The last thing Tatum Hayes thought she'd be doing at twenty-eight years old is give up her job as a lawyer and move to her dad's ranch in the middle of nowhere. However, when she finds out her epilepsy is triggered by high levels of stress, she has no choice but to start over in Orchard Hill.

Aaron Blaze loves his job at Silver Creek Ranch. Apart from being a ranch hand, the cowboy is a horse trainer who also rehabilitates them after his boss rescues them. He also very desperately needs to keep his job because it's the only thing paying for his Nanna's bills at the nursing home where she lives ever since she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

He never thought he'd risk his job for anyone, let alone a grumpy ex-lawyer who turns his world upside down.

After Tatum finds out the ranch is in financial trouble because of a fire that burned all their crops, she wastes no time drawing up a business plan which ultimately has her and Aaron spending 24/7 together. The tension between them builds, but as soon as Tatum's dad finds out about Aaron's feelings, he gives him an ultimatum: he can either date Tatum or continue working at Silver Creek Ranch. Aaron can't lose his job, but he also can't manage to stay away from Tatum. And no matter how scared Tatum is of falling in love with someone, she doesn't want to fight her feelings for Aaron either.

Trying to keep their relationship a secret is impossible, especially with a bigger threat on the horizon, set on destroying everything Tatum is building at Silver Creek Ranch.

This was sweet and fluffy but overall pretty boring and like so many other books I have read. I was super excited for this but ended up skimming the last 15% because it was so repetitive and just felt a little lazy.

I had several issues with this:

-The side characters existed only to to talk about the two main characters and their "crushes" on each other. They were not developed at all. All of their dialogue was also very choppy and odd and it just didn't feel real. I feel like most of them only talked about 3 things: the ranch, their penis sizes, and the couples.

-The relationship itself was very low stakes and fluffy, and as a result, boring. There wasn't any angst since it's pretty much insta love. Additionally, the author didn't spend a lot of time expanding on Aaron and Tate's lives. I finished the book with several threads still loose. By the end, I still knew nothing about them. I think the book would have been more interesting had the author explored their lives, pasts, and generally building them personalities instead of just reiterating how they felt about each other or how long it had been since they last spoke. The spice was cliched and recycled. I have read so many derivatives of the same sentences that it just kind of icked me out.

-Individually, Aaron and Tate have their own set of struggles. I enjoyed those aspects of their character but that is where their characters started and ended, too. I felt mostly confused by Tate's past as a lawyer and her "take no shit" attitude at times because it just didn't really fit her with the way she was written in every other interaction. Aaron was totally head over heels for her but again, since it was instalove, it was kind of boring to read about him telling her for the 10000th time that he'd wait for her or whatever when she keeps pushing it away.

-Another miss was the setting. It's supposed to be this beautiful ranch with a creek--just look at the cover and how beautiful!--and I felt like there was no page time dedicated to describing the location. This really impacted how well I was able to immerse myself in this world, because I truly was never able to. It was all very surface level.

Thank you Valentine PR and Grey's Promotions for the advance readers copy.

[arc review]

i will be so honest, this is my first cowboy romance and i’ve never read one before this because i had a gut feeling it wouldn’t be for me and i wouldn’t be able to take a southern accent properly. i couldn’t even take rick grimes in a southern accent seriously and he’s in the middle of a zombie apocalypse ffs. anyway. i thought i’d give cowboy romances a try anyway because i thought i might surprise myself but it just isn’t for me.

for some reason, i just couldn’t connect with aaron and tatum. they’re very cute and aaron is so kind and patient with tatum. tate tried to run but aaron refused to let her walk away because he knew she could handle it. she thinks she’s a burden but she’s not. she just hasn’t found the right person yet.

i really enjoyed the 3 books i read in bridget’s pit stop series. i think she does a great job with representation, but with this book, i made a realization half way through that all the characters in her universe that i have met, all sort of deal with anxiety in the same way? i know her characters’ anxiety and how they cope are based on bridget’s own experiences but i also think that it would be beneficial to have variety for larger representation.

i don’t really know what else to say 😭 i didn’t hate the book but i also didn’t like it either. it was just okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself with this one! It's emotional, heavy and hit home a little more than I was anticipating but nevertheless, this was a beautiful story filled with found family, pain and laughs. It was so painfully realistic and raw. Aaron and Tate were each other's missing pieces after so much pain and heartache. What he did for her will forever be one of my favourite moments in a book.
I will definitely be continuing the series because I'm
invested in everyone else's HEA. Please check your triggers and thank you to grey's promotions for the arc.

