I just read, and frankly binged, Classic X-Men 1975 in less than 24 hours after finally getting my hands on it! It was such an insightful, fascinating read for an X-Men fan like myself who already feels like they know so much about Chris Claremont’s run and the All-New X-Men. David did an incredible job with structuring the book chronologically, adding strong anecdotes, quotes, and visual references, and making it truly feel like an industry insider’s point of view. The character profiles paired with the original artwork were very well done. I’ve been following his @classic.xmen Instagram account for a few years now, and genuinely enjoy everything he’s putting out in the world. This is a must-read for any fan of the Claremont era.
