There's a lot of "how-to" books out there for men looking to get in great shape. Most men "know the right answers" but still fail to execute on it. However, this book is next level and addresses why men self-sabotage their effort to get control of their fitness without even realizing it.

Staley blends practical advice with plenty of motivational insight from his years working with career driven family men and offers a structured approach to resetting their mindset, habits, and goals.

He discusses the science behind and power of using your subconscious mind to overcome negative habits and introduces the reader to using "afformations" throughout the day.

Or if you lack community, he offers suggestions on how to come up with that on a local level and even provides links to join his own online community of like-minded men.

His writing is accessible and inspiring and strikes the perfect balance between being relatable and authoritative. There is hope for you if you're looking for REAL change.
