain more about her past before the very end, I feel like it would have been more connected to me. I still like the story, I still want to read the rest of the stories because of now what the clinic is about. I really want to know that, I want to know what happens to Charles, I want to know what happened to Serena, and technically I kind of want to know what happens to Vinny. I know that there's going to be other books in the series and I kind of want to see where it goes.

This book is about Xenia and her past with her dead mate Tony. You got to learn a lot about her, and honestly I felt so bad. Because it seemed like she really loved her original mate and then once you get closer to the end you start to put pieces together. She does find three other alpha mates, Wren, Pierce, and Luther. I feel like I needed a little bit more of a back story on them because you didn't really get much of it and I kind of wanted to know what happened to Luther sister more. Like I said this story was good but I feel like it just needed to be fine-tuned a little bit more with a little more details. Then I feel like it would be a better book.

Emotionally charged with several unexpected surprises

This book throws you straight into Xenia's life. She is still grieving the loss of her bonded Alpha and has been suppressing her heats but when the suppressants fail she is forced to use a heat clinic.

The Alpha she is paired with is really sweet and vows to help her survive. She is comfortable with this stranger. At the very end however, she gets a small taste of his scent and she can't forget it. Unfortunately that scent is not the only thing she leaves the clinic with.

Now she has to find the Kind Alpha. However, when she arrives she is met by an older unmated Alpha who tells her the man she is looking for is dead. Now she needs to get away from here because she has list another man. She takes off back to her friend except a freak storm has started and the road us treacherous.

After sliding off the road she is rescued by another unmated Alpha who is much more accommodating than the last one she met. Hunted, unwanted, grieving, snowed in with strangers and going into heat. What else could go wrong?

Omega's never have a choice and this proves it.

This book was full of so many emotions. It may be short but it is filled with so much. That twist though came out if no where and I never would have guessed it. I loved thus and can't wait to see what's next.

Loved this book SO MUCH!!!
Omegaverse is one of my favorite genres to read, so when Sage announced that she was doing one, how could I NOT read it?! Especially when she loves to throw some twists and turns at us that leave me guessing!!
Xenia is an omega who has been through so much. Her life has been turned upside down by the loss of her mate, her alpha. Which makes her desperate to avoid another heat -- except that isn't something she can avoid forever. Now she has to find a way to tackle this without feeling like she is betraying the one she lost.
Little does she realize is that the wild ride starts the moment she walks through those doors -- and when she leaves.
There are some dark themes to the book, so definitely check your TWs, but I absolutely loved the journey that Sage takes us on with Xenia. I was glued to the book from start to finish and I'm sad that I'm done! I've got my fingers crossed that we'll see more from this world because I'd LOVE to dive back into it again!
Now who's ready for some twists & turns, plus some steam on behalf of alphas we can't get enough of?! We've even got some secrets that will come to the light!!
OBVIOUSLY I recommend this book!!

Words fail me, and not in a good way. I'll try my best though.

The story is rushed. We go from a depressed omega in her apartment, barely leaving her bed, to a horny and in heat omega at a clinic, then a pregnant omega at her baby daddy's farm. There, she meets Luther (for the second time), Pierce, and Wren (a girl's name).

Two days later, Pierce thinks to himself in regards to the FMC, "I love you so much." Really? After two days? And why? What exactly has made him fall in love with her? This isn't a romance. This is a road map for desperate RL men who don't care who they fall in love with. They just want so badly to be with someone, anyone.

I firmly believe in having something mysterious that hooks a reader and draws them in, but this book goes too far. There is too much that is left unexplained for far too long. At 68% into the story, there's no explanation as to who the Rossis are, how the FMC's mate died, how Charles isn't dead, and more.

The writing is immature, and there are numerous errors throughout the book that solid editing would have caught. Then the evil guy catches up to her, and shocking twist that I won't spoil. But seriously, yawn. This was one of the worst books I've ever read.

Knot Their Son’s Omega is a quick omegaverse novella and the first installment in the First Chapter Heat Clinic world. The FMC, Xenia is a strong female lead who is currently overcoming past relationship trauma. The truth and details about her past are revealed and timed perfectly in the story. Her connection with the three alphas is well earned and her relationship with each of them is unique and relevant to her healing journey. Sage’s unique writing style of first person narration for the FMC, and third person narration for the MMCs highlights the emotions of each character and makes for an intriguing format. I appreciate that there is a trigger warning right before a specific chapter with an option for the reader to skip it if needed. It’s the perfect solution for providing content warnings without potentially spoiling the plot, as there are a couple surprising plot twists. This novella is a balanced mix of spice and plot and perfect for readers who love second chance and found family. I will definitely continue the series and I am interested in learning more about Serena’s story!

