For a short book it had good information. It wasn’t overwhelming trying to teach everything all at once. I did this as an audiobook and that’s where I was disappointed. The narrator pronounced “echinacea” 4 different way. If you were unfamiliar with the flower it would be very confusing. Various other words were mispronounced such as “aloe ver gel” and gel was pronounced with a hard g. Just seems a bit sloppy for a professional narrator. If it were Latin I would have understood but English? No.
