Fill your body, mind, and soul with nutrients
Make your tea time an art of mindfulness in life

People sometimes have more gloomy days, but there are things that help. Family, close friends, and memories of soul food and good life can be a strong support in our lives. Of course, when we are sad and suffering, we can get help from such beings, but it’s not always free. While respecting them, you also need to find a wonderful way to help them.

What can truly help you and others can be found in your soul.
Did you know that your mind often gives hints about the soul? Because these things can be difficult, this book is trying to approach the concepts of ‘mind’ and ‘soul’ with the subject of ‘simple’. Mindfulness is like a bridge between the mind and soul. Many people inadvertently forget their souls, as they live a very busy and confused life. However, even with simple things, you can discover things about your soul by practicing mindfulness. Surprisingly, if you truly experience mindfulness, your anxiety and stress will be reduced, and your mind will be calm.

Mindfulness is not a complicated practice.
It’s about not spending everyday moments inadvertently. The moment you taste the food completely, or when you truly hear it, you have your mindfulness. It makes your mind settle and the soul emerges. Mindfulness is a journey, not a goal. It’s not about finding perfect. It’s not about achieving a certain state. It’s just to experience what makes you feel alive. It’s enough just to show up that experience.

Since everyone is unique, you have to find out by experiencing what you really belong to. Self-discovery is like a journey of self-love. Whenever you are confused, pause and intentionally practice mindfulness. It will also help with your wellbeing. Fill your body and mind with nutrients with kindness and awareness. On empty or gloomy days, you can prepare your mindfulness food. Or, by recognizing moments of joy, you can praise yourself for even the smallest things. The movements of making your day and celebrating the soul will be a very meaningful and valuable event.

There are many different mindfulness tools in this book.
It includes mindfulness food, cooking, music and dance moves. You can get inspired by certain pages. Find a recipe that can be accessed among them and try it out. Make your tea time an art of mindfulness in life. How about changing to your liking and planning a small experiment? Find things that gently connect your body, mind, and soul. Then, be aware of what your mood is for now, or what makes you truly in the present. You will move forward with many challenges, failures, or successes in your life. Make a valuable mindfulness list that will connect your body, mind, and soul in a healthy way.
Where are your precious mindful moments?

A good book to grab during your break
The advancement of AI makes the information look more exaggerated. So I figured I could do stuff I wasn't really into.
... I was dazed from time to time, and suddenly I started to worry about what would remain in my life. However, I am sure this book gave me some gentle instructions on how to solve my life. The precious thing is actually simple:-)

I chose this book because I set a goal to challenge myself with mindfulness practice this year. I liked it best because all the pages were easy to understand. There are many things that can be easily approached in daily life, and there are also some interesting parts. I think it is a good book to start mindfulness.

Didn't have a clue you could dance mindfully.

Thought it was just a fitness thing, But crikey, it's well interesting how mindful dance hits me right in the feels and turns into a proper laugh. That Staccato mindfulness page got me pondering, like, a cracking way to sort my work out, you know?

Mindfulness is kinda like a game

Mindfulness is kinda like a game, you know? The book's saying it's not about feeling perfect. It's more like something that just clicks for me, like a fun little quest. I've definitely had the feels of figuring out the emotions that vibe with me.
