Bennet, a dashing Djinn from Aetheria—a world of Regency-style manners and magical drama—is on a mission to find his runaway sister. She’s ditched her royal wedding and fled to the mortal world, leaving Bennet to clean up the mess before their family name goes up in enchanted flames. But when he tracks her down, she flips the script, trapping him in a cursed lamp.
Enter Cassie, a no-nonsense New Orleans local juggling a wild family, a mountain of bills, and a knack for locating lost things. When she stumbles across Bennet’s lamp, she unleashes not just a very cranky—and very attractive—Djinn but also a world of trouble.
Now, Bennet and Cassie are stuck with each he’s tethered to her and the lamp, and she’s stuck with a cursed grump haunting her backyard. To break the curse, they’ll need to work together to track down Bennet’s sister, dodge family drama (both Djinn and human), and maybe, just maybe, figure out why their connection feels less like a curse and more like fate.
Bewitched by the Djinn is a standalone book of the highly-addictive paranormal romance series, The Bewitching Hour. If you’re thirsting for magic and mayhem, spicy slow burn, and witty banter, then you’ll be ensnared by this quirky, sexy, and super fun series. Perfect for fans of Wednesday Addams, Bewitched, and Practical Magic.
Mary Frame writes romantic comedies with quirky characters, steamy moments, and banter that will make you blush and snort-laugh at the same time. She’s a full time mom with a full time job and has no idea how she manages to write novels, but it probably helps that she's a dedicated introvert. She doesn't enjoy writing about herself in third person, but she does enjoy reading, writing, dancing, and damaging the ear drums of her co-workers when she randomly decides to sing to them.
She LOVES hearing from readers and will not only respond but likely begin stalking them while tossing out hearts and flowers and rainbows! If that doesn't creep you out, e-mail her at: maryframeauthor@gmail.com
A witch who specializes in finding objects, Cassie’s spent the last three plus years of her life since her parents’ disappearance as guardian for her younger brother and sister, helped greatly by her aging widowed aunt. When she finds an antique oil lamp while acquiring a separate piece for a client, she’s compelled to have it for herself. On returning home and examining the lamp, she frees a living, breathing Djinn from another dimension from its confines.
Far from being a wish-granting genie, Bennet is desperate to find his missing sister, who other than his uncle is his last living relative. He’s immediately drawn to the lovely human who freed him from the lamp.
When it becomes apparent there are deceptions and dangerous machinations afoot, Cassie and Bennet must travel between realms to uncover the truth, all the while trying to determine what their connection means to them.
I am a huge fan of Mary Frame, so it was a must for me to request this ARC, and I’m so grateful I received a copy. Cassie is a strong, competent woman who chose to prioritize the care and keeping of her younger siblings over her own further education and career. Bennet is a terrific foil for her, supportive, loving, and perfectly capable of protecting Cassie and her family. The steamy bits were wonderful, and the mystery/intrigue was well done.
I was furnished an advance reader copy from the author, and I’m sharing my honest review.
Light, very sweet PNR read. It wasn’t bad but there was a lot of telling verses showing and info dumpy conversations because there is just so much to cover. There is actually a ton of story here—multiple magical species, multiple worlds, a lot of side characters, missing people, a sick sister, a magical connection, etc etc—and it’s a short book. I think it would have worked better for me as a longer story maybe? Idk. I’ve read a lot of Mary Frames books before and have liked them. This just struggled to hold my attention.
While this was a well-written addition to the The Bewitching Hour series, it didn’t fully hold my interest.
Neither the main characters nor the plot managed to keep my attention long enough for me to feel truly invested. It was enjoyable in parts, and I did like reading it, but I often felt disengaged and somewhat detached - more like I was simply moving through the words rather than being absorbed by the story.
I never felt that strong pull to pick it back up, and as a result, it took me several days longer to finish than it probably should have.
This was a cosy paranormal romance, with curses, accidental bonds and lots of mystery. The witty dialogue was fun, the characters were entertaining, and I enjoyed the plot and seeing the drama and destiny unfold. Cassie and Bennet were so sweet together, I loved their steamy interactions, and all the mischief from Richard.
This was another great addition to The Bewitching Hour collection. I was quickly pulled into Cassie's story and even though there was some pretty heavy subjects, they were written in a way that still allowed the overall feeling of the book to be light. The relationship developed very quickly, but I felt like it worked under the circumstances.
