Oy!
It seems to me, recent books tend to be confusing , to start. I feel like i tuned i to part 2 Ang I'm trying to figure out what's going on. It's like when a season ends on a cliffhanger, and the new season starts with part 2, and I'm struggling. As I'm starting to get it, I change channels, and its a whole new story.
I have to admit the new story was really good. !I've Dean &X and the way they deal with people. Happy to see Owen again.

Hidden Intentions(Dean Steele Mystery Thriller Book 13)
OMG!!!!!!!!! This book was so amazing and horrible terrifying. Dean just seems to get the most disturbing cases, this one was no different, it starts with a missing teenager and leads to teenagers being victimized by adults they are supposed to be able to trust. He finally solves more the one case and helps a lot of innocent children, but then he needs to move onto the previous case. I can't wait to read the next book.

One of my favorites from the Dean Steele series. This one was a heavy one though. The fact that this shit happens more often than we want to believe is heartbreaking, sad and makes me angry. Xavier had some great quotes to help the victims and I teared up at every one. And then he made me laugh with other quotes. Can’t wait for the next book!

As students in a prestigious high school are either going missing, turning up dead or going from worst to first, something strange is going on, and Dean is going to get to the bottom of it. This case has so many twists & turns, and you don't want to miss it!

good mystery
I had a hard time getting into this book but I’m glad I stuck it out. The book involves a prep school where student athletes go missing or are killed. Dean Steele gets involved and figures out exactly what is happening to these kids.

another one for the books
Dean to the rescue again. Really enjoyed this book with Dean & Xavier. Also happy Dena’s so Owe made another appearance. Wouldn’t it be great if they stared working together. Steele PI’s. Story moved along at a great pace and I could picture the mountains ad woods perfectly. Storyline was sad but it happens all too often in this day and age.

Twisted and made me angry
As much as I want to find out what happens, I don’t want Dean to end! This one was so twisted, I couldn’t stop turning pages. Xavier, love him so much, and he has crazy insights into this case. He’s come so far!

This was one of the best in the series. Multiple plots and love the characters. Can't wait to read the final book but will miss this series. All of Mary Stone's series that are coming to a close have great endings to wrap them up.

Abusive People
Interesting story. There were a number of young deaths in the story due to adults using them to provide abusive things. When they could no longer take the abuses they ended up dead . the abuser were their trusted coaches.

When a thriller makes you so anxious that you call your grown child just to make sure they're okay, you know it's a great one! I love this series, and this book was awesome !
