The Heart Knows What it Wants -
Chloe’s plan was to use the time as a nanny to rethink her life and career so far, but her fate involved a new trajectory in her life. Brody’s life has only revolved around his son and the ranch since he lost his wife, but something stirred within him ever since Chloe arrived and brought joy into his home. Brody tried resisting the changes that were happening around him, but his attraction for her increased the more time they spent together.

Unfortunately, obstacles were placed in Brody and Chloe’s journey to happiness, which nearly cost them a chance at a happy future, but he realised his true feelings in time and did everything possible to convince her they belonged together living on the ranch. This was an enjoyable and well written contemporary romance story, with interesting and engaging characters, a bit of drama and a fun filled plot, that will keep you entertained for a few hours.

Grumpy Billionaire Rancher is the heartwarming story of a city girl taking on a nanny position in order to give herself a break away to decide what is next for her. She goes to a small town to become a nanny for a six year old wild boy named Brody. He is the only child of Max and Maggie. When Max lost Maggie he was left trying to care for the ranch that has been in his family for generations and his son. He is a man that is quite but will help everyone around. He does not want to ask for help but he hires Chloe to watch Brody. She also helps with meals and Brody is crazy over her. Max has built walls around his heart after losing Maggie, but having Chloe around and hearing her and Brody laughing has brought something back to the ranch that makes it feel more like home. Can Max not see that Chloe is what both he and Brody need to come back to enjoying life instead of just existing?

She connects with her young ward right from the beginning and being on a ranch opens up new possibilities for her as she connects with Max and Brody. When a job possibility opens up in the city will she leave behind the budding relationship with Max. This heartfelt story grabs you by your emotions and have you all caught up in Max and Chloe as they rediscover love and navigate their path to finding happiness.

A beautiful story of overcoming loss, grief belonging and learning to trust again, not just yourself but others.
Max is hot, and loves his son Brody more then life, in a talks Chloe the new nanny. Who is escaping her life in the city. Have to read and see how letting someone in can create a beautiful life. Brody is a favorite, who doesn't love kids and their honesty. He sees what Max and Chloe doesn't see or refusing to see.

an emotional read i enjoyed this book a cowboy named max with a son named brody hired chloe to be the nanny she came into there lives all through the book there was up an downs but there was enough love to be shared she had to leave or will she stay an be in there lives forever.

Big dillema's about should i love again,but i'm afraid to lose again.
An on the other part should i take my dream job,but then i lose all this.