What is better than a Mary Frame book? A paranormal Mary Frame book!!!! Why did it take her so long to go into the genre? Her witty dialogue and well rounded characters completely fit in this field. Cassie and Bennet are relationship goals and they just fit together so well. As always, there is humor and genuine relationships that keep you smiling as you read. I really hope this is not the last paranormal book that Mary Frame writes because she is a natural!
Oh I liked this one, a lot! It had everything I could wish for in a read. It was awesome to dive right in, immediately giving me a "taste" of who Carrie is and expanding her character throughout the book. And what a likeable character she is! Her life is no bed of roses, it's more a bed of thorns. Since her parents suddenly disappeared 3 years prior, she looks after her brother and sister, a very ill sister, in the family home. The home that challenges every resource she has, financially. Added to that, her brother is only 11, her sister needs expensive medical care, so, yeah thorny, thorny existence. And then there's Mimi, her aunt, who's a no nonsense, say it as it is person and an ultra cool character.
Her only means of financial gain is through her job, which brings her to an antique shop. Most people who browse around an antique shop find some items more interesting than others but, when Cassie enters Ernie's antique store, an innocuous Victorian lamp demands her attention. She's a witch, her talent is finding items and THAT was not why she's in the shop, nope, she's there to retrieve a music box but hey, sometimes you can't fight the urge... so Cassie exits the shop, music box and lamp in toe. And that's where her life literally goes whacky! Cassie is far from impulsive, she barely can keep her head above water, but the compulsion was too strong to resist. But... once home...the lamp is hard to ignore and boy she nearly jumped out of her skin when this... person...emerges.
This is not her only shock, she gets one after the other. The most, ummm, compelling, is the effect this person, Bennet has on her, which just accelerates the more time they spend together. "One touch of his hand and a charged look and suddenly my brain cells run off and I can only speak in caveman sentences." From here, things get even more"interesting" and bound by a curse has a whole new dimension to it! A very cool, spicy, yummy dimension... but, with a missing sister, with fighting off shadow beings, with a huge betrayal, it feels like the weight of the world is just compounding on Carrie's shoulders. Then BOOM, an unexpected encounter in another realm nearly blows her mind! And a battle of the extreme is imminent, heart in throat battle too! Good golly did I enjoy Bennet! What a sweetheart! I loved how the author gave him strength of character, because, believe he, he rolls in moral fibre! And gosh do I love that he's so considerate and tender, even when he's out of his depth.
The entire mystery surrounding, well, everyone, was superbly crafted, from Carrie's missing parents, Bennet's missing sister, the curse, the tethering, fitting in like pieces of a puzzle. Awesome character representation, and supporting cast, like Richard (who's a hoot!) and Helen, who's tough as nails but a gentle soul. Action, drama, smexy spice, lightness, humour, fated mates and a gorgeous unlike romance is what you can expect to receive from this book. The twist on vampires and djinn is excellent, it's great to see a different take on these 2 beings and the undertone of humour is so well inserted, I catch a giggle when I least expect to. Beautiful HEA, one that made my heart sing! Beautiful read!
One of my favorite things about collaborative series is the ability to read authors I know and love and meeting new authors. Mary Frame is a new-to-me author that I am so happy to have discovered. Bewitched by the Djinn is her book in The Bewitching Hour series. It didn’t take long for me to know that I would love her writing and her story telling abilities. The world she has created within this book is beautiful and I became immersed. Her pacing is perfect, her characters layered, and the romance pulls you in.
Cassie is our witchy FMC who specializes in finding lost items. Since her parent’s disappearance she has been the caregiver for her younger siblings. Due to her abilities in procuring hard to find items, she is hired by people to locate items that they are unable to find themselves; antiques, artwork, etc. One of her searches leads her to find a lamp that she feels compelled to keep for herself. She is shocked to find a living, breathing djinn in the lamp while she’s cleaning it.
Bennet is searching for his sister, who ran away, and is desperate to find her. Having been trapped in the lamp for some time, he is happy to be out. However, he finds himself drawn to the human who freed him and is happy when she agrees to help him. As these two spend more time together, their connection begins to feel not accidental, but deeper and more than either can describe. Their entire dynamic throughout the book is charged and I couldn’t wait see what came of their pull towards each other.
