Helpful hints to navigate life

Good insights and tools to understand and better manage oneself and one’s relationships. Easy to read and understand. If you’ve never been through therapy it will give you new insights. If you’ve have, it will remind you of things you might have forgotten.

This book honestly surprised me. I expected something very theoretical, but it’s actually very practical. The way it connects childhood experiences to present relationship patterns made a lot of things click for me. I’ve already started noticing my triggers more clearly.

One of the most eye-opening books I’ve read on relationships. The concept of “earned secure attachment” gave me hope instead of making me feel stuck in my patterns. Highly recommend if you’re serious about self-growth.

Very insightful and well-structured. I liked how it didn’t label people as “broken” but instead explained behaviors as adaptive responses. Some parts felt a bit repetitive, but overall still very valuable.

What stood out most to me was the atmosphere. The setting feels believable and slightly tense the entire time. Secrets in a small town always make for a good mystery, and this one handled that really well.
