Quickie Review: If you are looking for an amazing, quick read series, based off OTT biker men who go feral over their women, this is the one I would absolutely recommend. And of course all of Davenport’s other reads as well. Wizard was so very precious in his endeavors to win the heart of Thea. He truly was the perfect book boyfriend/muse. Their story was fun and had me smiling the entire read. I utterly adored them as a couple. Now bring on the next book and quickly since I seem to always be in need of my Hounds of Hellfire fix. 5 Stars.

Great story

Too short for 14 pages of the same from the last book. it’s also a bit boring again.

It was okay. There was a lot of recapping from the first book though that spoilt it. I understand it’s showing how Wizard looked at Thea’s picture and knew she was the one. So why did we need to go through the whole undercover case to catch the con artists again? At 107 pages the first 14 pages are exactly the same as the last book. The author has just taken it from the last book and changed the name from Echo to Wizard. It’s too short to be skimming through it.

The other huge problem I had was didn’t believe that Thea who is a vir*in and really inexperienced with men, could write really hot s*x scenes, as she’s an author. I just didn’t believe that she could know how to write about it, when she’s never experienced it.

Wizard when he sees Thea’s picture falls madly in love with her, and pursues her. To be honest he stalks her at first. He finds out where she’s going to be and turns up there. I didn’t like that. Thea is very reluctant at first as a lot men think she’ll be easy, as she writes hot romances. I liked that Wizard had to pursue Thea, it seemed a wee bit more believable. When he realises that Thea has a stalker, he quickly moves her into the compound, and they’re soon having endless s*x. 🥱

There is a bit of danger, which was over way too quickly, and they’re soon madly in love.

It was okay. That’s about all I can say.

If you haven't read *Hounds of Hellfire*, book 4 yet, you're in for a treat with Wizard! He is seriously the best book boyfriend ever. Thea, the heroine, definitely scored big with him!

From the moment Wizard laid eyes on Thea's picture, he just knew she was the one for him. After diving into all her romance novels, he couldn't wait to inspire her for future love scenes. But first, he had to convince the shy and cautious Thea to go on a date with him. Given her past experiences with some not-so-great fans—including getting flowers from a mystery admirer—she hesitated and turned him down the first time.

However, after their first date, things take a turn when Wizard finds out about her stalker. His protective instincts kick in, and all he wants is to keep Thea safe. So, he whisks her away to the MC clubhouse, where she discovers the thrill of living out her romantic fantasies with the best book boyfriend imaginable!

This instalove story is such a fun read—fast-paced, engaging, and perfect for devouring in one sitting. I absolutely love how each story introduces new couples that we can't help but fall in love with, while still keeping us connected to the previous couples. One of the best things about this series is the way these guys fall for their women. While immersed in his work as the computer genius for the Hounds of Hellfire MC, helping Echo with a case, Wizard stumbles upon his forever love—Thea, a complication he never expected but quickly finds he can’t live without. Now, all that matters is protecting her from the stalker, whose relentless pursuit is a constant threat.

I find the Alpha behaviors and possessiveness of all the MC brothers in this club to be highly entertaining, particularly their single-minded focus on integrating themselves into their woman’s life, worshipping them in steamy scenes, and aiming solely to protect, procreate, and marry them.

Sooo good!

This is a quick, steamy read that is a perfect break from real life. I encourage you to read this series, and then return to this author’s catalog for more addictive and engaging reads!

Fiona Davenport knows how to write OTT possessive book boyfriends, and I’m here for it! Thea was a romance author who wrote steamy scenes with no experience. Baylor “Wizard” Chadwick knows everything about her before they even meet thanks to Violet and Echo’s case and being a hacker/computer genius. It’s love at first picture for him, and he sets up their meet cute and future dates from there. He knows she’s meant to be his and he doesn’t hesitate. There’s suspense, some danger, and a whole lot of perfect book boyfriend in real life for Thea. Wizard is so possessive and protective, but he’d do absolutely anything for her. I loved how genuinely into her books he was, and how he memorized each one, which really helped in times of danger. No cheating or OM/OW drama, virgin FMC, lite breeding kink, HEA and a couple epilogues in the future. I can’t wait to see how Ash convinces Nora to give him a chance. These men are feral for their woman and go all in when they meet them!