Mary wrote an excellent book, that while offered magic, mystery, and curses; it was still easy to get into and provided a cozy feel. I will definitely be adding more of Mary’s books to my TBR. As this story progressed, I was excited to see where our MCs would end up next. A very well written story, complete with easy to love characters, and a storyline that I couldn’t put down.
As always, review any author notes before reading.
What to Expect: 🪔Cozy Romantasy 🩶Fated Mates 🪔Unavoidable Proximity 🩶One Cabin/One Bed 🪔Sassy FMC 🩶Cinnamon Roll MMC 🪔Playful Banter 🩶Strong Family Love 🪔Curse and Magical Bonds
5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mid-spice 🌶️🌶️ A fast paced Aladdin vibes paranormal romantasy with fated mates and hilarious side characters. There are unexpected twists and turns that keep you turning the page. I found the magic system to be intriguing and different than other stories. Cassie the FMC has magic that helps her search for missing objects and is drawn to a lamp on her quest for another mission. Lo and behold she rubs the lamp and 💥💥💥you meet the MMC Bennett. Bennett is a swoon-worthy prince djiinn from another realm that has been trapped in the lamp by his sister while on his quest to find to return her to their kingdom for her pre-ordained marriage. Cassie and Bennett strongly form an intense instant interwoven connection with their magic and are unable to be away from each other or use their magic without the other. I love their conversations and banter. Plus Bennett getting to learn about technology and dating from Love Island was comical. They travel through New Orleans and meet the wonderful flamboyant Richard who is a witch that will help you for a price. Richard is one of my favorite characters and has you laughing based on his description at one point (“With the dramatic blue eyeshadow dusted across his lids and the swipe of his glossy red lipstick, he’s like a flamboyant, wizardy Papa Smurf.”) Cassie and Bennett then have an encounter and interact with a vampire (who gets high like a cat in catnip from their magic) and some swamp witches who lead them to a cabin for the night with only one bed 😏
As time goes on the bond grows stronger but Cassie worries about giving in because Bennett is from a completely different world and she can’t leave her family so what is a girl to do? There is a HEA and the author does a wonderful job answering all the problematic points summing up the story
I really enjoyed the book and found it to be wonderful edition to the Bewitching hour series.

Sometimes you stumble upon a book that ends up being exactly what your soul needed, and you end up loving every moment of it with all your heart ! This was that book for me !!

This cozy, delightful, light hearted, low stakes romantasy was an absolute 5 ⭐ for me ! The world building and the plot were very easy to follow and fall in love with 🥰 And I absolutely enjoyed the author's unique take on the magical species.
The FMC was my absolute favourite character in this book. Shes a witty, sassy, caring older sister to her 2 siblings and totally uses sarcasm as a defence mechanism (My kinda girl!)
The MMC is a Djinn from another dimension who was cμrsed in a lamp by his sister no less! And he suddenly finds himself infront of our favourite FMC who's now wielding a STICK (it's a baseball bat , but obv he doesn't know that 😏) against him ! How can he NOT fall in love 😈
So yes anyways, the story is ✨ BEWITCHING✨!!! You'll definitely fall in love 🥹 I know I did! 🙂↕️

🔮 Bewitched by the Djinn by Mary Frame 🔮
Again I was lucky enough to receive another ARC from the Bewitching Hour series, this time it was Bewitched by the Djinn by Mary Frame. If you love witchy/spooky cozy meet cute kind of vibes books then this is definitely for you.
“Because I want you to be able to feel me,” he says, voice hoarse. “Always.”
I have not read anything from Mary before so I was going into this book with an open mind and I absolutely loved it. Just being set in New Orleans I knew this was going to be good, I have always wanted to go there as most of my favourite books/shows are set there, but also the other world was intriguing. I really enjoyed the world and character building, definitely would read an entire series set in this world!
“I think it’s more than that. It’s us. You and me.”
Cassie was instantly a hit with me, I loved her sassy banter and the way she protected and cared for her family. Bennett has quickly become one of my newest favourite book boyfriends as well. I loved seeing both his vulnerable softer side but also seeing his badass magic warrior side. I also loved the side characters, the old married couple had me chuckling to myself and Richard was fabulous!
“You’re an idiot.”“Your idiot.”