This romance book had everything I could have wanted. It has adorable animals, Halloween, Christmas, suspense, and hot cowboys! What more could I ask for? The pace was perfect; it wasn’t too slow-burning, and there was no breakup in the third act. Tatum’s fear of falling in love and hurting someone didn’t overshadow the plot too much. The writing was excellent, and it made me feel all the feels. Especially Aaron’s relationship with his nanna. All in all a 5 star read for me I couldn’t put it down!

Bridget did it again! I really thought I wouldn't find a greener and hot man as Landon, but damn, Aaron has my whole heart and soul. He can take it all 😌💖✨️ That man has a dirty mouth but I was here for it, I was grinning like always on the train looking like a crazy person but there's only one name to blame for that! Aaron mf Blaze had set my heart ablaze ❤️‍🔥

First of all, I was already head over heels for the plot! I love a small town, a cowboy-esec environment because it gives me a cosy, warm feel, and the sense of found family was so strong that I never wanted to say goodbye. Bridget L Rose could write a thousand pages, and I'd want to live in all of them. You find yourself at the Silver Creek Ranch, overwhelmed with a whirlwind of emotions that will make you laugh, cry, panic, mourn, and ultimately, heal.

From the very beginning, Tatum and Aaron's relationship was playful, beautiful, and utterly flawless. They were like two pieces of a puzzle that fit seamlessly together. Each faced their own struggles, yet they discovered healing in one another. This brings me to another reason I adore Bridget's books! In this story, Bridget thoughtfully weaves in the experiences of epilepsy, panic attacks, and the heartache of losing someone to Alzheimer's. The portrayal is handled with such care and sensitivity, deepening my admiration and love for Bridget as an author 💗

This fast-paced masterpiece is a cosy hug with all the healing properties I've ever wanted out of a book. Bridget L Rose has officially become my instant-buy author 💗✨️

For all my small town cowboy lovers, you don't want to miss this absolute gem ✨️

I love this book to Pluto and back 💖😚✨️

After I read a couple of books from Formula 1 univers by the author, I really wanted to read something else by her. Thanks to Grey's Promotions and Bridget for this e-copy!

Tatum decided to go back home to have a less stressful life, because of her illness. There she would stay with her father, who was pretty restrictive when it comes to men, being a bit overprotective because of her condition. Aaron couldn't take his eyes off of her, but he had his grandma to think about and Tatum's father has threatened him that he would fire him if he makes any step towards his daughter. But can he hold his feelings and deny the attraction to Tatum?

Our cowboy Aaron showed how much he cared about Tatum because it didn't brothered him that she had those epilepsy episodes, on contrary, he wanted to do anything he could to make her life easier. He was such a golden retriever! Tatum has struggled a lot with her state but returning to hometown will not help her too much, having some issues which will still consume her. Will their love thrive in the end? Will they leave behind their fears and uncertainties?

This story was a pretty relaxing one, mixed with a bit of suspense towards the ending, having fun to follow the secret relationship of Aaron and Tatum. The other characters played a big part in this book, making it even more enjoyable.

The immediate chemistry and banter is so good! From the very beginning their interactions catch you and keep you hooked.

He is a dreamy Australian Cowboy who works on her dad’s ranch. She is an independent woman who comes home to help find less stress and help her dad with the ranch.

In their story you get forced proximity, forbidden romance, cowboy mmc, independent fmc, opposites attract, friends to lovers and more! And I am here for it. So many good tropes, so many great characters (main and supporting) making up a fun found family group. Aaron is swoon-worthy and makes you wish for a cowboy of your own. ❤️ Tate is stronger than she thinks she is and worth way more than she feels like she should be. Together they have a sweet romance story that was fun to read. Every story has its obstacles they have to overcome, but this one won’t hit you with a third act breakup. ☺️

There is epilepsy and anxiety representation in the story and I feel like it was done in a way that added to the storyline and each main character’s development. 💕

I was lucky enough to beta read this story, and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC. I loved loved loooooved spending time with Tatum, Aaron and the whole crew.🤠

The story was so fun, the tropes were iconic and I loved discovering how Bridget would turn it all into a masterpiece, as she always do eheheh.

