Mia Hayes’ debut with Stone Prayers is about family, forgiveness, being open to new experiences and friendships, and that sometimes the grass truly isn’t greener! It was so beautifully descriptive, I could see the Rif with each word she used. You can feel her love for that area and culture so clearly through her writing.
