Kapil R. Sharma holds an M.A. and UGC NET in Journalism & Mass Communication from IIMC- Delhi, Post graduate degree in International Election Management from TISS, Mumbai. He currently serves as an election officer in Bihar. He has been publishing academic articles, short stories, and satirical pieces in various national newspapers and magazines on diverse topics. He is also engaged in screenwriting and songwriting for various production houses and government agencies for their publicity content.
