A good book to grab during your break The advancement of AI makes the information look more exaggerated. So I figured I could do stuff I wasn't really into. ... I was dazed from time to time, and suddenly I started to worry about what would remain in my life. However, I am sure this book gave me some gentle instructions on how to solve my life. The precious thing is actually simple:-)
I chose this book because I set a goal to challenge myself with mindfulness practice this year. I liked it best because all the pages were easy to understand. There are many things that can be easily approached in daily life, and there are also some interesting parts. I think it is a good book to start mindfulness.
