Pretty generic.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a really quick read on speed reading and procrastination. I didn't find this book too helpful because it was pretty vague. It's possible that the advice it gave is not applicable to my life because I'm already reading at a fast level and not particularly a procrastinator.
