"Watching you enjoying yourself so much really gives me life."
This manga was perfect for post-sickness when I felt so much better, but equally felt discouraged by the lack of energy I had because the amount of new expressions Himuro made my day!!
My heart feels so light from the amount of joy these characters gave me, and for the amount of laughter, too! The new character was a lot of fun, and I love how Himuro was the one center of it all because I wasn't expecting that! LOL!
I also loved seeing Fuyutsuki "struggle" in the sense of wanting to convey her feelings and how much she likes Himuro! Maybe that sounds bad to say, but seeing her really wrestle with herself made her words all the more powerful and touching when she DID say them! Then with the bonus story to add to it all?! Talk about the perfect cherry on top!
One thing I've noticed that I've really enjoyed about these past few volumes is how prevalent Himuro's sister is! She's such a fun character and have always enjoyed her on page, but there is something special seeing siblings together and having fun even as adults. I feel that's pretty rare in my reading experience, so I've loved that she has continued to pop up and that she and Himuro "argue" over who gets to have time with Fuyutsuki!
Definitely the perfect pick-me-up and a series I continue to deeply love and enjoy!

Overall a fun volume. I thought the new character was funny, though I don’t like that Himuro was portrayed as being super jealous again. It makes him feel overly possessive, which doesn’t read well with me.
The sister’s chapter was the weakest, mostly because it ended up sending kind of an unfortunate message about conforming to the expectations of others.
I enjoyed the chapters that were more focused on building connections.
As always, extra super cute art.

Petit moment de détente doux et sucré comme à chaque fois qu’on retrouve notre petit couple de collègue avec son descendant de la femme des neiges.
On prend les mêmes et on recommence. C’est simple, frais, léger et bon enfant. Les volumes sont grands et chers pour le peu de pages, mais qu’importe, la détente feel good est là et l’histoire continue d’avancer à petits pas.
Dans ce tome, Himuro est confronté de pleine face aux affres de la jalousie quand un ami de Fuyutsuki revient des Etats-Unis et se comporte de manière très tactile, en bon descendant de Succube qu’il est ! L’autrice a vraiment l’art et la manière de jouer ainsi dans son oeuvre en utilisant les clichés des mythologies du monde entier pour bâtir ses personnages venant secouer ses héros et les confronter à leurs émotions. C’est d’un drôle !
En plus, ici, un arbre peut cacher une forêt et ce n’est peut-être pas tant la jalousie de Himuro, qui s’exprime de manière toujours aussi glaçante et amusante à cause de son pouvoir, qu’une petite surprise rigolote qui nous attend au final avec l’arrivée de ce nouveau personnage. Et tant mieux, car cela permet aussi à la relation des héros de continuer à avancer, même si c’est à leur rythme super lent.
On se retrouve ainsi à les suivre à nouveau lors de leurs rendez-vous et nous avons droit en cadeau à la première déclaration de Fuyutsuki ou encore à leur première photo à deux, des étapes importantes pour leur couple, réalisées de manière saugrenues et inattendues comme on aime dans cette série avant tout humoristique. C’est bien joué !
J’en oublie un peu les autres, mais ils tiennent vraiment la chandelle ici, même s’ils offrent un joli arrière plan, souvent amusant pour mieux les mettre en relief. Et à part la petite soeur de Himuro qui a droit à son chapitre, les autres ne brillent pas vraiment pas leur présence.
Série certes anecdotique mais amusante et relaxante. Elle amuse par sa mise en scène du développement d’une relation entre deux collègues de travail maladroits et novices en amour. Les twists des pouvoirs de Himuro sont toujours aussi savoureux et le voir expérimenter jalousie, triangle amoureux, attente de déclaration et tentative de photo à 2 était amusant comme tout cette fois. Et ce, malgré le prix abusé de cet achat…

I picked this up to continue in this series.
"The Ice Guy and the Cool Girl, Vol. 10" continues to follow Himuro and Fuyutsuki. Himuro and Fuyutsuki are now a happy couple, at least Himuro thought so before he saw Fuyutsuki out shopping with another man. This man turns out to be a coworker of Fuyutsuki's from overseas. Himuro is having a difficult time tampering his jealousy of this new character in Fuyutsuki's life.
This was one of my least favorite volumes in the series. I have been waiting for this slow burn romance to finally develop, and just when I was finally enjoying Himuro and Fuyutsuki together, there is a new character introduced to cause unnecessary tension. Just let Fuyutsuki and Himuro be happily in love. Additionally, I think it is way too early in their relationship for Himuro, a grown man, to be feeling this jealous.
I feel like everything about this volume felt forgettable to me. As much as I am enjoying this series, I am not super invested in the story at the moment.