I felt the pace of this book was just right, the character development was spot on and plot twists were well placed. I really enjoyed this book and definitely would recommend it!!
This is out today!!
🔮 He falls first 🔮 Fated mates 🔮 Witches/Djinn 🔮 He's a virgin!
I received and eARC from the author, thank you. My review is voluntary.
**
Bewitched by the Djinn gave me Aladdin vibes mixed with the red string of fate -trope. It was a fun, easy read and the story was nice and flowed well.
My heart immediately went out to Cassie. Juggling not only her magic, her job not paying enough, the mounting bills and her two younger siblings (and one of them is heavily sick), but both her parents have gone missing. So when she finds an ancient lamp and Bennet inside it, can she take one more thing on her plate? And can they reserve the curse tying them together?
Despite the heavy subjects we touch upon in the book, it actually felt light and easy. Yes, Cassie and her family have fallen to hard times but she still makes Bennet her priority and helps him out. And Bennet, despite being a prince of another realm, is surprisingly helpful and wants the best of Cassie.
I like that we got to see the New Orleans setting as well as Bennet’s home world. And the NOLA setting with its paranormal roots was a perfect place to start hunting for ghosts and vampires and swamp witches. I also really enjoyed the twist in vampirism in this book, it was such a fun addition!
The romance is fast, bordering on insta-love, but for these two lovebirds it works really well. And the forced proximity helps a lot which I loved. The two main characters fit each other well and I enjoyed seeing them fall in love and come to appreciate one another.
Oh my goodness this book is an absolute treat, it is a cozy, enchanting fantasy that’s perfect for curling up with during the spooky season. From the very first page, this story had me hooked, and all I wanted to do was dive in head first and never come out of this world.
The world-building is truly fantastic, it is rich, imaginative, and full of delightful details that really made this book come alive. It’s the kind of universe I want to step into and explore, it is full of enchanted corners and curious people and creature. I can tell that Mary has clearly poured love into crafting a setting that feels both comforting and full of wonder.
Cassie is my absolute favorite character. She’s funny, strong-willed, and completely lovable and funny and then when you throw in Bennet into the mix, they are unstoppable. Their relationship unfolds beautifully, with witty banter and genuine chemistry that makes me kick my feet and just want them to be happy forever!
This book (and the entire Bewitched series) is the perfect cozy fantasy to enjoy during the spooky season with a mix of magic, humor, and romance that left me smiling long after the story ended. If you love charming reads with magical worlds and a dash of spice, Bewitched by the Djinn will absolutely cast a spell on you just like it did to me. ✨💜
I don't typically read paranormal romance, but I'm a fan of Mary Frame and her smart narration really elevated this swoony story of insta-love between a down-on-her-luck young woman trying to make ends meet for her family and a handsome royal djinn. It's fast-paced and fun, and the world-building that's interesting without being overly involved.
The story begins in a rough place, with protagonist Cassie using her magic to scrabble for a living. Since her parents' disappearance, she's trying to care for her sick sister, give her brother a childhood, and keep a roof over her family's head, and she's had to give up on having a life of her own. But things look up pretty quickly when she feels called to a mysterious lamp, out of which materializes a mysterious (and very attractive) djinn. The book shifts effortlessly from Cassie's family drama to her increasingly steamy (and delightfully tropey) interaction with the djinn as they work to unravel the cursed bond between them, before landing on a series of encounters with magical creatures that require them to draw on their individual - and, ultimately, combined - powers.
[I received a complimentary ARC from the author. Opinions are my own.]
A magic lamp, a cursed bond and a missing sister - it’s all you could ever wish for in Bewitched By The Djinn.
When an old lamp draws Cassie’s attention, she must have it. She does not expect it to release a djinn into her office. Bennet, a prince of his realm, was trapped in the lamp by his sister. Freed from his prison, he leaves to resume his search for her.
Except there’s a problem. The magic that bound him to the lamp has now bound him to Cassie. If they are too far away from each other, it causes them both great pain. If they stay close to each other…well, let’s just say the bond approves of that.
With missing parents, a sick sister and countless bills to pay, Cassie can’t just drop everything to follow an incredibly attractive djinn around New Orleans…can she?