Wizard & Thea

It’s awesome to read the characters mentioned in previous books. Wizard is a genius, super intelligent, dominant but also patient (to an extent), alpha, tough, passionate, caring. Oh, yes… where can I find one like him? Another awesome book boyfriend. I’ve liked this series so far.
Yes, there are phrases that are overused and makes me skip them when I see them because they are in almost all of the books!! I wish this changed. Things like: he says: “I love her…” and she gasps and says: “you love me?” 🤦🏽‍♀️; “more than my next breath”. Things like that.

I like that Thea is a hard working successful girl. Not a naive one. I also like that she got to interact with the rest of the girls.

Baylor "Wizard" is a literal book boyfriend come to life. Wizard stumbles upon Thea's picture while doing some investigative work for Echo in the previous book. He is so enamored that he devours every single book she has written. Essentially making himself the perfect book boyfriend. It takes some convincing to get Thea to go out on a date with him, but there is not stopping Wizard from making Thea his.

I love how hard these men fall for their women. They are these big bad biker who are complete cinnamon rolls for their women. Of course there is some drama surrounding Thea, it wouldn't be a FD book. I love that Wizard and Thea basically had their own language speaking through scenes in her books. There was pleeeeenty of chemistry and heat between the two of them. I mean that scene in the bedroom at the clubhouse...smoking hot!!!!!

I can't wait to see Ash crumble next!!!

Another brilliant book from Fiona Davenport.

Wizard didn't expect that Thea would be his after he stumbled her profile while looking for a profile while helping his brother Echo. In just one look he knows that Thea is forever his. Thea is just another amazing heroine, maybe she is one of my favorite characters from these series. Being an romance author, Thea have difficulties having a relationship. She didn't expect that during her fan signing event she will meet her forever love.

After being stalked by stalker, Walker knew that he will do anything for Thea and He also will do anything to keep Thea by his side forever. The insta-love they have is such a hot, steamy and a fun-fast reading. I just devoured this in just one sitting cuz I just can't get enough. I'm looking forward for Ash's book next.

Fiona writes the best MC series’!

I’d somehow forgotten how much I adore Fiona Davenport books in general, but especially the MC series’s, when I stumbled across the Hounds of Hellfire books. I’ve loved every second of it and can’t wait to read the rest!

This book follows Wizard as he falls head over heels for his gorgeous author, Thea. I’ve really enjoyed the connections betweeen books and between the heroines, though each book could read as a standalone without losing much. In this case, Thea is friends with Violet, Echo’s old lady. Thea writes the smutty romance novels that Violet narrates.

After digging up info on Thea while researching Violet, Wizard/Baylor falls in love. It takes him while to convince her to give him the time of day but once he does, it’s a fast ride to love and marriage. Provided, of course, Wizard can take care of Thea’s stalker problem.

I loved Wizard and Thea. I'm even going to throw it out there and say they're my favourite couple of the series so far (don't come at me).
Thea is a romance author, and Wizard is the tech whizz at the Hounds of Hellfire MC. The banter and tension between the two is amazing. What makes it even better is Wizard falls first, and he falls hard. While I know it's an instalove story, it's just nice to see the FMC put a tiny bit of resistance up (and I do mean tiny). The mild angst gives some punch to the story, and to see Blaze, King and Echo popping up along with their old ladies is just brilliant. The two epilogues as well were fantastic, a same month one and then a four / five year jump gave it a nice round up.

5/5 stars! Absolutely loved it.

Okay so hear me out...

I always one click on a Fiona Davenport book, I never hesitate, and I usually rate a 3 star!

But I feel like we're starting to copy/paste, which is a little disappointing (I'm referring mostly to the smexy times, here) but the H's are also all starting to sound the same.

I LOVE how alpha the H's are, I can't stand a soft cock hero, but perhaps we need just a little more depth to them?

Also, in this "Hounds of Hellfire" series the books are definitely not stand alone material, even having read all of them this far, I'm still left a little confused.

Having said this, though, I won't give up on this author duo as I genuinely enjoy their books.