We have fun with the characters while also discovering their difficulties, and it's a beautiful and strong balance. It's a mix I love. To not only have fun in a book but to also see the difficult times you know? It matters. I don't want to spoil anything but To Pluto & Back is exactly that, a mix between fun and serious subjects.

I clearlyyyy recommend this book to everyone!!! GO READ IT!!!!

Thank you again Bridget for the opportunity, i love yaaaaa💚

This book was so cute omg. It was a cute fluffy read that still had some substance and deeper plot points but the majority of it is lighthearted enough to be a fun read. This book has made me want to read more western/cowboy romances because it was such a good read. I’m a big fan of the obsessed man trope like it’s so cute and even though I read it a lot it hits every single time (when it’s the cute kind of obsessed not like the scary stalking kind though sometimes that’s good too lol).

ARC Review- Thank you so Greys Promotions as well as Bridget L Rose for gifting me this arc.

The cover drew me into wanting to read this. I will say I enjoyed it but it was lacking for me. I feel I didn’t connect with the characters as well as really feeling that Tatum and Aaron had a strong connection.

It was a sweet fluffy romance but was slower, it didn’t keep my attention and lacked in certain areas. I do like the medical issue aspect that in this story. Made it feel more real with real life issues that people have.

It was a good start to the series and I will def want to continue it!

first of all, thank you so much @bridgetl.rose  & @greyspromo for sending me the arc in exchange for a review, i couldn't be more excited to read it!!

now to the book. once again, bridget didn't disappoint. the plot, the characters, the settings?? everything was so perfect. if there's one thing i love about her books is the diversity. i love how diverse her books are, and this one was no exception.

tate was such a strong woman. she can be a bit grumpy, tho it's understandable when you know her story, she's loyal and smart (my girl went to law school!!). she's afraid of falling in love and never being enough for her partner bc of her epilepsy but seeing her face those fears and let herself fall for aaron was everything 🥹

and aaron?? talk about the perfect man. he's the literal definition of golden retriever boyfriend. the dimples, the cowboy vibes and the way he calls her sweetheart?? sign me up 🤭 his relationship with his grandma literally broke my heart. seeing the person who raised you suddenly lose parts of themselves until they can't recognize you?? i was reading with tears in my eyes 😭

the animals had me swooning. what do you mean they have dogs, horses & mini cows??? I'M OBSESSED!! this is literally one of my fav things about this book 🤭 also naming tate's dog loki made me love the book even more (i'm a huge loki girlie)

the pacing was good & even, there was no third act break-up (thank god), and the tension between tate and aaron??? the side characters were so amazing and i can't wait to read more about them in the future (especially olivia!!)

anyways, if you're looking for a cute (but spicy) cowboy romance, i think you just found your next read :)

3.5 ⭐️ 2 🌶️ thank you Grey’s Promotion and Bridget L. Rose for the ARC and the chance to review.
—————————————————————————————

This was a sweet, fluffy romance with a whole lot of heart— even if the pacing and structure were a little uneven.

The pacing and writing style felt a little odd to me at times, though that might be because Bridget is German/italian and I know an ESOL baddie when I read one (I am also an ESOL baddie). It made the book feel a bit longer than necessary, especially for how light the plot is. Some tighter editing could’ve made the emotions hit even harder. The side characters could’ve used more development, but I’m definitely looking forward to Book 2 and hoping for more depth there.

What the book lacks in structure, it definitely makes up for in heart. Aaron is the true star of the book; our sweet, filthy, gentle giant who doesn’t love her in spite of her condition, but regardless! His love feels solid, unconditional, and it grounds the story in a way I loved. Also, his love for his grandma while she battled with her own condition really moved me.

I do wish Tatum had been fleshed out a bit more.
The portrayal of her epilepsy was handled with tenderness, which I appreciated, but her inner world, especially her fears and anxieties, felt a little muted. We were told she was guarded, that she runs, but we didn’t really feel that internal struggle as she almost immediately decided that she wouldn’t allow herself to run this time. So because of that, I felt like Aaron didn’t get the chance to yearn the way I was hoping he would.

All that being said, I enjoyed my time in Silver Creek Ranch! Sometimes all you need is a happily ever after, a few adorable animals, and a reminder that we all deserve someone who’ll love us to Pluto and back.

