The title had me at diamonds!!! This is my favorite in the series so far. The Happy Campers are back and in search of diamonds. Anne Marie’s search turns into a murder investigation. I love that the chief is a fan of Anne Marie’s and is letting her help with the investigation. There is also a mystery within a mystery. What happened to Katina’s scooter?
The characters are what makes this series so good. Katina is always a lot of fun. Bennett is so supportive and is there for Anne Marie no matter what. Chief Judy was a great supporting character. She was there with information and pep talks when needed.
The story was entertaining. I had a few laugh out loud moments. Bennett continues to put a smile on my face. I liked how the ending wrapped it up for the characters at the park. Excited to see where the Happy Campers end up next!
Thank you to the author for my copy in exchange for review.

I have read the previous books and was so excited to see this location at the diamond mines in Arkansas because I've been there. Anne Marie and the Happy Campers are trying their luck at finding diamonds, but naturally, Anne Marie is on the hunt for another murderer.
There are a lot of fun characters in these books. Katina is a fun character, such a supportive friend with a fun energy about her. Bennett is a solid source of support and the best friend a girl could want.
This has been my favorite book of the series so far. The back and forth romance isn't my favorite so I was glad to see that was just about non-existent. Lots of clues and sleuthing and a good story. I figured out the culprit maybe halfway through or so. It was still a fun read and plenty of clues to help.

GREAT continuation of the story of Ann Marie and the Happy Campers! Makes me wish I could join them!! Love how the characters continue to develop. And every time I thought I had it figured out, there were so many twists that I was always surprised! Can’t wait until the next one.
