In theory, I love the idea of vegetated architecture with exterior ramps to make the vertical gardens accessible to local wildlife. Legally, I'm wondering what happens when a raccoon breaks into an apartment and bites a child. Or, for that matter, what happens if a deer jumps off the top of a green skyscraper and falls on somebody in the street 30 floors below (other than the deer and unlucky pedestrian being killed, of course.)