Thank you to Bridget L. Rose and Greys Promotions for the e-ARC in exchange for my honest review!
When I read the blurb of this book, I was immediately intrigued. Small town ranch romance with chronic illness and queer representation as well as a forbidden romance? Sounds like a fantastic time. I will say the cover was not my favourite but either way was excited to get into the book!

Unfortunately, I really struggled to get into the story. I couldn’t connect with either of our main characters and I found the writing lacked flow/rhythm. It was very choppy. Along with some pretty obvious inconsistencies and incorrect word usage, I was worried this was going to be a DNF.

However, I do believe the book redeemed itself a bit after the halfway mark. With more happening as the plans to save the ranch ramped up, I was definitely more absorbed in the story. I did still struggled with Aaron and Tatum’s connection as I feel like the tension just wasn’t hitting so when things came to a high it felt rushed and out of the blue. But then when they became more of a couple, the things that Aaron would do for Tatum (the concert omg) had me swooning.

Overall, I think I just expected more but it didn’t hit as well as other small town romances have for me.

“It’s called falling for a reason. You’re supposed to be scared while it’s happening.’

Things have been unexpected in Tatum Hayes’ life recently, first she found out her epilepsy is triggered by high levels of stress, so she needs to give her job up as a lawyer, then she needs to move to her dads ranch in the middle of nowhere, and the last thing she was expecting was Aaron Blaze, the ranch hand. Aaron knows two things, he needs to keep his job to pay for his nana’s bills at the nursing home, where she has lived since her Alzheimer's diagnosis, and two, Tatum Hayes is very much off limits if he wants to keep his job. But when Tatum’s plan to save her father ranch throws the two of them together, they can’t deny the fact that they are falling, and they don’t want to deny it. They soon realise they have bigger problems on the horizon and how they react can either make or break them.

If I was ever unsure of how best to get into the world of cowboys, then this book was the perfect introduction. This had all of it, the found family, the slow burn, the chemistry, the dogs! I loved everything about Silver Creek Ranch. I found myself so immersed in the story that I wanted to know so much more about all of the characters. There is a big cast of characters in this book, but every one of them feels unique, and I am very excited that there is more to come!

Found family is not only a trope that I love, but its something that Bridget writes so incredibly well, and always makes you feel like its a family you want to be part of. Knowing how they all came from different places, but the different parts of them make each other whole will never not make me so happy to read and give me all the fuzzy feels. Going into a group like that one and having someone say ‘It feels like you’ve completed our group’ just having that sense of family, it’s my favourite thing to read. All the girls in this are girls girls, and its refreshing to have that sense of sisterhood from the outset, rather than having cattiness, which I really love.

I didn’t think there would be a book boyfriend better than Adrian Romana (if you know, you know), but Aaron is definitely up there. Everything about the cowboy had my heart absolutely melting. You can really feel for him with how he is with his nanna. One thing that really stuck with me was when he said, ‘They remember Lorena. I remember my nanna.’ As someone who lost her grandparents when she was young, I felt this so much. The way he is with Tatum as well was so perfect. Constantly complimenting her, making sure she’s okay, noticing little details. Bridget knows how to write men that are down bad for their woman, and every single time it just makes my heart melt. Aaron having mobility issues really resonated with me. Having chronic issues with my knee and seeing that kind of representation in someone like Aaron just means so much. Seeing that it’s actually something to work around, but knowing that yeah actually when it flares up and it is bad, it really quite sucks. I’m not helping myself but smacking it into a cupboard 5 days a week, but still.

Tatum is an incredible character. Being able to completely change everything in her life so that she can look after herself is the kind of brave I wish I could be. I like how she copes with her chronic illness. Making it light hearted where she can, (calling it ‘that bitch’ was pretty iconic), and changing course to live with it, even after putting so much effort in to get to where she was. I love the way that she sees her illness as something to live alongside, and not just live with. To me I find that really inspiring. Also her obsession with mini cows, is definitely me with highland cows, and I 100% want one.

What I love about Bridget’s books is how she so often breaks barriers. The way she writes about Tatum’s epilepsy and experiences, though very clearly stated, is not universal for everyone, I love how it makes everyone feel seen. The general thoughts of dealing with either physical or mental health, of ‘oh just don’t put yourself in that situation’, like sometimes I can’t help that, and sometimes point blank there is no trigger. The whole conversation felt so incredibly important, and as someone who has had that conversation far too often, it makes me feel incredibly seen.