In fact, I often go back for a re-read, so please don't misunderstand me, give it a click, sit back and enjoy

Short and to the point

When it's like the book before this, it was very rushed but not necessarily bad.It's a good quick read.If you just want a happy ending with some spice.
I'm literally, each of these books is taking me.Maybe an hour or two with the most to read.So there's not too much to them, which isn't always a bad thing.I'd say the series is turning out to be a palette cleanser.If anything.
And it's not bad Sometimes you really need those there's just not gonna be a lot of depth to the story. So if that's what you're looking for or probably keep going. But if you want something that has a happy ending and is kind of short and sweet.These are definitely the books for you.Just know they are very rushed.But that's the style.

I adore Baylor (aka Wizard) & Thea!! Thea doesn't give into his requests for a date right away, because she's had one too many experiences with creeps. The fact that he read all her books & didn't focus on the more salacious bits eventually wins her over. 😁

I love these two, their banter & interactions! I also highly enjoyed Wizard's different sort of banter with his Brothers. We get to see certain interactions from a previous story from his POV & it's just as entertaining as the first time! 😄

Also! The epilogues in this one are favorites! Thea is adorable & Baylor is growly sweet swoon!

I was really looking forward to this one after reading Echo. It doesn’t disappoint. At all. Wizard is super growly and possessive. This computer nerd is very knowledgeable about how to make Thea feel good - in every way. He also provides all the inspiration a romance author could ever need. And he keeps her safe and rescues her when she needs it. What’s not to love!?

These men from the Hounds of Hellfire MC are gorgeous, growly, protective men who are all about their women and will do anything for them. I am here for it and look forward to more from the men of this MC.

Wiz is excellent behind a computer helping his MC with investigations. He was enthralled by a photo of Thea. He attended a book signing of hers and was surprised when she turned him down for a date. He kept asking (but not in a creepy way) “I’ll keep working for a yes. You’re more than worth it.” was a swoon worthy line. She eventually says yes and they get to know eachother. But a stalker also notices the date and Wizard whisks her away to their clubhouse to protect her and find out who the stalker is.

A fast-paced story with two characters that take a risk together. I like the romance story wrapped up in a mystery. I am loving this series and can't wait for more! 🥰

This was another great addition to the Hounds of Hellfire! Wizard is doing some research for a brother when he stumbles across his forever. But first he has to actually meet her and convince her that they are meant to be together. When he finally gets a chance to go on a date with Thea he finds out she has a stalker. All bets are off and he will do anything to keep her safe including moving her into the clubhouse. As soon as the takes care of the stalked her plans to spend forever with her.
This book was amazing and I can't wait for the next one!!

One of the stories I didn't want to put down was that of Thea and Baylor (also known as Wizard). Baylor discovers her while looking into another issue. She is the author of sexy literature. He pursues her after spotting her. He reads all of her books in an attempt to better understand her, but she is rejecting him. They end up together after a lunch date. Of course, Baylor takes care of her stalker as well! There are sensual parts, humor, and stalking, and the plot and characters are wonderful! Without a doubt, I adore this series. I'm eager for more!

A cosy biker bubble in each book.

The series follows the same format, so you know what you are getting. They are more biker fairy tale type stories (with sex) rather than biker MC stories.

There is no action in any of the stories and they revolve around the same characters. These characters are fairly 2D as the story unfolds. There is never any biker groupies, violence or heartache. All is well in this biker bubble.

I find the women just go along with what they are told in each story and never challenge, argue or contradict th did man. Tame really.

This was so good! Laugh out loud good but HOT enough to read outside this winter!

I want a computer nerd as hot as Wizard!! He can make my 0s and 1s burn!!

Thea is adorable and such a lucky writer!!

Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.

I read this book in one sitting and I loved every second of it. The chemistry and passion between Baylor “Wizard” Chadwick and Thea Drummond was undeniable and sizzling. They were made for each other.

Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for a MC, author, possessive/protective hero romance then you’re going to love it.

Love the Hounds of Hellfire MC series! Wizard and Thea’s story is a great addition to the series. Wizard gets his first look at Thea from a picture when he’s looking into Violet for his brother. One look and he’s hooked. Then he starts to read her books and knows that he will do whatever to get to know her and make her his old lady. Like the other books in the series this is a quick insta-love read that will hook you from the first page. Can’t wait for the next book in the series.
