A detailed story that contained some important takeaways for nvidia’s way(Jenson’s way):
- be prepared and understand basic and methodology of technology and so can have better intuition and understanding for market trend.
- direct
- don’t look at past, focus on the present for better future
- whiteboard presentation
- 5 key things
- transparency
- quick response to email/question
- good negotiator
- work very hard
- think what customers want but not what you wanna say or show
- when presenting outcomes, be simple and share what audience feel interested (audience will ask when they need)
- perfection
- resilient
- define the pricing(higher) but not by market demand/supply rule
- create market but not competing market share

Jensen’s mgt philosophy
- only invited stakeholders to join meeting, saving time
- too talent and cooperation, spending necessary money and resources but not cost down thinking
- best talent
- criticism is gift and timely feedback can help people grow
- don’t worry about the points, focus on the playing performance
- floor sweeping and ship the whole cow, Caring for details
- active discussion (even they are arguments) create best idea
- ask self: how hard it can be!!?
- honest to face the failure and learn from it
- be careful about what indicators you are tracking
- ask: is this the worldwide best ?