Two things that I feel are very important to point out, is how gorgeous the cover for this book is, I cannot get over it! Second thing is the importance of the title, when Aaron says ‘The moon was never far enough for her’, I couldn’t stop myself from crying.

Everything about this book is amazing, and I can’t wait for the rest of the series.

****ARC****

Thanks to Grey's Promo for selecting me for this ARC respectively. And a HUGE!!! thank you to the wonderful author for writing this amazing book. THANK YOU!!! ❤❤❤

5⭐️.

Aaron and Tate...my heart and my mind and my soul. I love them so much.

This book was very touching in so many ways. We got to see and learn when it came to Alzheimer's and Epilepsy. I have had family members that suffered from Alzheimer's but I was very young so I didn't know what they went through and with this book seeing what Ms. Lorena went through broke my heart more than you will ever know. When it came to the epilepsy, someone in my surrounding suffered from it and again I was super young but I know what he went through was scary. So this book was really close to home and I really appreciated how detailed this book was about those two illnesses.

So onto the love and romance when it came to these beautiful people. Aaron fell for Tate the moment he saw her, of course it was forbidden because he was her dad's employee and then she became an employee as well so a forbidden workplace romance and I was here for every second of it. They were spicy as heck especially with the sneaking around. One of my favorite parts was when Tate had an epilepsy episode and her dad called Aaron and he didn't care if he got fired, he was gonna check on her and make sure she was okay and made that very clear to her dad as well. The way they showed up for each other was *chefs kiss*. Not to mention the surprises he had for her. That date to the concert, that epilogue? Fabulous. He was just a VERY thoughtful person and he's definitely a book husband for sure.

The found family of this book was also incredible because ALL the side characters were giving. Whether it was on Aaron's side or Tate's side, they both had people that always showed up for them and then in reverse showed up for Aaron and Tate as well. They build one amazing family there. Also, we can't forget those beautiful animals especially Loki; Tate's support dog, and Ash; Aaron's dog and right hand man.

Overall I give this book a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5. I loved this book so much. I loved their love. And did I mention that Aaron is an Australian? Yes he is. Imagine him saying all anything with an accent. Is it getting hot in here lol? But seriously, this book was *chefs kiss*. And I love how no matter what he never gave up on her. I love them. The spice was spicing, again the sneaking around made even more 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵. That car scene was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.

P.S. This will be one of my favorite series for sure. You could just see who will be together and *fingers crossed* I'm right. Literally, there was a scene where Beckett was saying that Aaron didn't know how to sneak around properly and then Aaron said something about him Beckett hooking up with someone and I have a feeling that when we saw him meeting someone for the "first time" in the book wasn't the first time....and I'm not talking about Sage one bit. And also hes a single daddy, I can't wait for his book, I love me a single parent trope. And the last thing I'll say on this is that ny precious Bailey loves the character I'm talking about, its just the way she ran to her you know, like it waa a natural thing and why did she leave fir so long, just the for the empire? I think not, I might be a bit delusional but that's okay I'll still love anything she writes. well as others, the chemistry is just too obvious to not happen.

And one last sweet moment, one of my favorite parts for sure because I have so many:

“We went to a planetarium when I was seven. We looked through a telescope and were told about all of the planets. At the time, Pluto was still considered a planet, instead of a dwarf planet like nowadays. I was fascinated by it, couldn’t stop talking about it, so my nanna eventually started saying, ‘I love you to Pluto and back’ and it stuck. We still say it to this day, at least when she remembers me,” he explains, and I lose myself in the memory he shared, smiling as I imagine his grandmother and how much she loved him.

To Pluto & Back came about from such a heartwarming and fantastic moment in Aaron's life and I just love how Aaron and Tate carried it on.

Anyway, run and read this book. You will not regret it.

To Pluto & Back to this entire book.

Let me tell you my love for romance and cowboy romances in general has my heart! 🌾 My goodness, so many thoughts and now i'm going to share. Let me tell you about Tatum, whose personality is very different from the characters I usually read about but it is a good thing. Tatum is not only a little bit grumpy but she is progressively learning how to take her time, not rush into things and also by slowing down! She is not only learning to take things in life slowly, learning to pace herself, but she is such an amazing person with animals taking care of her ranch, like a love for animals my favorite and she is also business smarts and creating the plans. Now, hold on because I have so much that I would like to say out loud about this man but let's discuss Aaron like whoo… my gosh! Aaron is a man of many traits such as good dimples, soft hearted, has a love for horses 🐴 and also he does have a mouth on him not only for talking if you know what I mean😏 !! Now to the more juicy details of Tatum and Aaron my goodness the tension ❤️‍🔥 and the strength of their romance, had me at every page. (Like the perfection within reading their story, like a dream of a man good with animals, and his favorite thing to call me is ‘sweetheart’ ☺️melts my heart away!