Knot Your Sons Omega completely stole my heart. As a why choose lover, this standalone omegaverse hit every emotional and romantic note I crave. The story wraps you up fast and doesn’t let go—especially when it comes to Xenia. I genuinely wanted to reach into the pages and hug her; she’s been through so much, and watching her finally receive the love, safety, and care she deserves was incredibly moving. I did cry at one point, the kind of tears that come from seeing a broken character finally feel seen.

The men are attentive, protective, and deeply emotionally present, which made their bond with Xenia feel earned and healing rather than rushed. The way they respond to her trauma with patience and devotion was everything. Add in just the right amount of spice to keep things sizzling without overpowering the emotional depth, and you’ve got a beautifully balanced read.

Heartfelt, comforting, a little spicy, and incredibly satisfying—this is a must-read for omegaverse and why choose fans who love emotional payoff just as much as romance. 💕

Not broken.

I love this author, and this book is just another reason why.
A dark Omegaverse RH.

An engaging and captivating story, full of action and twists and turns.
It's a book that stirred a wide range of emotions in me — from a tightness in my chest to blushing, sighing, cheering, and pure happiness.

The story unfolds at a fairly fast pace in such a captivating way that I couldn't stop reading.
We move from dark moments to inspiring ones, then to ethereal and even funny moments, only to return to the darkness. And in between? Some very good steamy moments.
What a wonderful rollercoaster!

The characters are amazing.
We have an omega FMC who is a beautiful survivor, much stronger than she ever thought she was.
Then we have the strong Alphas — the right ones. Their connection is incredibly powerful, and they know just how valuable she is.

I didn’t want to stop. I couldn’t! What saved me from sleepless nights was the fact that the book is under 200 pages. But now I want more…

It ends with a truly WOW HEA.

I was beyond excited to receive this ARC and this book absolutely blew me away. I loved every second of it. This was my first experience reading a story where the FMC’s POV is in first person while the MMC’s POV is written in third person, and while it took a bit to adjust, it ultimately added a powerful layer to the storytelling that I really enjoyed. The story itself was intense, emotional, and impossible to put down. Check your trigger warnings, Chapter 28 is something else. Every character felt vivid and fully realized, but Pierce completely stole the spotlight for me. He was hands-down my favorite. Xenia’s journey, the pain she’s endured, and the strength she’s forced to find along the way were deeply moving and hit me right in the heart. The spice was on point, each character had a distinct and memorable voice, and the setup for book two, featuring a separate couple was done flawlessly. This book left me emotional, satisfied, and desperate for what’s coming next.

*ARC review* I received this as an ARC read and personally have mixed feelings on the book. I’m not a big Omegaverse reader, and this was actually my first exposure to it. I don’t know that if I had not received this as an ARC that I would have chose to read it. That being said, the story was a quick and easy read. My biggest struggle with it was feeling like at times I didn’t quite understand the world of the book or was missing context for some of the characters comments and struggles. Potentially for a reader that is more into the Omegaverse they may not experience that same feeling, but being a new reader to it I felt like there were comments made in regards to the characters plights that just didn’t have the same impact on me and felt like I was missing something. The characters also weren’t as developed throughout the story as much as some of the other characters in different Sage series are. Overall, it was an easy read that someone who is into the Omegaverse may enjoy more, but just didn’t quite hit it home for me the same way as some of her other series do.

This was my first omegaverse read in a while, and it completely pulled me back in. Xenia’s story starts with heartbreak and grief, and watching her navigate loss, trauma, and an unexpected pregnancy kept me emotionally invested from the start. Sage has a way of layering twists into the story that make you constantly question what you think you know, and I should have known better than to expect anything less after reading her other work!

What really stood out to me was how organically the relationships developed. The found family aspect felt earned, the age gap never felt uncomfortable, and the balance of action, tension, and spice kept the pacing strong throughout. My heart genuinely broke for Xenia more than once, and the ending delivered both emotional payoff and a jaw-dropping moment that I did not see coming...! I could have happily read more about these characters!🖤 Hope we get more from the side characters and see Xenia and the guys in there somewhere!

Ok I really enjoyed this novella!

It has everything you'd want in an omegaverse, 🔥🔥, scent matches, 3 alphas, and an accidental pregnancy that unveils so much more than our omega could've imagined.

Xenia is in a rough space, her Alpha passed away almost a year ago and she's been putting off her heat since then but her suppressants seem to fail and she's forced to go to a clinic so that an anonymous Alpha can help her through it. Obviously, there's quite a bit more to the story and there's actually a bit of a mafia aspect to it all 👀.

The Alpha who helps her, ends up getting her pregnant and she goes to find him, just to find his father's instead, Luther, Pierce and Wren. This is where we get quite a plot twist that I don't want to spoil, but they end up all being snowed in together and quite a bit happens.

I'd definitely recommend this as a quick, spicy and honestly really interesting novella. Since it's an omegaverse with scent matches, we obviously don't get much in terms of relationship building and it's fast paced but oh so good!