I thoroughly enjoyed this story and its characters. I loved the idea of bringing djinn into a modern world. This combined a whole lot of tropes very nicely - only one bed, fated mates and scheming uncle to name a few. It’s probably a medium burn open door romance. The book touches on parental death/absence and illness of a child.
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it definitely will not be the last. Highly recommended for fans of PNR.
A thrilling addition to The Bewitching Hour collection 🌙🕰️.
This fast-paced paranormal romance brims with magic 🪄, unexpected twists 🔄, and exhilarating adventure. Though it’s a shorter read, it still delivers rich world-building, compelling characters , and a unique magical system ✨. It’s a story filled with mystery 🕵️♀️, unforgettable side characters 🎭, a spark of insta-lust 🔥, and plenty of heart 💓—I couldn’t put it down 📖.
Cassie’s emotional journey is powerful 💪 and Bennet brings much-needed light and love into her world 🌞. Their magical bond—and the pain of being apart—adds real emotional depth 💫, making you root for them even more 🫶. They just fit 🧩. I especially enjoyed the development of their relationship—the banter 😂, the slow burn romance, and their undeniable chemistry ⚡️.
Don’t miss this one—add it to your spooky TBR now 🎃📚 Highly recommend! 🙌👻
Thank you to Mary Frame for the eARC! All opinions are my own.
Bewitched by the Djinn was cute. It's set in New Orleans and a magical world, and there are a -ton- of fun side characters. I want more stories about Richard, and Helen & Dolores, and the swamp witches. Give me more of this magical realm with the different factions of Djinn.
Bennett and Cas are adorable together and have decent chemistry. It *is* fated mates, but done well, without one character pressuring the other. I appreciate that while it's fated, it also involves choice. I'd love to see more exploration of Aetheria.
The first 2/3 was a really quick read, though I did feel like there was a bit too much going on, between Cas's family troubles and Bennett's. The final 1/3 seemed a bit rushed AND bogged down with revelations, maybe this could have been extended out into a duology to give everything more space?
I received this ARC for free, and all opinions are my own. Thank you to the author for providing a copy! I still had a fun time reading, and definitely think people who enjoy fated mates romances should give it a try.
Bewitched by the Djinn is such a cute and cozy paranormal romance that was a delight to read.
Cassie and Bennet are both incredibly sweet and likable characters. Their chemistry has that fun, gentle spark that makes you smile as you flip the pages.
The magical backdrop of New Orleans adds so much charm, and the quirky, oddball cast of side characters really bring the story to life. Every interaction feels playful and engaging, making the whole book feel like a whimsical little adventure.
This whole story just felt like it raced off ahead of me. Everything happened so quickly that I didn’t get a change to really absorb all the interesting locations and relationships didn’t get a chance to develop and be explored thoroughly enough for my liking.
It’s light, entertaining, and just the kind of story to curl up with when you want something fun and feel-good.
What To Expect: - paranormal romance - cursed bonds - witch x djinn - dual realm and dual pov - forced proximity
okay first and foremost i am going to say that the vibes in this book reminded me so much aladdin and i was so here for it.
i really like both cassie and bennet's characters. they both had a lot of depth and cassie was just very relatable. she goes through so much and sweet bennet is always there to help her and lift up her spirits.
its a very short and quick read with a lot of world building that was just really neat. and for it being a quick read i was kind of surprised with how much was packed into it and i didnt get lost or anything. which is always a great thing 😅. i definitely recommend giving this a read!
thank you so much mary frame for giving me the opportunity to read and review this arc 🫶🏼
This was a fun paranormal read. I like how the world building for the difference between New Orleans and Aetheria (Bennet’s home) was done and showed how they prioritized different things affects the magic. I loved Cassie’s character and how her she tries to handle everything that’s going on in her family and the home that needs a lot of repairs. I find her magic fascinating and you get a sense of it in the beginning when the lamp Bennet is in react in a way she never had it do before. Her internal monologue and her banter with Bennet made me laugh. Their forced proximity to each other due to a curse made their interactions more hilarious at times. But every time Cassie has to interactions with Richard is my favorite because that man has some sass and liked to get into other people’s business.