To Pluto & Back not only focuses on the romance but I love how the story highlights each emotions and experiences that the characters goes through, like the fluffiness of the book does have aspects that made the fall like Aaron relationship with his grandma and the heartbreak of that 🥺 as well. Then Tatum allowing herself the love, even when she was nervous about not being enough because of her daily processing of epilepsy, and her story was such an inspiration due to knowing people who are fighting each and everyday and still inviting the peace 😌and love that life brings for you! Lastly, little loki, the animals, horses and dogs and cows like i'm in love. ✨

Thank you so much to Bridget L. Rose for writing an inspiration and story that was not only about love for ourselves and our environment, but love for our things around us such as the animals, the environment but taught to always be thankful and stay hopeful for what we love and that peace and comfort takes times but will always remain.☺️🐄

Okay, I need to BREATHE because *To Pluto & Back* absolutely took me OUT!!! Like—how do I even explain what this book did to me?? It’s small-town 🏡, ranch romance with the sweetest animals 🐴🐶, the cutest found family vibes 🫶, and then BAM—**spice that will make your Kindle sizzle** 🔥🔥🔥.

Let’s talk about **Aaron Blaze** for a second (or forever). This man is the *definition* of cowboy boyfriend goals 🤠. He’s got **dimples** 😩, he calls Tatum *“sweetheart”* 🥺 in that soft, low voice that makes you MELT… and y’all. **HE’S A DIRTY TALKER**. Like?? This man went from soft-hearted horse whisperer to *sir, you cannot say that and expect me to function* 🫠.

And Tatum?? I love a strong, slightly grumpy 💼✨, smart heroine who’s learning how to slow down and find peace. The way she cares for the ranch, steps up with that business plan?? Queen behavior 👑. And her chemistry with Aaron?? Off the charts. Like *please get a barn* or *don’t*, I’m not judging 😏.

Also, the DOGS!!! Loki is the cutest little troublemaker 🐶 and I’d literally protect him with my life 💖. The horses?? Majestic and soulful 🐎. The animals in this book are characters in their own right and I ADORED them. Plus the friendships?? The cozy late-night convos 🌙, the teasing 😆, the support 🫂?? It’s giving warm blanket and a mug of hot chocolate ☕️ but also *spicy cowboy whispering in your ear* 🫣.

And can we TALK about that tension?? All that “we shouldn’t” energy?? And then they DO and it’s **fire emoji x 100** 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. The angst, the secret romance, the drama with her dad?? Peak emotional rollercoaster 🎢.

Anyway. I loved it. I want a cowboy with dimples who trains horses and calls me sweetheart and maybe has a dirty mouth 🫶. Is that too much to ask???

So yeah… this was my first cowboy romance and now I think I’m in my cowboy era. Yeehaw, baby. I’m never going back.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++
Spice: hot enough to light the hay on fire
Mood: soft animals, hard cowboys, and a whole lot of heart

If there’s one author’s books I know I’ll always love it’s Bridget’s.

This book was absolutely spectacular! I had the absolute best time reading it!🥹

If there’s one thing about me it’s that I’ll ALWAYS love small town romances. They usually come with their fair share of found family and let me tell you Bridget made sure it delivered. I so badly wanted to be part of the Silver Creek group. The way they all supported and cared about each other was everything!🥹

Tatum our fmc is one of the strongest and most hardworking fmc’s I’ve read about. It was so inspiring to see her find something new in life that she loved after seeing that working in law wasn’t for her. And I feel like sometimes people forget that it’s the hard choices that lead us to the right paths so I feel like it was nice to see that.🥹 Also the way Bridget represented Tatum’s feelings and struggles with epilepsy was so well written. I’m in awe of how realistic and heartfelt her writing is.