Mi era mancata la botta di serotonina che regala questa serie 🤩 peraltro, viste le temperature attuali, sarebbe bello avere per amico un discendente di una donna delle nevi 😂
La relazione tra Himuro e Fuyutsuki procede tranquilla - siccome sono due persone abbastanza introverse, non sono propriamente disinvolti quando si tratta di dichiarare apertamente i propri sentimenti. O di chiamarsi per nome. O di tenersi per mano in pubblico. Però, alla fine della fiera, non c'è nessuna fretta, quindi sarà interessante vedere lo sviluppo di questa relazione. Quel che è certo, è che mi fanno entrambi molta tenerezza - sempre un po' impacciati, ma anche tenerissimi.
Comunque sia, alla banda di amici e colleghi si è unito un nuovo elemento, il discendente di una succuba, bravissimo ad affascinare tutti senza sforzo. Tutti tranne Himuro. Vedremo se ci saranno delle novità nel prossimo volume (anche se non ho idea di quando uscirà 😭).

Trovo che la copertina sia magnifica, le tavole sono dettagliate, curate e la prima pagina a colori mi fa battere il cuore. Ambrose il nuovo collega è un discendente di una succuba, molto affascinante, espansivo e vediamo uscire fuori il lato geloso di Himuro nei confronti di Mio. Ambrose vuole provarci Himuro e l’ho trovato divertente, ma mi ha piacevolmente sorpresa il fatto che Mio abbia detto che non può perché è suo. Mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che anche i personaggi secondari vengono comunque inquadrati così da renderli partecipi. L’amore tra Himuro e Mio è spettacolare e toccante non vedo l’ora di continuarlo.

-Himuro getting so nervous when Fuyutsuki leans in during their first couple picture that he makes it snow?!? ❄️🥰.
-Saejima tells Komori "I love you" for the first time 🥹❤️.
This is cuteness overload. Do I still skim Himuro's sister's chapters? Yes. Don't judge. Everything else about this series is my raspberry jam... gotta watch the anime now.

Fue un buen tomo, sinceramente me gustó mucho como fue que pasó todo, fue tan lindo verlo. No podría esperar a verlo en la próxima temporada del anime (si es que llega a suceder). Pasan grandes cosas en las subtramas. El apartado visual es fascinante, por el hecho de la nieve.
Quiero pensar que este no es el final, porqué ya investigué y si la autora ya publicó el tomo siguiente, pero ¿cuánto tendremos que esperar por el siguiente tomo? Aún así, esperaré. Muy bien.

It's not like Himuro has a snow emoji in every chapter that expresses his emotions. The appearance of the new character, Sakuba, makes the story even more exciting and full of plot twists. Fuyutsuki's mission to express her feelings ultimately meets the reader's expectations. I also like Otonashi's interaction with Yukimin, which boosts Yukimi's confidence in creating YouTube content. The final chapter of this volume is also adorable.

We get all kinds of third wheeling in this. I love that while this book is about the evolving relationship between Himuro and Fuyutsuki, we also get to see glimpses of other characters lives that just feeds in to the story and does not detract from it. Like the way Yukimin is feeling about her work and other stuff. I am sad that I have come to an end of the volumes that are out right now. I want more of this story. So I will console myself by watching the anime.

This series has some of the most beautiful artwork I have seen in manga and I’ve read a lot of manga so I don’t say that lightly. Himuro and Fuyutsuki are such an adorable couple and as characters they are also adorable. I actually liked the inclusion of Sakuba as it went in a direction I didn’t think it would. I actually have no complaints about this volume. Easy 5 stars.

I know there's no spice to this series, but it's so pure that the simplest things and conversations feel scandalous! Like omg no way I just blushed over them getting jealous over each other! Still love how cute these two are and how straight forward they are with each other no matter how akward it may seem. Definetly excited for volume 11 already.

Ma quanto sono teneri Mio e Yukiya?
Questo volume è stato proprio all'insegna dell'amore e della tenerezza: questi due si amano e ogni passo che fanno l'una verso l'altro è importante! Specialmente Mio, fa una cosa che proprio non mi aspettavo!
Non vedo l'ora di leggere il prossimo anche se si dovrà aspettare parecchio per la traduzione.

J'ai adoré ce tome. Il est à la fois drôle et mignon. Je n'ai pas arrêté de rire et de glousser. Je crois que c'est l'un de mes tomes préférés. L'attente entre chaque tome est dure mais toujours récompensée par un bon tome. Il me tarde d'avoir la suite entre les mains.
