An all-consuming hunger nips at my heels, demanding to be fed. It chases me from one end of the country to the next, until I find myself in my home state of Texas.

Honey, I’m home…and I’m fūckïng ravenous.
Hunger is an MM erotic horror, which contains dark themes unsuitable for under 18s. Please check the content warning before reading.
A former American, Michaella now calls Scotland home. When she isn't checking out men in kilts or chasing the wild haggis through the glens, you can usually find her skulking about the online bookish community.
Michaella has always been fascinated with the darker, more macabre facets of the human psyche and doesn't shy away from controversial, taboo, and dark themes in her writing.
A self-proclaimed book nerd, she's happiest curled up on the sofa with a good book and a margarita or two, while merrily adding more book boyfriends to her already overflowing harem.
Okay, so hear me out... the spit was gross, but this was done really well and when I say that I mean that I could read all the disgusting things without flinching too much. It was filled with dark humor which was amazing for me. I love dark stuff and there isn't enough of it without a lot of cursing, racism and bigotry. This didn't have any of this, it was purely mind bending scenes of blissful serial killer love.
The twist was fantastic as well, is there a second book??! I dunno, but I am off to check out the author's GoodReads page.
Five stars. (5/5)
Austin and JF forever.
I recommend this to anyone who is into mindless psycho lust and cannibalism. There are a lot of triggers in here so be mindful of that.
W T F did i just read I am soo confused and entertainend at the same time 😂 I don’t know how to feel If i should lock myself in a mental institute for enjoying this book.
This short story is why I shower with scalding hot water in preparation for hell. It's proof I've had voodoo dolls with less evil intent because there ain't one goddamn thing good about this book! Not even the town's famous chili is fucking good.
Though it did teach me several new things like the word urophilia. It showed me new torture methods, fun desecration of a bodies, and it finished off with a nostalgic tribute (not sure if it was intended) to classic Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes.
In this book, you climbed into JR's mind and see what he sees, feel what he feels and go just a bit crazy before the story is over. I just fucking love it! I messaged the author letting her sick ass know how disgusted and frankly, in awe I was of her storytelling, cuz who the fuck has this in their heads and go, "you know what, I'll share this with the world!"
Fanfuckingtastic! Ok, now to clean this up and add it to limp ass Amazon reviews.
If you love horror and gore, this is it! And as you read it, don't think of yourself as crazy and headed for the ward. Don't mind that man behind you with the freshly cleaned, white jacket and don't concern yourself of the fact that you're now locked in a room. No, you're not crazy. You're certified.
When I tell you the ending had me shook so much that I threw the book across the room!!!!!!!! Just beautifully, disturbingly, exotically, creatively, phenomenally written masterpiece!!!! I need more!! Please write more mm erotic horror!! PLEASEEEE!!!!! This gave “sick fux” meets “the considerate cannibals” and I ATE.THIS.BOOK.UP!
The ending was a total was a cop out and an insult to readers. It wasn't appreciated when done and it wasn't now. Even though it was only 40 pages, (would've loved it to have been a full book before the "twist" ending), it's extremely disappointing.
The trigger warnings are very warranted, FYI. So make sure you read them and are okay with gore and
Other than the ending which I hated, the writing is very good and the story telling is awesome.

I think I had a disgusted facial expression for about 80% of this short story which indicates that it was absolutely depraved en gory and I loved it! If the stankface doesn't come out it's not gross enough but this definitely was and I need more of this. Please tell me there is more to this, Michaella, because that ending was weird AF and left me utterly confused 😵💫
Hunger is a dark, visceral plunge into obsession and hunger both literal and emotional. Michaella Dieter doesn’t shy away from brutality, but beneath the blood and chaos is a strangely intimate story about desire pushed past its limits. Not for the faint‑hearted, but absolutely gripping if you like your horror raw and unflinching.
W T H did i just read. I would have given it more stars if it would have been a little longer to give more character depth . I liked the little deja vu moment. Fun little spin on it. Not for me though. To much horror and not enough erotica. These are my opinions only.
Doesn't mean you can't try them. I am not big on cannibalism.
This was the DARKEST most UNHINGED thing I have ever read in my life! haha feels kinda wrong to say I enjoyed reading it. The little twist at the end was what hooked me and made me wish it was longer.
The last 2 chapters had my jaw on the floor..I didn't see it coming...It was dark, depraved and so much fun to read..the writing was good. I don't like the SA part but what can I do , the book screams for dark and twisty things .
