Used this book to try and help someone with insomnia. He just scoffed at each suggestion, understandably. “Like I haven’t tried a glass of hot milk!!” Most of it is common knowledge. If you were raised by a loving mother you don’t need this. There are some interesting introductions to various theories. It’s a sweet book, with nice illustrations, this isn’t going to fix your problems, but maybe reading it will put you to sleep. Zzzzzz.