Aaron, our mmc was everything I could want in a man and more! At this point Bridget has written so many great mmc’s I don’t know how I’m going to choose a favourite. (Just kidding I know I’ll always love Adrian hehe) But boy was Aaron a hunk of a dreamboat. He was so thoughtful and patient with Tatum my heart literally wanted to burst of cuteness overload. Just like Tatum, Aaron’s character was written so well, especially how he felt and dealt with certain situations like his panic attacks and his grandmother’s dementia. My heart absolutely goes out to him.❤️‍🩹

Also their banter and chemistry was absolutely top tier. And the way they would go to the ends of the earth for each other >>>

If you love Elsie Silver’s books or just small town romances in general then you are absolutely going to love this book! I highly recommend picking it up!🤠💚

Thank you so much to the author and Grey’s Promotions for an e-arc of this amazing book! I can’t wait for the next one!🫶

🐴 small town
🌷 found family
🐴 workplace romance
🌷 Dual POV’s

This is definitely my year for cowboy romances and now my one of my favorites authors is officially a cowboy romance author! I just love the connection this book has to Bridget. The way she puts bits and pieces of her life into this book through her character.

If you've never read a book with epilepsy representation, you definitely need to read this book! The mfc, Tatum, has epilepsy but I love her personality. I love the strength she has as she shows people she can live an independent life style. Knowing her triggers, having her service dog Loki by her side, and starting a new life made me love Tatum. Tatum showing others that she doesn't need to be put on a pedestal or treated like a glass doll.

The mmc, Aaron, made me fall hard for him. He shows Tatum that it's okay to rely on others. That it's okay to fall in love with him. He shows a new world to Tatum and it made me admire how patient he is with her. While Aaron struggles with his own issues, he and Tatum are both healing in many ways together. Their relationship was very beautiful to read about and I think people will love them just as much as I did.

Also I'm such a sucker for side characters in Bridget's books. Found family is a huge trope in all of Bridget's books. I love the family Tatum makes with Aaron and everyone on the ranch. Sometimes blood isn't always thicker than water and sometimes the most unexpected people that enter your life become some of the most valuable people in your life.

Bridget, you did a fantasy freaking job with this book. Love you so much and so proud to be part of your journey 💜

i have been searching for a book that makes me feel like all my favorite romance movies do for the longest time, i’ve come close a few times but this book? bridget, you have absolutely done it again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / 5
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ / 5

to pluto & back is a small town, cowboy romance that handles mental health, epilepsy, alzheimer’s rep & like all other books, bridget makes you feel seen in every way possible with each subject — makes you feel heard without her even having to know of what you went through. the tropes were wonderfully mixed. if i could have, i would have easily finished this book in one sitting but i wanted to savour it, knowing i would love it.

the book is perfectly paced, not too fast, not too slow. the spice? top tier and just the perfect amount. the story? oh god, did i fall in love with with tatum & aaron. but you don’t just fall in love with them, you fall in love with all the bonus characters too. there’s two nods to bridget’s other series that had me HOLLERING.

the banter, the chemistry, the literal everything about this book is absolutely chefs kiss. i can’t wait to see where this series goes.

bridget, i love you to pluto & back AND in every universe, thank you for allowing me to be an ARC reader for this piece of literary art.

To Pluto and Back by Bridget L. Rose is the kind of romance that sinks its teeth into you and doesn’t let go. From the moment Tatum and Aaron meet, the chemistry between them crackles with intensity. Their connection is magnetic, raw, and completely impossible to ignore—even if Tatum’s father has made it crystal clear that dating the ranch hand is off-limits.

Tatum is such a strong, layered character—she’s gone through a lot, walking away from a high-stress career and starting over at her dad’s Silver Creek Ranch. And Aaron? Be still my heart. With his bright blue eyes, Australian charm, and a soft spot the size of Texas for his Nanna —he’s impossible not to fall for. Watching them fall for each other was pure magic.

And I have to mention the dogs. Loki, Tatum’s golden retriever service dog, and Ash, Aaron’s lovable Australian shepherd, completely stole the show in the best way. The animals, the setting, the close-knit feel of the ranch and the small town—it all made me want to crawl inside the book and live there.

The side characters are just as compelling—I’m seriously crossing my fingers this turns into a series because I need more of this world and these people. If you’re a fan of swoony, slow-burn tension with heart, heat, and a touch of sweetness, To Pluto and Back belongs at the top of your TBR.

Tatum: former lawyer; has epilepsy and the cutest service dog; scared to fall for her dad’s ranch hand
Aaron: ranch hand; taking care of her grandma with Alzheimer’s; falling for his boss’s daughter.

