Like having a great chat with an old friend over tea. Helped me feel seen.

Maybe I am a bit too old for this book by now at age 33.. this book had no groundbreaking new truths for me but I found it to be a nice collation of thoughts and opinions on all things career, relationship, fertility, friendship and the pressure to be doing it all at age 30. Bridget writes candidly and is super relatable as always, maybe a little too much Gen Z language for me at times 👵🏼

This book was incredibly validating. I wish I had read it at 29-and-a-half, before I thought I was the only one having a six-month mental breakdown. Raw, honest, and brave writing.

Although thankfully not as relatable, a few great insights to ADHD and Endo too.
