Suzy is a snowflake princess who starts to notice that she looks different than those around her and this worries Suzy. When one of her friends sees Suzy praying to God he becomes curious. Suzy shows him how to pray so he can talk to God. Both friends realize that all of us are unique just as God intends.
I was born in California to a military family. This meant that I was the "new kid" in school every couple of years. It was hard always trying to make new friends, but I discovered I had a knack for writing. I began writing poetry in high school and really enjoyed expressing myself by using pen and paper. After becoming a Mom in 2003, I continued my storytelling to my own children. In 2009 I wrote and published my first children's book aimed at toddlers. In 2012 I am set to release several more children's books. Check out what I'm working on by visiting my children's book blog.
I also write a blog about living on a gluten-free diet. I love to cook so I share my recipe successes and failures as I continue living without gluten.
Writing is such a wonderful creative process and I look forward to sharing more of my stories with lots of new little readers!
What a stunning book. I loved the message and I can't wait to read it over and over again to my little girl when she gets a bit older. The illustrations are absolutely stunning. I am delighted to see that the author has 5 more books available. We will be checking them out.
Suzy Snowflake was an adorable children's book. It teaches about the importance of friendship. Even though two people are different, they can still be friends. The book also teaches about the importance of praying when you feel negative emotions. Although the part about praying was unexpected, I really enjoyed it. I thought it added something special to the book. It made the book even more memorable.
Suzy Snowflake by Angela Muse Illustrated very colorful children's book about winter and snow. Love snowflakes and how each one is different. Just the cover captivated my attention along with the penguin on the front. Suzy notices as it's winter and she's skating with others like her that she is different and prays to God. She also talks to Frost her friend and together they understand it's OK to be different. Other books from the author are shown at the end of this one
This is the most beautiful children's book. It is perfect. The art work is so dreamy and breathtaking. The story is inspirational for children of all ages.