What a great Omegaverse story this is . I really enjoyed Xenia rocky journey to finding her Alpha's.
With all the twists that kept me turning the pages. I fell in love with the characters. The story line is very unique. With Xenia losing her Alpha and being forced to go through her heat at a clinic under supervision.
This story is very well written. And it is suspenseful, with many secrets that unfold throughout this story, the steamy connection between her and her Alphas is heartwarming, knowing she is safe and loved. The dangers she faced with her first Alpha to finding her scent matched Alpha's.
Sage is an amazing author. I truly enjoy reading her books. And I definitely recommend this book. It's the first book in her new series First Chapter Heat Clinic.
Please check TW before reading. Your mental health matters.
Otherwise dive into this fabulous Omegaverse story.

Omegaverse is one of my favorite subgenres, and I really enjoyed how this book leaned into the emotional aspects between an omega and alphas, with a healthy dash of spice and hints of mafia.

It has the expected elements of pack dynamics, knotting, and heats, but there were also some fun surprises in how the characters were brought together and how their dynamics developed. Watching Xenia find her place with a pack of unmated alphas was a fun but emotional ride. Those emotional elements helped the story balance the heat with the plot in a really satisfying way. For such a quick read, the strong emotional punches and medium burn worked perfectly.

While this book focused on Xenia, there is clearly an overarching plot forming that I can only assume will tie all the books together as an interconnected series. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

This is a prime example of doing too much in a short book.

’Cuz like, even the title gave the impression of a forbidden romance, with the MMCs falling for their son’s Omega, but that wasn’t it. Then all this crazy shit started happening in such a short time. Not only that, but there were time jumps (both back and forth), plot twists, repressed memories, drugging, different types of POVs, hidden identities, a pregnancy, death, abuse… what?

There wasn’t even enough time for the romance, the chemistry, and the spice to set in. And whatever there was, just wasn’t enough.

This was a great, quick read, full of heartfelt moments.
My heart broke for Xenia, mourning the loss of her alpha, being stalked by his brother and trying to get away to other more complicated emotions as the story progressed and things were definitely not as they first appeared to be.
I disliked Wren, fell for Pierce and didn’t trust Luther in the slightest. I wasn’t even sure I trusted Serena, Nina’s best friend, even though she seemed to have Nia’s best interests at heart.
The ending was satisfying and had an omg moment at the very end too. I needed another epilogue, with paternity confirmation! when you get there, you’ll understand! And I could happily have read more about these characters

The title of this book is a little misleading, but i won't spoil why that is.

I did wonder if i needed to read another book in this series before this one. Or if it was the lack of world building that made me feel I was missing some information.
Like who are the Stellar's and how are they connected to the Rossi's and the Bentley's.

But other than that I loved this emotional roller-coaster of a story where not everything is as it seems.

This did come with some trigger warning like abuse, stalking, murder and organized crime but I found that these we're very light to almost non existent for me.

And the HEA did not hurt it either ;D

Definitely worth the read I literally devoured it in one afternoon!

Solid first OMV for this author

Miss Sage takes us on a ride with this one. She applied her beautiful brain to the Omegaverse genre, but brought along her talent for writing FMCs who get the chance to heal and twisty plots which leave you saying, “I did NOT see that coming!” (In a good way)

This one has some dark themes and there is a skippable chapter. Be sure to check the trigger warnings. I agree with all these authors who remind us that our mental health is more important than forcing ourselves through a book which will hurt us. Also, Miss Sage writes in BOTH first and third person. The book switches back and forth between the 2 depending on whose POV you’re reading. Our FMC is first person, the MMCs are third.

Totally worth it, though. Great job, Miss Sage!

Fun, Quick OV Story

Knot Their Son's Omega was an entertaining and quick read. I liked this story, it was sweet with just enough angst and twists to keep me turning the pages. I found the plot and character development to be slightly on the light side. The story was well written, I enjoyed the way it all unfolded, I just wanted more details. The same with the characters, all of the main characters were likeable, I just needed a little more to be able to connect with them. The title also felt light to me, or maybe just not the best fit. It very loosely fits the story.
Overall this was a fun and mildly spicy quick read, if you Luke why choose or are looking to get into OV, I would recommend Knot Their Son's Omega.

This is the first book in the First Chapter. Heat. Clinic. I am not sure how many books there will be in this series but I plan on reading them all!! I love Sage RelleAnne! So I was especially excited to read her first foray into Omegaverse. I loved it and need more of it!
This story really had me digging in. The story was unexpected and so engaging. I felt so much for this FMC and her pain. I wanted to reach in and give a hug. The MMCs were so different from what I envisioned but they were so much more. They were amazing and made this wonderful story so much better.
Thank you, Sage RelleAnne, for this wonderful Omegaverse first! I cannot wait until you write the next book in this series! There are a few characters I need to know more about…
