Vampires are real!

Michaela is kidnapped. The queen of New Orleans, Carissa needs a favour. Carissa is a vampire.

This is quite an intriguing instalment. But you should read it if you want to know more.
Yes, I'm encouraging you to read it.
All I'll say, is you won't be disappointed.

Enjoy!

I’m confused…

This was another really good installment into the series. I was confused about my own allegiances. The addition of the vampire threw me. I didn’t see that coming. I’m ALWAYS taken by vampires. They’re typically my favorite preternatural beings. And I read stories about them the most. I look for books about them the most. I’m biased toward them and wolves are a distant second.

I was confused because I am not sure why; but I wanted Michaela to be “more” with the vampire. I shouldn’t have because she shares children and a much deeper history with Lara and the pack. I know the vampire if she got her hooks into Michaela that would be it. The link between her and Lara would finally break. The thrall would probably win out. I would want Michaela to go to the vampire on her own not because of bloodlust. The call was strong. It wa almost stronger than their bond…almost.

In the last two books we have see women come after Michaela pretty strong. It makes me wonder what will happen in future books. Because as Michaela is, women are drawn to her emotionally and physically.

I see why Lara has to maintain and reclaim dominance over her fox continually.

Such great stories

I'm obsessed with the Madison Wolves series. I've read some of the authors other books and am so happy I stumbled upon these. All I want to do is read more about their adventures!

Disappointing addition to a good series

The story was alright but the thrall thing took an otherwise harass character and completely ruined her. Weird, dopey, overly submissive Michaela is not a fun character

I really did enjoy this book. The story was good and I got to see more of the character's I fell in love with in this series. I am thoroughly in love with the Madison Wolves books... that being said this was my least favorite. I felt I was missing the personalities of most of the prominent characters. I action in this was great. But it was just missing a little something that I felt were in the past books or if not that then maybe I was expecting a little more from the secondary characters that wasn't seen. But if you enjoy the series this is still a must read. Any if you haven't tried them yet... go read the first book!

Decent but disappointing

I adored the other Fox books. I enjoyed this one but it left a lot to be desired. The entire book seems rushed and the plot is only about a third of the book. The rest seems to be filler

Action packed

New players are introduced to the story.

The Madison wolves gets dragged into something dangerous, through a misunderstanding. Michaela can't help but want to help, and almost loose her life in the process.

On to the next book...

Not bad

This one was not as awesome as the previous books, but I won't stop here. On to the next book.
