Debut Author, homeschooling on a prayer. I am passionate about encouraging others. I have had the honor of my book being featured in two local highschools as well as presented to them how they too can bring stories of their very own to print. I am convinced everyone has a story to tell!

This book is incredible start to finish. The characters and setting are all awe inspiring. The more I read the book the more I wanted to finish it, but also I never wanted it to end.

B Reyes wrote a unique book that, at the same time, has a touch of some of my favorite books. Names, culture, or a dark lord like LotR. A tournament of survival, kinda like hunger games. A Fiery brave female protagonist like Katniss. A decision for all to make in the upcoming war like Narnia.

Something I appreciate about this author is the limitless expectation of where the story was going next. I mean, anything felt possible and I was certainly surprised at the end of book 1. Without saying any spoilers, I now need book 2!

My favorite character was probably Elthea, but I really appreciated Halona's character development.

As a debut novel, there is room for growth, but this author has proven with this story her ability to create one heck of a plot.