GOSH! I love me a good cowboy romance! And this was a good cowboy romance. Bridget is now officially on my auto buy list.

The desire and forbidden-ness of Tatum and Aaron’s relationship is awesome. They were friends that wanted more but they had barriers in their way. Tatum is scared to fall in love with someone. With her epilepsy, she doesn’t want to be a burden to them. She doesn’t want to cause heartbreak for them if she dies due to her illness. She just doesn’t want hurt anyone. Aaron is willing to prove her wrong. Prove to her that she deserves love and happiness. Her illness doesn’t define her love life.

While trying to save her dad’s ranch, Tatum finds love and a new family. She gains so much more than she thought she would. She has friends that love her unconditionally.

On a serious note, as someone who lost a grandparent to Alzheimer’s, it’s hard. They are physically here but mentally gone. Watching someone you love slowly lose themselves is heartbreaking. All you can do is love them and support them the best you can. Loving them isn’t for the faint of heart but it’s so worth it.

10/10 would recommend

This is the first book I have read by Bridget L. Rose, her blurb in the book drew me into the story, made me want to continue reading, which is usually a good thing. However, it wasn't for me, the story line didn't hold me to the book like I would have hoped. I didn't give up and continued reading.

Meet Tatum, who has decided to move to Orchard Hill, she quit her job as an attorney due to medical decision, she has epilepsy and the stress of the job is hard on her. So she moves home to Silver Creek Ranch. her family's home. She learns shortly after that the dark is in financial problems and she makes it her mission to save the home.

Along comes Aaron Blaze he works at Silver Creek as a ranch hand and horse trainer, he loves his job, and he really needs this job as he pays for his Nanna's bills and for the nursing home, she has Alzheimer's. He is immediately attracted to Tatum, and when she asks for his help, he can't say no. For one he likes her and two he needs this job.

Tatum's father sees the attraction and feelings. and he lets Aaron know Tatum is off limits. Will he risk his job and Nanna's care for an attraction?

My favorite part of this book is Aaron, his heart, what he does for his Nana and for Tatum.

Bridget Rose's "To Pluto and Back" is a cute and well-layered read, delivering an adorable love story set against the backdrop of Orchard Hill. The story follows Tatum Hayes, who leaves her stressful life as a lawyer for a healthier, more peaceful existence at her father's farm.

Tatum's move is more than just a change of scenery; it's a necessity for her well-being. At the farm, she encounters Aaron Blaze, a smitten ranch hand. When Tatum and Aaron collaborate on a project, their connection deepens, revealing a delightful chemistry and fun banter.

Rose crafts a compelling dynamic between Tatum and Aaron, but their budding romance is complicated by Tatum's father. The question of whether Aaron will lose his job adds a layer of suspense and intrigue to the narrative. Beyond the central love story, the book offers a rich tapestry of supporting characters and interesting drama, making for a well-rounded and engaging reading experience.

"To Pluto and Back" is a charming escape that balances a sweet romance with relatable challenges and engaging side stories. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from this author.

I cannot express how much I loved this book!! I’m a big fan of a cowboy romance, but this one jumped up to first on my list. Firstly, so much representation within the story: the MFC, Tatum, is a curvy, pansexual character with epilepsy, and there’s so much information about all of this that makes the reader understand more.

This story has mentions of Alzheimer’s disease throughout and again provides enough info to make the reader understand/ feel seen. The full understanding of the grief you feel again and again as a family member to someone suffering with this is something very close to home for me, and it’s amazing seeing the recognition in a book.

When Tate quits law altogether after the stress of it triggering her seizures, she moves to her dad’s ranch, where he forbids her from being with any of his employees romantically. In comes the rugged cowboy with a heart of gold and flirty personality who’s not one to give up when he wants something, in this case, someone. Tatum never had a chance of resisting.

Tate and Aaron’s story is such a beautiful story of acceptance and understanding, good communication, and one learning to accept love. There is so much great communication between the two and patience; it’s truly refreshing.

Let’s not forget to mention sooo many tropes!!

* one bed
* boss’s daughter
* road trip
* found family
* he falls first

The found family in To Pluto and Back is the most wholesome thing I have read; let’s not forget to mention the whole community of the small-town vibes. People coming together to help those deserving of it.

And lastly, NO 3RD ACT BREAKUP!!
