This is was a great cook book for alternative healthier meals. The directions were thorough each meal catered to fit dietary needs. There a few recipes with nuts but plenty of others meal options if you're allergic. There even some desserts to go with the meals. Highly recommend this if you're looking for some tasty meals that are high protein and super healthy.