I wasn’t ready for how much I would fall so head over heels for these characters ! This is my first Mary frame book and damn was I missing out! I was hooked from the beginning. This book was amazing witty banter that will make you laugh so hard your side hurts and an even better story line that will leave you wanting so much more! Cassie and Bennet have a great relationship and they just fit together really well. Omg I’d love to gush over this book but I’d probably just spoil it because it’s so good so I’ll just leave it here! But I’ll be looking for more by Mary Frame and I can’t wait to see if she’s going be writing more paranormal romances!
This book was a fast paced fun read. Bennet and Cassie's story is an adventure with twists, secrets and betrayals. I just loved the beginning when the lamp kept calling her name and she was thinking mine what a fun way to start the story. Cassie has a lot of people relying on her and she does the best she can to take care of her siblings. Bennet is a royal Djinn looking for his sister. The story pulled me and the connection/ bond these two formed was fun to read. They had a great connection and the adventure they went on to find his sister kept you guessing. I never saw the twists coming and there were many. The side characters brought great growth to the story. Another great read from the Bewitching Hour series. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.
Cassie is just trying to keep her family afloat after her parents disappear. She uses her magic to find things for people. This time, she brings home an extra item, a lamp, and it has more than she bargained for. Bennett has come to this world in search of his sister. He ends getting cursed and bound to a mortal. Fate has a crazy way of turning your life around. This was so much fun! This is another book in The Bewitching Hour series. The chemistry and banter between the two MCs had me kicking my feet and laughing. The adventures they got to take were so fun and mysterious. He may not be a genie, but we'll take a hot, magical prince too!
This book is such a fun mix of magic, mystery, and heart. Cassie, a witch caring for her siblings, stumbles across a lamp that releases Bennet, a trapped Djinn with his own mission. The two are magically bound together and forced to work as a team, leading to plenty of tension, banter, and slow-burn connection.
This book is as much about magic as it is about opening one’s heart—learning that strength isn’t just in independence but in allowing others in. Fans of witchy adventures, witty banter, and reluctant partnerships that blossom into something deeper will find themselves thoroughly enchanted.
Magical mishaps, binding curses, and adventures into new realms.
At the beginning the meet cute was very fun, but I also just felt a little disconnected from Bennet and his issues. Cassie was such a grump, and I loved her for it honestly because havent we all been beaten down by life at some point? The story really kicked up for me once they found Helen, and finding out a bit more about Bennet and his motivations really helped me to care for him.
This book had so many exciting adventures in it. It really felt like a whole fantasy novel wrapped up in a cozy autumnal romance. I got this as an ARC and really loved it.
I received an advance reader copy in exchange for an honest review.
Cassie's pulled towards a lamp and a djinn names Bennet from a different realm pops out of it. The result an unbreakable bond that cause either one of them pain to be apart from each other. With a missing sister to find and trails through the French Quarter, the two main characters must navigate to break their bond without falling for each other along the way.
This book was adorable, refreshing, light and airy, and lots of spice. All the vibes that traditionally do not pair well with trying to find 3 missing persons and break a bond you didn't ask for all while walking through New Orleans. I enjoyed it!
Witch x Djinn Cursed & Bonded Dual Realms Dual POV & HEA French Quarter New Orleans
This is a modern romantasy with Cassie and Bennet as the main characters. She is the oldest of three siblings and is working hard to take care of her younger sister and brother. Her parents have mysteriously gone missing and Cassie is busy looking after her family with the help of great-aunt Mimi. Bennet is a Djinn from a different realm who is looking for his missing sister.
How Cassie and Bennet meet and form a powerful connection is what makes the story engrossing. The main characters show a lot of growth and the book is very well-written and detailed.
I like how strong Cassie is, even though she doesn't see herself that way. She struggles on, bent under the burden of resposability, the struggle to make ens meet and the weight of grief - for missing her parents, for her ailing sister, for the loss of her life's dreams - but she never waverd in her determination to plod on.
Is it ok to help fate? I'm intrigued by Edward's role in the plot, and I like the writing, the fast pace, the diversity of the topics and the satisfying end. Like always, well done Mary Frame!
What another fun installment in the Bewitching Hour series! I had the best time reading this ARC. It gave Alladin and Kate and Leopold vibes with a paranormal twist. The New Orleans setting with magical beings make it the perfect spooky season read. I loved how the relationship between Cassie and Bennet develops...forced proximity and witty banter...who could ask for more? Expect a story with forced proximity, curses and crazy bonds, dual POV with a HEA, mystery and lots of fun!
